Season 1 Fic: Justin's first Christmas without his family.

Justin being back in the hospital reveals a secret the boys have kept.

Set in the Tricky Universe. Brian's son comes to visit for Christmas, bringing an unexpected visitor along with him.  Will he be a blessing this time, or a curse?

In this AU tale Brian’s loft is a short train commute away from work and Liberty Avenue.  Justin is a fellow commuter and they develop a friendship over time.  This is not a story filled with the usual passion, but rather a way of showing that a closeness over time can develop into something more.  The timeline and some facts from the original series have been altered slightly to accommodate the story.

Justin can feel only one thing being back together with Brian -- happiness. Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

There can be more than one "first time."

Justin is out late again, with that other man, and it is killing Brian. But why is he out so late that night?

I know, not a very creative title, but my brain has officially shut down for the night. 

So I tried really hard to get this posted by midnight, not as part of a challenge, but for Jackie Mag's birthday! That's right, love, this story is dedicated to you! Sorry I didn't get more done, and it's posting late, but I wanted to have a few decent chapters, and some steaminess just for you. 

This story was actually inspired by a plot bunny posted by  Deb Tanner. I'm usually not much of one for plot bunnies and turning them into stories, but there was one that just seemed to catch my attention. It's me, so I couldn't do a quick, simple story, and this story will fit into QAF canon.

The plot idea as proposed:   It seems that 12 yr. old Jenny Rebecca, Michael's little Honeybun, has her first crush… Justin is very flattered.
