This is an alternate ending to episode 4 X 04 (Cody and Justin start kissing in front of a straight couple, when the couple makes a comment and leave. They follow them to the car and basically start a fight in which both a knife and gun were pulled) This story explores what might have happened if they weren't so lucky and Brian's reaction to the events.

A Christmas Story with love.

After Justin goes to New York, his relationship with Brian changes.  This is a story of rebuilding ... 

This story is COMPLETE and the last chapter is published.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Brian Kinney is holding an end of year business party at kinnetic and Justin is at the party with his parents, who own Taylor electronics. Ted believes that they are the Taylor's that own an empire (Ted can some times pick things up wrong, right?)
Brian takes Justin home the next night. Someone finds out about Justin's true identity (can you guess who? lol) and takes great pleasure in telling Brian. How will Brian react?

I hope you'll join me with this story. It's not a story about the movie itself but does take place in the same resort. The plot may resemble that of the movie,but I'm doing things differently.

I hope you'll enjoy my story.

Brian has a secret past that is about to be revealed. Old demons will need to be dealt with, and new ones will emerge. How will Brian’s past affect Justin, and their future together?

Was it merely serendipity that brought Justin to that lamppost on that fateful night, or was it a preordained event? This is a tale of pain and struggle, and love and hope. Where old characters are merged with new ones and life takes some very interesting turns for the gang and especially for Brian and Justin.

Justin's mother died at birth; he was taken from the hospital and raised in a secret unit of the Government.  He’s a killer, an assassin since birth. He’s also the shining star of the unit with his partner, Michelle.  They’re assigned the most dangerous missions of all.

The problem is Justin turned 17 last year, and in this unit when you turn 17 you are given a free pass to see the world for a year before deciding if a dangerous life is what you want or if you prefer to stay in your "fake" but safe life.

I've always wondered how Gus would have turned out if we could have seen it. In this fic Mel and Lindsay never moved to Toronto and Gus's 16. How he comes along with gay parents, Brian and his life?

Brian & Justin have their 1st year together, per series, but, in this story, Justin goes away to college and they lose touch.  How will the guys get back together and what will happen after the years have passed?  Part of the story told thru their diary/journal entries.  Song fic based on Lady Antebellum song of the same name.

In the series, Brian and Justin meet in Pittsburgh and they both have New York dreams at one point or another.  What if they never met and didn't connect for the first time until they were in New York?  Would the passion and romance still be there?  This is that AU story.  Brian is slightly OOC because he's getting to the point in his life where he sees the value of having someone special.

For this year's annual Thanksgiving story, we move forward in time to the second year after Justin has moved to New York City.  He and Brian see each other as often as they can, but it is far too seldom for either of them.  When Justin is invited to spend his second Thanksgiving away from Pittsburgh with Mel, Linds, and Gus in Canada he is happy to go thinking he'll see Brian there.  Brian himself crushes that dream.  But will Justin find himself having more to be thankful for than he thought he would?  Read on to find out.  Many thanks to Judy for her beta skills and Marika for the lovely banner.

After 513 Brian and Justin keep things going long distance for almost a year. Then one fateful night, at a family gathering at Deb's, a comment made by someone in the family throws everyone and everything into a tailspin. After a horrible argument the boys split up for good, severing all ties, and the family is forever fractured. Twelve years later, a 17 year old Gus finds photographs of Brian and Justin together and goes on a quest to find out what happened between the two in the hope of mending the ties that bind them all together. Enter various beloved characters from the original show that tell him their sides of the story.

4/8/22  So. That author's note was written a long, long time ago. I wrote it with the best of intentions, I swear. But life happened, and for reasons I won't go into here, I couldn't bring myself to continue writing a story with this subject matter. But that little folder has lived on my desktop for all this time, and I have never forgotten where I left our boys. And so, one day a month or so ago, I opened it up and spent some time reminding myself just how much I love Brian and Justin and Queer As Folk. I still have reservations writing about cancer for 'entertainment'. I am no medical professional, nor have I personally experienced anything like what Brian is going to go through. But I've done more research for this than anything else I've ever done, and I've tried to treat it with the sensitivity and respect it deserves. Please forgive any inaccuracies.

I don't even know if anyone will give it a chance again, but I owe to those of you who trusted me and read it all those years ago (and to the boys) to keep my word and try to finish this beast. I hope you'll join me.

It started in the year of 2011, Pitssburgh. Our favorite character, Justin Taylor is a normal average highschooler, living his life like any other days. And suddenly... strange things start to happened. One thing he knows, he has to stay out of WATER! (I cant put any more than this because it contains spoilers) 

Justin is a talented artist haunted by terrifying visions.  Brian Kinney is a cynical police detective who doesn't believe in psychics.  What happens, though, when his police work strikes too horrifying close to home?  AU Story.  **THIS STORY IS NOW COMPLETE!!**

Note:  Though this may seem like a Brian/Michael pairing, it is not.  Michael is not nice and does hurt at least two characters.
