I've been a moderate fan of Doctor Who for some time and knew about the Torchwood spin off, but I didn't start watching it until recently. The more I saw of Capt. Jack Harkness, the more I wondered what it'd be like if he met Brian Kinney. I was also inspired by requests on Tumblr for a Torchwood/QAF crossover. So, here we are.
