Another favorite fic from you :o) Wow, that was ridiculously romantic. I am glad it was done at Lindsay and Melanie’s place because Gus was there to be part of it. Also, it allowed Lindsay and Melanie to see that Brian and Justin are for real. Great surprise for Justin and I couldn’t be anymore happy for our boys. Great read!

Author's Response:

Thank you so much, ColorLet.  I love stories that include Gus because he became equally as important in Brian's life as Justin.  Since Thanksgiving is all about family, I knew he had to be included.  I'm so glad you enjoyed the story.  Warmest hugs, Grammy

Oh, I loved it! A perfect holiday gift. Beautiful. Thank you!

Author's Response:

You are so welcome, Cheburashka.  One of the things I'm most thankful for is Brian and Justin's love story so what better gift than to give them a happily ever after.  I'm so happy you liked the story.  Thank you for letting me know.  Warm hugs, Grammy

Justin reached into the box and removed both rings.  He gathered Brian's right hand in his and placed the larger ring on his finger.  He took the smaller ring and placed it on his own finger.  The room was filled with the sound of cheering, Gus' voice being loudest.

"No matter where it is...together, Brian," Justin whispered as his lips met Brian's again.

Sigh.  Thank goodness this is only the beginning

Author's Response:

After those last words of Justin's I couldn't write 'The End'.  It wouldn't have sounded right.  Our couple have so much more life to live, but always together in the future.  I'm so glad you enjoyed the story, Yum YumPM.  Thank you very much for taking time to comment.  Warm hugs, Grammy

lovely story full of promise and hope - and a sappy, sentimental Brian, the hottest kind! thanks for writing

loving life,

Charle

Author's Response:

I know that not everyone likes a sappy Brian, but as I said in the story...he had changed.  We saw the beginnings of that change in the last few episodes of the show.  Justin simply brings the sap out of our lone wolf.  LOL!  I'm so glad you enjoyed the story, Charle.  I hope the next year will bring you a ton of things to be thankful for.  Warmest hugs, Grammy

Oh, this was so sweet - I loved it!  I adore a romantic Brian and I really liked the part where he was so anxious waiting for Justin and worried about him being late.:)  Thanks for sharing this treat with us.  BTW - I loved the old farmhouse in the banner, too.:)

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for the beautiful comments, Predec.  It is such a wonderful treat coming from such a respected writer as yourself.  I am especially pleased to hear your comments on the banner since my darling Granddaughter made it for me.  I will make sure to pass your words on to her.  Warmest hugs, Grammy

Pour gravy over this and call it perfect!  This story warmed my giblets and made my holiday.  It's Thursday here in Korea, I can't really call it's Thanksgiving as there is no sign of the American Holiday here.  It was a normal work day, but they did attempt to serve us a holiday meal for lunch.  Turkey was served, they sent a Chef in a huge hat to carve the birds and serve.  He also tried to give me a dark red sauce that he said was cranberry I don't like it in any shape or form but I never saw it like this.  That was the extent of holiday items, still rice and kimchi as always.

Now, back to my review.  I love you special holiday stories.  They remind me of the special shows that would always appear for each holiday.  Just think how excited you would get when the preview would pop up for one of those Charlie Brown specials.  Now imagine Charlie and Schroeder were extra special friends, who knows what really went on in Snoopy's dog house.  I bet there was a loft...

Thank you so much for giving me a Thanksgiving, I am still waiting for some gravy, Christmas is just around the corner!

I hope you get the wishbone this year and all your dreams come true.

Hugs and Gravy, Lori

Author's Response:

Hugs and Gravy to you too, my dearest Lori.  As always, you bring the biggest smile to my face.  Plus now I'll never be able to again watch a holiday cartoon without picturing all kinds of shenanigans going on inside Snoopy's luxury doghouse.  LOL!

It sounds to me like the folks there in Korea made a decent effort at bringing our American holiday to your doorstep, and I know you appreciate it.  I've never liked cranberries so I would have skipped anything red myself, but I'll bet the turkey was good and I love rice with any kind of meat.

I know there was no 'hot' food for the body (only for the soul) in this story, but I have different plans for Christmas.  I'll see you then.  Btw, one of the main things I am thankful for is friends like you that I've met because of QAF.  You've been one of the greatest blessings of my entire life.  Warmest hugs always, Grammy
