It's bad enough that the news got things wrong, but Justin doesn't know what happened either.

Oh no :( It so sad seeing Brian so deeply in love and Justin not't feeling anything at all.  He really don't love Brian right now. Past Justin will be so mad with himself if he see this. It's soul crushing. *sobs *

I finally found my way back to this story and whew! Brian needs to thank Bradley, throw some cash at him, and get Justin back to the Pitts, ASAP.

Hi Kim.   After seeing your message about this story, I had to read this one.   It was definitely a good one, just like the others, however, I was not a fan of Andrew, though, I'm sure that was pretty much the general consensus!!  LOL   I thought he was over the top in his feelings for Justin from the get go.  He only lived with him for two weeks, yet he was basically professing his undying love for him?   He came on way too strong way too fast.   Of course, that only led to Justin basically pushing him away and going right back to where he belonged - Brian.    And I loved that just being with Brian again brought all his memories back to the surface.   I only wish he and Brian had gone back to Dr. Keller to say "Told you so"!!  hehe

Reviewer: Enohvee1875 (Signed) · Date: September 07, 2017 12:11 AM · On: Pieces Falling Into Place?

Yay the earth is spinning proper?y again. Brian can go get his boy out of  Dr. Andrew grubby little hands and they will get to live happily ever after back in the Pitts. I know, in my dreams. There are too many chapters left in this tale for things to be that easy.

I am going to add this story to my favorites and run to the store for another roll of paper towels.

Author's Response:

Ha!  I should have issued a tissue warning on this one. :)  Yes, I'm not done with the roller coaster ride yet.  But at least they're together now.   BTW, I'm sorry about all the italics in the story. I sometimes use them now for emphasis, but back then for some reason I got carried away. So I hope that's not too distracting.

Thank you for all the comments, Kim! Sending a 10 pack of Kleenex your way. :)  ~Kim

Poor Blake! He barely left the lion's den in one piece and Ted has put him in the doghouse. How much longer is Brian going to suffer the loss of his Sunshine? Kim, you have to fix this.   The angst, the drama, it is too much.

Author's Response:

LOL, I just answered one of your other comments, and warned it would be a roller coaster of emotion.  It will take some time for them to get there, but I hope you will find the way Brian discovers that he is alive unique. :)  I'm glad you hung in there, though, and that you're enjoying this one, Kim! Thank you for letting me know. :)  ~Kim

I was just starting to clutch my pearls again because I was distraught about Justin having to live on the street in his amnesatic state. But to my surprise Dr. Bradley has stepped up to    help him out. Andrew is just too good to be true or am I just being paranoid. Justin is dreaming of Brian hopefully he will regain his memory soon. Right?    Loving this story BTW.

Reviewer: Enohvee1875 (Signed) · Date: September 06, 2017 11:46 PM · On: Heartbreak and Revelation

OMG, Kim. You are a cruel woman! I was going to skip this story due to the traumatic events of the previous chapters. My heart was breaking for Brian and the gang. But  I am okay because now I a m pretty certain Justin's life was spared. so, after using an entire roll of paper towels to mop up my river of tears, I will continue with this riveting story.

Author's Response:

Hi, Kim!  Well, I wouldn't want to give the plot away, but I WILL say if you hang in there, while you will certainly be taken on a merry-go-round of emotion with this story, I think you will be happy by the end. :)

It is probably one of the stories I am most proud of, so I hope you enjoy it, Kim.  Thanks for reading, and for the feedback. :)  ~Kim

This story was so fabulous! I laughed, I cried..oh my goodness you are a great writer and I'm really enjoying your stories. Well done!

Author's Response:

Hi, Gloria! Thank you so much for not only choosing to read this story, but especially for taking the time to comment. Too often on the older stories I don't think readers think to do that, so it means even more to me that you did. I am so thrilled that you enjoyed this story, and especially for your kind words.  They come in handy when I start to doubt my ability, and gives me the boost that I so badly need at times.;)  Thank you again for the support; it is much appreciated. *Hugs* ~Kim

As I told you when we emailed, I love this story. I know you said you were once worried about the amnesia trope but there are reasons that tropes are repeated: they are so addicting to read about! So thank you for this beautiful story. I go back to it once in a while experience it.

Author's Response:

Hi, Anne! I appreciate you taking the time to leave another comment. Yes, as I mentioned previously, I was a little hesitant at first because of the other stories, but the idea of Brian knowing the man he loved so well that he could figure out he was alive merely by the style of a painting was too good to pass up.;)  I am so happy that you liked this story so much.  It was a personal favorite of mine to write; almost like one of those stories that wrote itself.

Thanks again for your support. Glad you have joined us among the writers.;)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Thank you so much for this wonderful story u are amazing I loved every chapter I couldn't stop reading I read it in one day and I love it so much it made my cry a LOT

All I can say is thank you for this b25;

Author's Response:

Hi, Renad! Wow, thank you very much for choosing to read this story, and especially for the lovely comments! I appreciate that so much. This was one of my favorite stories to write.  I was a little leery of yet another amnesic fic, but I was fascinated with the idea of the boys being in love so deeply, and knowing each other so well, that Brian would know that Justin was alive simply by his painting style. So I couldn't help myself.:)  It almost wrote itself at times.;)

I am honored that you chose to read this one, and by how much you enjoyed it. THANK YOU for telling me that. Too often on the older stories I think readers tend to not review as much, so the fact that you did that after reading it means the world to me. I hope you will enjoy some of my other stories as well. Thank you again for the support! *Hugs*  ~Kim

I was reading through old archived stuff and found this wonderful little gem. Great story. Okay, I admit to being a pushover for the old amnesia storyline. You did a great job with it, though. I love how you really captured the pain Justin felt at his memory loss. I also loved that all it took to get his memories back was a good hard shag with Brian! That was priceless. Thanks for writing. TAG

Author's Response:

Hi, Tag - thank you for reading and especially for taking the time to leave your thoughts.  I hope his getting his memory back in that way wasn't TOO unrealistic for you.  I like to think more along the lines that it wasn't the actual act, but the deep emotions that were engendered as a result of it that was the cause for it. So I hope it wasn't too hokey.  And yes, the amnesia line has been done repeatedly, but I had that idea in my head about how only Brian would be able to recognize his partner's art and know that he was alive and, viola!  This story was born.;)

Thank you again for taking the time to review, Tag.:)  It is greatly appreciated. *Hugs*  ~Kim

I know it may seem weird and I know my time is limited, but I'm reading this story again and have to let you know how much I'm enjoying it. It doesnt matter how old a story is or how many times I read it before, I feel it necessary to let the auhtor know my appreciation fo their generousity.

Author's Response:

Hi, Sandra, my friend; it doesn't seem weird at all to me; in fact, I consider you choosing to reread this story a huge honor, so I thank you sincerely for not only doing that, but for the heartfelt feedback.  This was a very intriguing story for me to write; some of them draw you into the plots, and I have to say that this one certainly did.  I particularly enjoyed writing the scenes with Brian and his son as he struggled over whether or not to tell Gus  the truth about Justin's death.

You are very special, Sandra, not only in your consistent pattern of always leaving supportive reviews, but also in the way that you leave feedback for not only the new/WIP stories, but for the older ones as well.  I will be forever grateful for your thoughtfulness and your encouragement.  I wish we had a thousand more readers just like you, and I thank everyone else who consistently supports me.  Thank you again; I hope I can continue to write stories that you will enjoy.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Just spent the weekend reading your story. I loved it and how you blended the character of Justin's forgetful personality that was still him. Brian was perfect. Thanks

Author's Response:

Hello, my friend; thank you so much for not only reading my story, but for your lovely and very encouraging comments!  This was one of my personal favorites; sometimes an idea just seems to write itself, and this one was definitely in that category.  And I loved the idea of Brian being able to identify his partner's art merely by looking at it and not by the actual signature, and how he pushed and never gave up on their love, despite everyone trying to convince him that Justin was dead.  I am flattered beyond words over your support of this story; thank you so much!  I'm very honored that you would decide to spend your weekend reading it.  I hope there will be other stories of mine that you will enjoy as well.  Thank you again for your wonderful feedback!  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Dear Predec2!

I have read a lot of your stories and I think it won't be uncommon to say that THIS one is unique! This story is particularly special for me, because here  Brian is grieving at Justin's death (this was incredibly sad to see Brian so devastated but veeery enjoyable to read =)) and at the same time it isn't a deathfic! It was a great idea of your's!

Another thing that I like in your works is that you pay much attention to original characters, develop them, expand them and we grow to love them or hate them like we have known them from the original show!

I'm waiting for new aaaangsty stories!! Thank you very  much for applying your talent to our beloved B and J!)))

P.S. I'm not well aware of website's rules. May I ask some personal questions such as where are you from and are you female or male? Because your turn of phrase is so beautiful and love scenes..well..the best on MW!)

Author's Response:

Hi, Mary!  Your thoughtful comments made me extremely happy - they are like heaven to a writer like me who loves to get feedback, so I thank you so much for that; you have no idea how delighted they made me!  At the time I actually hesitated at first to write 'yet another Justin has amnesia story,' but when I thought of the idea of how Brian would be the one to realize that Justin was still alive and was able to do it because of his deep love for him and his ability to know almost instantly that it was his partner's painting, I couldn't resist. And it became a personal favorite of mine as well afterward, so I am very glad that you enjoyed this story.

And as you know I LOVE to write angsty stories.:)  I have three WIPs right now that I will be updating very soon.  I normally update sooner, but for the past several days I have been (and still am) in Germany for the convention which just wrapped up yesterday.  I will be home on Thursday to resume my updates.

I am flattered that you would want to know about me, so I do not mind your questions at all.:)  I am female and live in the midwestern part of the U.S.  I am a full-time teacher, but have never had any formal writing classes; I just love to write about these two wonderful characters!  I started out writing initially on fanfiction.net in December of 2009 and started posting over here one year later.  I love this site for its ease of use and ability to put banners and photos with the stories, but feel a certain allegance also to ff.net, since I have some very loyal readers over there who do not come over here to read, so I continue to post there as well as on my live journal.  If you go to my journal, in fact, you will find several posts about the con along with photos if you are interested.:)

Thank you again for your amazing comments - I try to make my stories and characters as detailed as I can without bogging the story down, so I am very delighted by your kind words.  Thank you for reading so many of my stories.  I hope you will continue to enjoy them for a long time to come.  *Hugs*  ~Kimberly

Author's Response:

Hello!  Thank you for reading my story!  I am glad that you're enjoying it so far (although I'm not sure 'enjoying' is the right word just yet with all the angst!).  This was one of my favorite stories to write, so I do hope you like it.  Thank you for letting me know that you are reading it - and for taking the time to comment.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kimberly

Wow - I just read this story right from the beginning to end (although it took me several days!) and I loved it. I confess to reading some chapters so rapidly as I was desperate to find out what happened next. The final 2 chapters made me cry! Fantastic writing, thank you for sharing

Love Kate xxxx

Author's Response:

Hi, Kate!  I always get a thrill when someone takes the time to leave me comments, but especially on some of my older stories.  THANK YOU for doing that!  This one was special to me, even though I was hesitant at first to write yet another "Justin amnesia" story.  But I was glad that I did afterward, and I am very happy that you enjoyed the story.  It certainly evoked a wide range of emotions, didn't it?

Thank you again for reading and especially taking the time to let me know how much you liked it; that is such a wonderful reward for me!  And thank you for all your ongoing support of my other stories.  I hope you will enjoy them for a long time to come.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Hi I have read this before and loved it so I had a day to myself so I treated myself to another full on read again. Just brilliant I loved every part I cried I laughed I oohed and ahhard. Just a wonderful beautifully written staory thanks so much :) Hugs Chris

Author's Response:

Hi, Dear Friend!  How sweet of you to not only re-read this story but to take the time to comment as well.:)  Thank you for doing that!  This one will always hold a special place in my heart, just like some of my other stories do (although I still think of all of them as my 'babies.':))  It certainly was a roller coaster of emotions, wasn't it?  And I admit I was a little wary at first of starting yet another "Justin has amnesia" story, but this one seemed to call to me and I figured it might have enough twists and turns to hold the readers' attention and be just a little different in plot.

Thank you again for letting me know how much you enjoyed this story; that means a lot to me! And thank you for all the support you've given me over the past few years - that means the world to me.  I hope I can continue to entertain you with more stories to come.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

What an amazing book. I'm sorry I didn't add a comment after each chapter, but I was just too hooked on it to pause long enough to gush about how much I love it. The emotional damage everyone had to deal with was so intense I don't know how they lived thru it. I hope poor Andrew didn't jump out the 14th floor window when he was rejected. I do feel sorry for him, he didn't get a happy ending in this story. Maybe another ER victim will come in and be his soul mate. I think this was a very worthy pick for story of the month. Now maybe I can move away from the computer for a moment...I read this in less than a 24 hours span.
Really good writing, dramatic plot, all the threads tied up at the end in a well told way. The pacing was tormentingly perfect. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I love so many of your stories, but this is one that I have read numerous times. Okay, this is the one I read the most bcause I'll read most of them more than once. I recently read it again when transferring my stories to a new e-reader and I found myself reading this last chapter again just now. I think the last 2 chapters are what really made this memorable. Brian's and Justin's anguish over his loss of his memory and then the subsequent desperation sex scene was done perfectly. The last chapter was just adorable. It's hard to think anyone could fall out of love of these men after reading this story.

Great job again!

I will now get some sleep. LOL.

Author's Response:

Hi, Vonnie!  Thanks for the 'favorite author' designation, BTW; that makes me very happy, my friend!  Yes, this one will be quite angsty for a while as Brian tries to live life without his soulmate; but that very bond between them will also cause him to realize thngs are not what they seem.  I'm so glad you're reading this one!  I do hope you like it:) Thank you for the comments, Sweetie!

P.S.  I'm still going to do my best to get you an autograph from Randy next month; at the very least I'll be sure to get you an extra playbill from "Red."  Keep your fingers crossed, and thanks again for all the support - I'm very grateful.:)  *Hugs*~Kimberly

I would like to tell you this is one of the best stories I have ever read in my entire life.  You are an amazing writer.  I was asking what stories I should read in your large folder of work, and you know who told me about this one.  I read the whole thing in one setting, couldn't stop, as it is so damn good.  I did have to get a sandwich in the middle somewhere.  My gosh lady you are remarkable, there is everything in there, sweetness, angst, some humor, sadness and most of all love.  I hope you know how special your writing is to your readers.  You are an exceptional!!!  Thank you so much for bringing so much entertainment into so many lives.

Author's Response:

OMG, Kym - that has to be one of the nicest reviews that I have ever received!  You will probably never realize how much that means to me.:)  I think most authors write these stories mainly in hopes that others will enjoy what they have written.  I know that, along with a great love for these two characters, is MY main motivation.  Your words mean so much to me, Kym.  This story was special to me - some of them seem to almost write themselves and this one had that effect on me.  Thank you, dear friend, for those lovely comments.  I hope you will continue to enjoy my stories for a long time to come:)  And thank lindc for recommending me to you - I owe that woman a dinner if I ever get a chance to meet all of you! You all sound like very special people.:)  Take care and thanks again; your words have really given me a great lift!:)

BTW - loved the comment about the sandwich - that would be the only reason why I would take a break, too - forget having to use the bathroom - ha!

This is quite possibly my favorite story...of all time. It left me on edge along with making me clench my invisible pearls periodically. It was beautifully written and wonderfully intriguing! 11 out of 10 stars :) Magnificent!

Side note: I was wondering how to put a banner with a story. :( I'm at a loss. Help!

Author's Response:

Hi, Louchelle!  What a wonderful thing to say about this story - thank you so much!  Yes, "Remember Me" was definitely a rollercoaster ride - I know I had to reassure everyone that it was NOT a death fic because it certainly felt that way for a while, didn't it?  But when Brian finally realized Justin was still alive, I think it made all the angst worthwhile (hopefully).:)  Thanks so much for letting me know you enjoyed this story!

I'll send you a PM shortly about the banner question.:)  Thanks again - looking forward to more of your story, also...!  VERY entertaining as well as extremely sexy - yum!:)

DONE!  I was beginning to wonder how many more times my heart could break and re-mend itself!  That was quite the roller-coaster ride for the last few chapters.  I can see why this was a special story for you.  It will be one that I'll want to read again sometime down the road!

Oh! I have a story idea for you since you are SO good at churning out stories ... (seriously, how do you write so many long stories that are so GOOD in such a short time?) ... anyway, my idea is an AU where Brian and Justin are both in college and are cheerleaders; I guess I'm thinking like the Hellcats cheerleaders but that's not where I got the idea, really!  You know like Brian is the best cheerleader with all of the competive awards and Justin is new on the scene and wows everyone.  All the girls love them both ... MAYBE no one knows they are gay but they end up attracted to each other and can't hide it anymore.  Or something like that!  :-D

Oh well! Keep it cooking in the back of your mind and maybe something will come of it!

Big hugs!  Cindy

Author's Response:

Hi, Cindy!  Thanks so much for reading this and letting me know your thoughts.:)  And thanks for the story idea!  Mmm....Justin and Brian as cheerleaders, all that testosterone and sweat - I like it - ha!  I am actually writing down story ideas now because I can't write them as fast as I can think them up; plus I do occasionally get plot bunnies from readers (such as "Tender Loving Care," actually - that was one), so I will definitely file this away for future reference.  Now if I only had about 24 more hours in the day and two more pairs of hands, maybe I could accomplish all this (sigh).  Thank you so much for the idea - I'm very flattered you think I could do it justice.:)  I will definitely think about it for the future.  And thanks for all the feedback - I am very appreciative; hope to hear from you again soon.:)  *hugs* back to you.:)

Very nice job of sweeping up that mess I left you with a few chapters ago!  This one sentence made my stomach flip over!  :-)

Hugs! Cindy

Author's Response:

Hi, Cindy - *hugs* back to you!:)  As you can see, we're heading to a good place now.:)  That being said, though, there's still going to be some rocky parts ahead.....I always like to actually name the chapters when I write a story, BTW, not only because I think it gives the reader a sense of where it's heading, but for me it helps ME as a reader to remember where I left off, especially on the long stories and when they might not have been updated in quite a while - ha!  Thanks again for taking the time to review - I am very appreciative.:P)

Author's Response:

Hi, Cindy!  So glad that you pushed beyond the heartbreaking chapter with Gus and are still reading.:)  I'm so honored that you have been moved by my story; this one holds a special place in my heart and certainly seemed to have resonated with a lot of readers.:)  Thanks so much for leaving me your thoughts and for reading. Thanks a lot!! I've been happily reading along; sad for Brian but knowing eventually he's going to find Justin again so it hasn't been too bad and wish Dr. Andrew would fall off a tall cliff when all of a sudden you decide it's time to RIP MY HEART TO SHREDS!!  OMG! That is probably the saddest, most pitiful image of Brian I've ever read! Laying down next to Gus wishing for a little bit of his own imaginary magic to ease his pain??

Well! I'm going on to read the next chapter ... and you can sweep up the mess from my broken heart!  :-)

*Hugs you*  Cindy

Author's Response:

Hi, Cindy!  Thanks - I think (just kidding).  If I really had an emotional effect on someone, I am very flattered.  I recall writing that chapter very clearly and how it tugged at MY heart at the time, too.  This is a very poignant roller coaster of a story for sure at times.:)  I trust that you will find the eventual reunion of the two that much sweeter, though, and Gus will get his wish to see his 'Poppa' again in due time, but it will take a while.:)  Thank you so much for letting me know you're reading the story and for providing your thoughts.  I hope you continue occasionally to let me know what you think; I'm very appreciative.:)

I thoroughly enjoyed this and read it straight through in two sittings.   You worried me with Andrew's well timed (or ill-timed, depending on your POV) visit to Pittsburgh.  I'm glad that Justin knew better than to accept his offer.  I had to laugh at the cause of Justin's memory returning.  It looks like Rage's rejuvenating bed and magical healing sperm did their work on JT again!

Author's Response:

Thank you for reading and for leaving me a review, mysid!  I have to laugh at your comment about Rage's "magical healing sperm!"  I wished I had thought of that and I would have used it somehow in the story.:)  Thanks again for leaving me your thoughts - so glad you liked it!:_)

Maybe an epilogue where stupid Andrew gets his due?  I felt like you wanted us to see that he was an okay guy who just fell for Justin's irresistable charm, and I could see that and you did a great job with it.  But I hated him!  What kind of asshole does that?  I want to see him run in to them while they're with Gus and have to deal with what he tried to split up.  Vindictive?  Maybe.  Satisfying?  It would be awesome!  Loved this story, btw!  You're making my days spent in bed with the flu, bearable.  Thanks!

Thanks so much, Kate!  Sorry to hear you're under the weather, but I'm glad I can help out with some reading in the meantime.:)  I'm pleased that you're enjoying the stories, and I want to thank you leaving a review on this one.  A lot of time readers don't go to the trouble to do that on the older stories, so I am doubly appreciative.:)  Hope you like the next installment of "Paper Hearts" I just posted, also.  Thanks again for reading.:)

Hello, my friend - glad to see you're still reading this.:)  Let's just say that Brian will have a rather unique way to get Justin to remember that is pure Brian Kinney, even though it will be unintentional.  And just a caution - Andrew's not quite done yet but he won't get far with his endeavor - hang on until the ending - it WILL get better!:)  Thanks for reading and all the reviews- I greatly appreciate it.:)

OK...I have to ask a question...lol.... if Justin was walking on a hill near the railroad tracks when he collapsed...and taken to a nearby hospital...wouldn't they have heard about the crash???

Author's Response:

Well, perhaps two issues would have impacted that - they had already decided there were no survivors, and Justin was found by a couple that did not leave any information at the hospital, so I suppose they may not have been able to put two and two together; he didn't have any burn marks, etc. to show he had been in the fire.  I know - you have to suspend belief just a bit here - LOL!  Very thoughtful question, though, my friend.  Looking foward to your further comments.:)

OMG thank you for such a wonderful story. I started with trepidation but trusting you would get the boys back together. I cried through so many chapters with Justin and Brian their rollercoaster of emotions was positively exhausting.

This story was so well written (of course its yours) that I started reading early in the evening and had to stop at 1.00am but I was dreaming about and up again at 4.00am on my laptop because I had to finish it. I have loved all your stories but this one was such a mix of angst and love it will stay with me for a long time. I am going to save it to my favourites so I can read it over and over. I will give it a week or two and read it again this time actually reading all the bits I missed because of the tears lol

Thank you

XXX Chris

Author's Response:

Chris:  What a wonderful review - you made my day; thank you so much!  Yes, this one was definitely an emotional roller coaster, especially at first when everyone, especially Brian, thought Justin was dead.  I know the amnesia angle has been played a lot before, but it stuck in my head and I had to write my version down anyway.  I figured only Brian would know instinctively that it was his lover's painting he was seeing, so I thought it was only fitting that he discovered Justin was alive that way.  I am so glad you decided to trust me and continue reading the story, and I'm so glad I didn't disappoint you.  I can't think of anything more flattering than the fact that the story stayed with you so much that you had to lose sleep over it - LOL!  Thank you so much for taking the time to review - that is the one thing that will make me continue, and it means so much to me.:)

it's so nice that Brian admits that getting Justin back is worth any amount of pain that might result.  But does he really want Justin to remember the bad times?  The times he pushed Justin off Mount Kinney?

Author's Response:

Hmmmm....Good question; but I guess if he didn't, it wouldn't really make Brian the person he is, or make their eventual stronger relationship as sweet....:)

Sigh.  This chapter makes be melancoly.  I feel sorry for Andrew, sorry for Brian, and sorry for Justin, especially when he finally meets Debbie.

Author's Response:

Yes, they still have some ups and downs to go through.  But if you hang in there, it's heading toward a pretty spectacular finale (if I do say so myself - LOL!):)

I'm glad to see that Justin's willing to go back to Pittsburgh with Brian, but I can't help but feel that Brian is being a little unfair to Andrew.  True Andrew never stood a chance with Justin, but he did take him in.

Author's Response:

Yeah, Andrew is actually a decent guy, and he won't be giving up totally, but he unfortunately had the bad luck to fall in love with a man whose heart already belongs to someone else...:)

Hi!

first of all, i'm sorry for the mistakes i'm going to make but i'm  french and unfortunately not really bilingual so please forgive me!(but I can read and understand your stories, lucky for me..;)

I wanted to thank you for that story and for your stories in general because there are just so good... I have a preference for this one, stirring up trouble and I don't (I haven't read the wedding present for now, but I'm planning to very soon!) but all your stories are really great.

I have to said you have a real gift for writing emotions. It's so good to read stories so well written with a very good plot. I understand you are a teacher and I admire you for finding the time to write such good chapters so fast! So, thank you for taking the time to share your gift with us and please keep going!

Et encore Bravo!

Author's Response:

Hi, Emy!  No need to apologize for your English - I can understand you just fine!:)  Thank so much for the kind words!  I am so glad you are enjoying my stories - just knowing others are enjoying what I am writing is compensation enough for me to continue them - as long as I know they're being enjoyed, I would love to keep writing about them.:)  I should be (hopefully) wrapping up "The Wedding Present" soon before I start on its sequel, so hopefully by the time you begin reading it, it will be a finished story.  Thank you again for all the kind words and especially for taking the time to leave a review!:)

So you take the last bit and make my stomack drop, then you have Justin clarify what he meant.  Wohooo!  "No Brian...I won't give up on us. either."  Way to go!!!!

Author's Response:

I know - I was really naughty with that line, wasn't I?  But it worked, didn't it? LOL!

I don't think Andrew is delaying this reunion but I could be wrong. And he thought Justin was inpatient!!!Will meeting Brian bring it all back?  If that's the way it works send me a good looking guy who loves me.  Please!!

Author's Response:

You and me both, especially if it involves someone who looks Brian (Gale) does - LOL!

This is such a beautiful story!!!!!!.... Some chapters had so much emotion in them that I had to cry with your characters!!!! I love that although you made Brian a more sensitive and loving man, you still kept his character just like canon!!!! Well done!!! simply well done!!!!!

Author's Response:

Thank you so much - what a lovely review.:)  I'm so glad you enjoyed reading - thank you for taking the time to leave me a review.:)

Thank you soo much for this journey. I cried my eyes out because I really and truely did sympathize with Justin and Brian. I could feel their pain and frustation-tear. Their love for each other was felt from chapter to chapter. I always knew that Brian's mind fucking cock could be the cure for all things. Yummy!  I also love your writing and ability to pay attention to details and story developemnet. This fic is definately a FAV :o) Two Thumbs Up!

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for letting me know you enjoyed my story - that is what I need to encourage me to continue them!:)  I love writing these and knowing that others are deriving pleasure from them, too, makes it worthwhile for me.  Yeah, this one was a real tear-jerker at times, but I hope it made up for it in the end.  I would certainly remember a LOT of things if I had the pleasure of Brian Kinney's company, too - LOL!  Thanks again for reading and especially taking the time to leave a review!:)

I feel sorry for Blake.  No one believes him!!!  Will the hypnosis work?  I'll have to wait and find out.

looks like Justin's going to owe Andrew big time if this works.

Author's Response:

Ahh....if it was only that easy........LOL!

Patience has never worked very well with Justin.  It was nice that he got to see Kayla again.  I wonder what you've planned for the fundraiser?

Author's Response:

Well, don't want to spoil it, but let's just say it's going to lead to a very dramatic turn in the story....:)

I understand how Justin feels.  Impatient for the final reunion.  However I know you have many interesting if not tearful points to make before we manage to get there.

Finally, maybe someone recognizes Justin.  Did Blake ever meet Justin?  Will Teddy believe him? Onward to the next chapter.

Reviewer: YumYumPM (Signed) · Date: January 08, 2011 09:37 PM · On: Here in Your Heart

Gee, what happens when Justin finally gets to Babylon?  The whole place will be so changed he won't recognize it.  Love the part about the story that leads to giving Brian a chance to tell Gus about Justin.  To think he told the truth, he just didn't know it.

Reviewer: YumYumPM (Signed) · Date: January 08, 2011 09:20 PM · On: Looking for Answers

Poor Brian, he really doesn't want to tell Gus about Justin. And with good reason, he just doesn't know it yet.  I approve of the way Melanie is portrayed, it's so refreshing.

I like Andrew, but I don't want him getting too close to Justin.  See what your writing does, it brings the characters to life.

Justin's art and Brian seem to be the keys to his memory.

Author's Response:

I think you're definitely on the right track, my friend!:)  Brian alone will be the one who finds out about Justin through a rather unique method - stay tuned.:)

I did finish the last chapter but my happy pill was kicking in and I was too sleepy this morning to leave the last review.

This was a most delightful read which I totally enjoyed having. Your description of the characters was perfect; the plot spell-binding and executed perfectly. I was glued to my chair (most of the time) and driven to finish the story.

I write therefore I'm a writer; however, when I read a story like this one I know I'm seeing not the work of a writer. Anybody can write. You, are an author and that's a big difference. Thank you very much for publishing this story here so I could find it.

Author's Response:

Thank you for all the encouragement and the kind words, my friend - they mean a great deal to me.  I am posting the sequel to "Going, Going, Gone" right now - hope you'll have a chance to read it.  It's complete but is 47 chapters long - I'm loading the chapters as fast as I can - LOL!  Thanks again for the very warm welcome on here.

It's a lucky thing that Andrew took such a liking to Justin.  I'd hate to think what he'd be going through it not for the offer of an apartment to stay in.

Oh no, It's beginning to look like Brian's going to be in Canada when Justin makes it to Pittsburg.  I have a sneaking suspicion that Justin's not going to meet anyone he knows, hopefully I'm wrong.  Good chapter

WOW !!!

That's all i can say right now. I'm still wiping tears from my eyes as i write.
I love ALL the stories you've posted so far, but this one was really special.

The thought of Justin never regaining his memory and Brian beeing without him for the rest of his life has really scared me. But i absolutely LOVE their happy ending. Especially their reunion in BRITIN. LOVE THAT PLACE!!!

Best wishes to you.
Diana

Author's Response:

Thank you, Diana!  So glad you lked it - this one was one of my favorites, too.:)  Hope you'll keep reading the stories - I plan to update all of the open ones regularly and I have a couple of other ideas for new ones (but I have to get some of these other ones finished first - LOL!  Thanks again for takng the time to review.

Reviewer: JTSecrets (Signed) · Date: January 07, 2011 05:11 PM · On: I Remember!

I'm sure glad I stayed up some more to get to this lovely climax in the story. You wrote it so well too! You captured the happy playful Justin perfectly and it was so sweet how he teased Brian to realization.  BRAVO!

Author's Response:

Thanks for all the comments, my friend - glad you stayed up to (almost) finish it (not sure if you got to the last chapter or not....And, no, you do NOT get a free dinner although I HATE to make mistakes when I write - LOL!  I actually don't use a beta so I try my best not to do that, but after writing several thousand words in one chapter one or two invariably slips out, even though I've probably gone over it several times - ACK!  Thank God for larger font size....ha!
