As 18-year-old Gus leaves Pittsburgh to go out of state for college, he leaves behind some unresolved issues concerning his dad's failed relationship. After a chance encounter at a café in Brooklyn, Gus decides to take action and help the people he cares about.

“Sonny Boy--” Brian began, intentionally ignoring Justin’s question.

“--You had no idea why she sent me down,” Gus interrupted, his words more of a statement.

Brian shook his head. “Your mother neglected to inform me of her intentions.”

Lindsay has ulterior motives when she sends Gus for an unscheduled weekend visit with Brian and Justin.

Several months after Justin leaves with Ethan, he happens to run into Brian in Chicago and they inevitably fall into bed together. After that, neither can resist and these trysts start to become a regular thing. Everything is going great - they don't have the gang giving them unwanted advice and nobody but them knows what's going on. Until, eventually, Brian gets tired of being the 'other man' and wants more . . . Based on T**'s plot bunny.

Brian receives an unexpected gift from a client and he and Justin are not sure what to do with it. Letting it back into the wild doesn’t seem like a good choice.

Happy Halloween, everyone! It is time for me to offer your annual 'treat' for the holiday. This year I decided to give you another adult 'fairy' tale. This is my version of the 'Little Red Riding Hood' story. I hope you will enjoy it. I promise there are no mean 'tricks' waiting for you.

Justin is living his life in New York and has a roommate he adores named Janice.  How do Justin and Janice relieve their sexual tension?  How does their relationship affect Brian’s long distance relationship with Justin?  There are some sexy scenes and one f/m/m scene, so be warned.

This story started off as a ‘what if’ ... what if Brian hadn’t met Justin until sometime in Season Three?  Which things would be different and which would be the same ... or brought about in a different way?  How would Brian be different?  Would he be better, or would he be worse?  Would he still react to Justin in the same way if they were both a couple of years older?

Anyway, that was how it started; but then I had to supply a background for Justin that was canon to begin with, but ended up being quite different ... and then the whole thing turned into a kind of thriller.  Well, I hope it did.

So I guess this is part what-if, part AU, part thriller ... but most of all, of course, a love story.

Justin never got to go camping with Brian during the Liberty Ride.  This is what happens when he finally persuades him to experience the joys of living in the wilderness.  Chaos ensues! 

The other day I was watching an ad for a new animated film called 'Tangled'.  It was another version of the very old fairy tale, Rapunzel.  For some inexplicable reason I had this sudden vision of Justin locked in a tower and his own Prince Charming (Brian) coming to his rescue.  I couldn't get the image out of my head so, my friends, I simply had to write my own 'fairy' tale for our beloved boys.  I sincerely hope you will enjoy it.  I must thank my beloved Judy for her skilled beta work.

This is a sequel to Before There Was You, There Was You.   We left our boys in the last story together, happy with seven, yes SEVEN, children!  (Peter and Johnny, his late sisters’ Claire’s children whom he and Justin adopted. Jagger and Lizzy, Brian’s orphaned cousins who they also adopted.  Gus of course, and the twins, Maria and Andy that he and Justin fathered through a surrogate.)   This story picks up five years from the end of BTWYTWY. Our boys are about to have an unexpected adventure.  When life throws them a curveball will they be able to bounce back?
