A vacation trip to the beach. Another shared story from a friend years ago. I kove them and hope you enoy them too.
Brian and Justin are making new memories
Aaron’s best friend in junior high, Teddy, became more than just a friend by the time they graduated one and two in their high school class. They went off to college together where their love continued to grow. As they completed their undergraduate degree, Teddy was accepted into the Medical School to become a doctor while Justin planned to go to the School of Veterinary Medicine. They had already decided they would graduate in their own fields and then, together, would go explore the world while helping those in need.
But sometimes best laid plans don’t come to fruition.
Aaron finds himself alone with a newly earned Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and, although it couldn’t be with Teddy, Aaron heads to Africa to help patience and, hopefully, find himself again.
(I apologize if there are a lot of mistakes in this story. With my beta unavailable, I used AI for corrections.)
Justin’s down not feeling the Thanksgiving holiday since he’s been kicked out. So, Brian surprises Justin taking him to see his Mom and sister for Thanksgiving.
Completely AU. He knew only one thing about vampires. They were evil and didn't deserve to live. That was, until the night he met Brian.

Brian is Justin's date to prom because he changed his mind about going.

Gus asks for the same thing every year since he moved to Canada with his moms and sister. This year that wish is actually going to happen.
This is a continuation to "Hi, My Name Is Brian and I'm an Alcoholic". You should read that story before you read this one as it contains a lot of background.
Brian's a "little" possessive of Justin. Just a short one shot.
7-year-old Gus has a question for his Daddy.

This story is the result of my entry in the July fanfic contest on TQL. Brian wants to give his son a special gift for his fifth birthday so he chooses an up-and-coming artist named Justin Taylor to paint a portrait of Gus. He gets more than he bargained for when he meets the budding young artist. Many thanks to Pat for her beta skills and the fabulous Eka for the perfect banner. I love you girls so much.
A day after the rehearsal dinner Brian and Justin are not sure whether they did the right thing by calling off the wedding.
We are returning to the Universe of a Father’s Hate. Everyone had been told Justin had died from the bashing and Craig had hid him away for two years. Brian and Molly, working together, found and rescued him. Justin and Brian are now married and living in Britin with Gus and Aaron. Aaron is their adopted son who is actually Justin’s half brother. Along with the help of Ronni, and her son James, along with Emmet, they have built a busy but rewarding household. But then Justin gets a phone call that will upend the peaceful home they have built.
Sequel to "Can I Come Back Home to You?" The epilogue left you guys with a lot of questions. Who's dead? Who killed someone? What's this big emergency? Well, you'll get all those answers. But first, we left Brian and Justin as they were going on their honeymoon. Enjoy, everyone!
This was a plot bunny that was posted several months ago by Tatiana Rita Rampin. I am sure it wasn’t exactly what she had in mind but it is what my imagination created after thinking about it.
This story is an alternative storyline for what happened after Chris Hobbs bashed Justin during prom at the end of Season 1 and what happens when Craig Taylor gets involved.
When you're married to Brian Kinney, you learn to expect surprises.

Brian surprises Justin with an anniversary gift that far exceeds expectations.
“Baking cookies shouldn’t take that long if we both do it,” Justin countered. “Or you can stand there all night, holding the things I need, because then we’ll both be fucked, and--”
“--not in a positive, life-affirming way,” Brian finished in a deadpan, then sighed and brought the bags to the counter. “Fine. What do I do?”

A semi-forced Christmas assignment gives Brian a little more satisfaction than he originally imagined...
No one had been more shocked than Brian when Melanie, of all people, had suggested that, since she didn't really celebrate Christmas, but J.R. was heading to Pittsburgh to be with her dads, perhaps Brian and Justin would rather come to Toronto to have a more subdued celebration with Lindsay and Gus.
"Lindsay never really gets to enjoy the decorations she puts up, since we're rushing around and then traveling during this time," Mel had explained. "I just thought it would be nice if you and Justin wanted to come to our place instead… You know, let Linds and Gus go all out, and then have a nice quiet holiday at home."
"Quiet" was all Brian needed to hear before he agreed.
***
Brian and Justin travel to Toronto to spend Christmas with a small part of their chosen family.
A catch all for all the scenes, situations and shenanigans that don't fit into Britin: A Day in the Life or any of the currently being written or planned for stories in the Sunbeam Chronicles. Will include one-shots or scenes starting from the end of season five and onward; mainly focusing on the time before the start of 25 Days of Smutmas.
Brian is a popular senior in high school. He's pretty much the Brian we know and love, but all things change when he encounters Justin Taylor the preacher's daughter. Their love will be something you will never forget. This fic is loosely based on the movie of the same name. All mistakes are mine.
One Pride Weekend in June, Brian and Justin reflect on their long and winding relationship and discuss marriage, love, and family.
When Justin came home from his studio and found Brian in the kitchen making dinner, he knew something was wrong.
Brian didn’t cook. Even after 15 years of knowing the man and spending most of them in a relationship with him, Justin could count the times Brian had made them dinner on one hand. Apparently, tonight he was adding one more to the tally.

Fifteen-year-old Gus is spending the summer with Brian and Justin in New York. He decides to test the limits of Brian's relatively lenient parenting style, with unintended consequences.
Brian hates spending Christmas with his family and so does Justin. What happens when their parents live right next to each other but they have never met and neither are feeling the Christmas spirit.
A tragedy strikes and Justin has to learn to live a new kind of normal.
This story picks up right where 'Aftermath' ends. This is the third and final installment in the 'After' series of stories about the aftereffects of Justin's bashing by the despicable Chris Hobbs. This story centers primarily on those closest to Justin and how they deal with what has happened. It's my interpretation of what could have been going on in between scenes during the first episode of Season 2. I hope you will enjoy it.
My eternal gratitude to the remarkable Judy for her beta skills, and my beautiful granddaughter, Marika, for the evocative banner. I love you both dearly.
In Aftershock, we see how Justin's bashing at the end of Season One affected Brian. It ended without revealing how the bashing affected everyone else who loved and cared about Justin. The series skipped from that iconic scene of Brian sitting in the hospital right after Justin was admitted, to a month later at the beginning of Season Two, so we have to use our imagination about what went on at the hospital after Michael joined Brian. I hope you will find my perspective interesting.
Many thanks to my beta, Judy, for her help and my darling Granddaughter, Marika, for her evocative banner. And also thanks to those who asked me 'what about the others' when they read 'Aftershock'. Their questions led to this sequel.
A QAF fanfic reader made a request for stories that involved the immediate aftermath of that tragic bashing of our beloved Justin and how Brian responded to it. I believe it inspired a lot of our writers, including myself. I do hope you will find this story interesting, although I can't say it will be a lot of fun, considering the subject matter. Please keep in mind how things did turn out for the couple later on as you reach the end of this story, and don't be too sad.
I want to thank Gloria Hernon for her brilliant suggestion. I also wish to thank my beloved Judy for her beta skills and my beloved granddaughter, Marika, for her amazing banner.
It was over. Voldemort was dead. In the aftermath everyone needs to learn to cope, move on, and live their lives in the light again.
The devastating illness and untimely passing of the family matriarch effects the gang in a profound way.
Special thanks to Kim (predec2) for the beautiful banner.

AU: Set around season five, only the bombing never happened. Lindsay & Melanie still live in the Pitts with the kids, and Justin never existed...until now. In this AU story which is completely sci-fi, Justin is an alien who has come to Earth, and Brian is the human he intends to be with.
Thank you, Kim, again, for providing me with a fantastic banner!
Justin knows that keeping a man like Brian is hard work and he will never get everything he wants but at least he got something which is better than nothing at all.

There are ways to pick up tricks and then there is a way to pick up a trick. This is not Brian’s typical night at Babylon. Not even close. But this is a boy meets boy story… Sort of.
Just a little short one-shot. Older couple Justin and Brian take their granddaughter to the movies.
A kinda cutesy Gus fic. If you're looking for grittiness and angst, look elsewhere. Gus wants to see Santa. He's relying on Dadda and Dus to make that happen.

Beta: Xrifree
AU, tattoo artist Justin with a prison record meets Brian, who comes in for a tattoo.
***Featured Story for October 2015*** (by Bob)
Halloween One-Shot. Justin is convinced there is something odd going on at Britin. B/J fluff; romance/humor.
Justin has been back from New York for a week and in that time the ‘family' just wouldn't leave he and Brian alone to enjoy their reunion. There have been countless calls demanding Brian produces Sunshine, unannounced visits and several walk-ins performed by Michael of course.
On one such evening, as Brian and Justin are in the middle of foreplay, Michael barges in and without regard to what he interrupted demands that they join him and the guys for a night out at Woody's. When Emmett suggests a ‘couple's pool game,' Brian and Justin have to decide if the stakes are too high-- Freedom from family vs. Learning to Share. Who will win the Tawdry Tournament?
Special Thanks to Tuneesha Regu and Sally Messer for the inspiration for this. I hope it lives up to your expectations!
Brian’s amazed by Justin love and passion…
A friend on Tumblr sent me a prompt with the words “Don’t listen to them. Don’t you EVER listen to them” and the character Debbie. I chose Ted to interact with her and it takes place shortly after he finished rehab (season 4).
Enjoy :)
Brian may not be able to say "I love you" in words, but then again, as they say, actions speak much louder. Now if Justin can just learn to read them . . .
Ted meets the gang.
I thank my dear friend, Predec2, for the wonderful job as Beta of my story and the beautiful banner.
Their time will never end.
This is a little AU centered around Ted and Blake meeting for the first time in high school.
I was asked by a friend if I could imagine an alternate first meeting for these two characters, and for some reason, this is what came to mind. I know that, given their age difference, these two would never have been in high school at the same time, but I thought it might be an interesting idea to explore.
I hope you enjoy it. It’s far from perfect, but there isn’t much written about Ted and Blake, so I figured I would share it :)
Despite what others might assume, Brian Kinney actually liked his neighbor.
Brian’s inner emotions about having Justin back in his life as they heat up
the dance floor.

Damn! I can't believe that it is time to celebrate my Fifth Anniversary of the day I posted my very first fanfic story. It is really true that time flies when you are having fun. LOL! Well folks, as is my custom I have written a new story to share with my beloved readers who have made these five years so special to me. I hope you will enjoy it.
For this story, I decided to answer (in my version) the question that was never fully explored on the series. We all presume that the bombing of Babylon was caused by people who hated the protesters of the Prop 14 bill. The show never actually followed through with an investigation into the bombing. I have come up with my own theory, and the fact that Brian is re-opening the club will bring the truth out. Oh, and while we're at it, the re-opening will also be slightly different than what the show presented. In my version, a certain special someone also attends much to Brian's delight. One guess as to who I'm talking about.
So here you are.
Pittsburgh Airport. You could barely see the sign under glaring street lamps and you cursed at every red light, but Justin doesn’t seem to mind. He stares out the window, dreaming of the opportunity spread before him. Simple problems like the weather won’t distract him when he’s leaving for New York City. His future for now and forever.

There's the cute neighbor in the hall in nothing but his underwear.

The sacrifices Brian and Justin make for the betterment of humankind... and wiining a Kinnetik account; Ted and Emmet get some interesting homework
I had many requests to continue telling Brian and Justin's story from The Stripper universe. This takes place a few years after The Stripper and is a sequel.If you haven't read The Stripper, I've included a summary of the story in the story notes.
Summary of the story: Brian and Justin are living in Pittsburgh and Justin is enjoying his success as a painter. Justin was ready for his life to move forward and enjoy his success, but now someone from his time as an exotic dancer is back in his life.

Brian's A One-Man, All Girl Band... Another Jib-Jab Cartoon...
Brian and Justin have an unorthodox living arrangement that keeps them out of jail for killing each other.
It only took a moment of clarity for it all to fall into place. He finally realized that his life was about to change, he was ready to do what it took to make him see how much he loved him.
In this AU tale Brian’s loft is a short train commute away from work and Liberty Avenue. Justin is a fellow commuter and they develop a friendship over time. This is not a story filled with the usual passion, but rather a way of showing that a closeness over time can develop into something more. The timeline and some facts from the original series have been altered slightly to accommodate the story.
There can be more than one "first time."
A Halloween costume party, Brian and Justin style. Which one of them will win the bet that decides what costumes they wear?
When allergies strike…Brian turns sweet. Set sometime in season 5.
Justin had gone out to find Chris Hobbs... with a gun. And Brian was sick with fear. Canon AU after 4x05.
This story is AU with an alternate Brian/Justin meet. The story is set in 2014 although Brian is 35 and Justin is 23. Justin and Daphne are recent college graduates and best friends buying their first place together. Brian is their upstairs neighbor. Both Brian and Justin are at a crossroads in their own lives struggling to figure out what they need. ***Story is Now Complete***
Thanks to clride for the awesome banner.
Note: I am uploading the first 12 chapters again since I stupidly deleted it on accident when uploading the latest chapter.
This is a sequel to One Heartbeat Away and occurs about four months after that story ends. Brian has trouble letting go of old doubts, and Ted gets a chance to witness a special Brian/Justin moment!
He could feel silky blond locks trapped beneath his fingers, and Sunshine's impossibly soft mouth under his, where it belonged. Then he remembered Justin had dumped him in Babylon...
~~~So thankful for another great banner by Christie (clride)~~~
Brian picks up a new toy. This is not aligned with a particular season or episode and Justin is a bit OOC. Welcome to my filthy mind.
Much thanks to Christie (clride) for the Banner.
Post 513 story takes us several years after the completion of the series. Focus on Brian and Justin's relationship. Alternates in POV from Brian to Justin.
And Now...Here's Something I Hope You'll All REALLY Like!!!
OK, this story is meant to be just pure melodrama fun! No real plan or deep issues here or major angst Just an homage to the good old days with Brian as a Mountie saving his special guy from bondage peril. And maybe the other way around!
Additional Category: Bondage Peril, Melodrama Bare Backing, Campy/Corny Dialogue.
This story can be read as R rated or PG 13. Just keep a look out for the smut alerts and pay them mind.
Sometimes love comes into your life when you least expect it.
Finally did it...my very first crossover story, and my QAF muse has come back home too. So I hope you'll enjoy this new story. For those who love Spartacus (and especially Agron and Nasir) you'll know them well. This story is set during the revolt of the slaves of Rome between 73 B.C. and 71 B.C. I have done my best to be as accurate to true history as I can, but the story is based on the way history is told by the Starz series, 'Spartacus'. I've changed Brian and Justin's names slightly to fit what was used in that time period. All the names I've used for characters are accurate according to my research. At the beginning none of the four men have met and spent any time together. I promise you, that will change quite quickly. The Agron/Nasir part of the story is more canon, while the Brian (Brion)/Justin (Justinus) part of the story is certainly AU. I hope you will enjoy the blending of these two magnificent couples.
A special note of thanks to my darling Granddaughter, Amy for the banner. A very special thanks to my beta, Judy...plus I wish to dedicate this story to her. Her support and friendship has been invaluable in getting me back on track in writing stories.
Post-513. While Justin attends an art show, Brian makes a valiant solo attempt at gingerbread house construction with Gus and JR at Britin. Chaos ensues, but afterwards both men learn something sweet about each other and about themselves.
This is a gap-filler for the story arc in season 2 in which Justin is a go-go boy at Babylon. I wanted to explore what could have happened if Brian found out about what happened at Sap's party in episode 14, "The Dangers of Sex and Drugs."
Dr. Carlisle Cullen (29) finds a sad, lonely boy in his waiting room, Edward (18) is a broken boy who has suffered abuse from his wicked step-father. Carlisle makes it a point to bring a smile back on Edwards face, but he happens to fall for the boy along the way, but really, would that be such a bad thing for Edward, to finally know that not all older men are abusive and mean.
Agron has developed a firm friendship with Nasir, but it is only when he is parted from the young Syrian (and there is the very strong chance the young man could be killed) that he begins to realize there is more to their relationship than that. How his newfound feelings affect them both, and how it changes things between them, is revealed in thought and deed.
Unbeta'd for now, but will be corrected as soon as my beta is free. So please forgive any errors. Thank you, and enjoy!
This story takes place in the "For the love of Kai" realm. You don't need to be familair with the story other than the fact that Kai is Justin's younger half brother with autism that Justin adopts and raises with Brian.
special thanks to the amazing predec2 for the beautiful banner!!!
