Set in 1961, a time before sexual liberation. Twenty-year old Brian Kinney comes to New York to escape the monotony of his town-life and to pursue his interests in photography. On his road to success, his path invariably crosses with Justin Taylor’s, a poor yet charming and determined student.

When Brian asks Justin to be his model for an upcoming photography competition, things start spiralling out of control, in more ways than one...

Brian and Justin are filling in time while waiting for their meals at the diner.

*****I would like to thank Daphne_Angel for my lovely banner*****

This is just a little something that came to me as I was re-watching Season 4. Title is self explanatory.

Debbie and Justin have a heart-to-heart talk on Vic's birthday. One-Shot.

Justin Taylor is an up and coming artist who has lived and worked in New York City for the past seven years.  Brian Kinney is an advertising executive with his own Company who also lives and works in the Big Apple.  What happens when they both visit Central Park on a beautiful Spring Day?  How will the day end?  Read on and discover for yourself.  Many thanks to Marika for the lovely banner.  My beta, Judy, is still on vacation, but I'll re-post the beta'd copy as soon as it is returned to me.  Thank you for your patience.

Beta: Taytay4936, I couldn't do any of it without you

Banner: Masterglory, grazie mille Cara

Brian is called to the hospital when Gus and Justin are brought in. Pre 308

Based on the TV series, Sister Sister.  Brian and Justin don't know each other.  Yet.

Thanks Marny for the banner

Krycek is thinking...

I have a new story for your weekend reading.  My beta, Judy is still on a whirlwind trip after enjoying her time at the glorious QAF Rise 'n Shine Convention so this is unbeta'd temporarily.  I'll post corrections asap when she is able to get some extra time in her super busy 28 hours a day.  LOL!

This is my newest version of what comes after Brian and Justin part at the loft, and Justin heads off to the airport for his flight to New York City.  As we all know it was Winter time.  Who could forget the unforgettable scene as snow fell outside their window when they made such beautiful love together?  Well, what if the snow fell so heavily that night that all flights were delayed?  And what if Justin, who we all know loves to make conversation with interesting people, finds himself sharing the waiting hours with a kindly old lady (yes, I'm putting myself into this story) who also enjoys a good conversation?  Where does it all lead?  Read on to find out.  Many thanks to my Granddaughter, Marika, for taking time out of her 4th of July celebrations with friends to provide the lovely banner.

When Brian loses his bracelet, Justin thinks he may have a substitute...

Brian & Justin have their 1st year together, per series, but, in this story, Justin goes away to college and they lose touch.  How will the guys get back together and what will happen after the years have passed?  Part of the story told thru their diary/journal entries.  Song fic based on Lady Antebellum song of the same name.

AU past the pilot. Brian and Justin go their separate ways after their first night together, both thinking that that was it for them. Fate, however, has other plans and keeps throwing the boys together around the same time once a year. Will they listen to Fate and to their hearts, or will they go their separate ways in the end?

~*~*~*~*~

A gapfiller for episode 511. Justin's reflections on the first night in Britin.

If there's one day out of the day that Ted hates, it's Valentine's day ...

There's still so much Brian wants needs to learn...

On a glum night, Ted decides to go out to Babylon to have some fun with the gang, but he didn't count on having his mind on a tiny box in his wardrobe that contains a collection of small memorabilia.

A foray into the illicit ‘what if’. Springtime brings Brian and Justin comfort in unexpected forms.

Written for the 'Spring Fever Fanfiction Challenge' at True Queer Love.

The gang are sharing an evening at the Novotny's but Blake is having a tough night. After an altercation with Emmett, he makes a decision to could make or break his future.

Surprise! I know I've been away from writing for quite a while, but I have a new short story that I hope you will find somewhat worth the wait. The setting is post Season 5 by several months. Brian has developed a unique problem that he has only faced one other time. He turns to the psychologist who helped him with Justin's problem after the bashing in hopes of finding a solution. Will the good Doctor figure out the puzzle that is confronting Brian and help him solve it? I dedicate this to Lori, who had been a blessing in my present chaotic life and given me much needed incentive to get back to my writing. As always, I owe a great debt of gratitude to Judy, my beta, and Marika, my banner maker. Thanks to both of them.

New York life was starting to get to Justin...

Bondage.

AU after 507. Brian sends Justin the scarf in the mail.

He grabbed your neck and smashed his mouth against yours and just that caused a shock of the sexual charge that's always been there between the two of you to build like fire in the pit of your stomach and make its way through your bones, igniting you.

Justin tells Brian one of his secrets, a fantasy of his that he's kept hidden for some time. Brian's reaction is much more intense than expected.

He's inside me now, and I know that this will forever be a part of me - of us.

He wouldn't. Not here. Not now. Not ever.

Brian and Justin have fun at the gym.

Watching the Rise and Shine Convention on youtube, I heard Randy say that he pictures Justin still being in New York today, having made a success of his art. He went on to say that he pictures the relationship between Brian and Justin as completely changed.

So, after I got over my initial screaming fit, bellowing nooooooo at the computer screen, much to the shagrin of my family...this is where my muse went with this new stimuli...

A sense of realization hits you so strongly that this change in you might even be visible to the naked eye. Love.

He wasn't always terrible...

A QAF faerie tale. A raunchy, adult version of Rapunzel with Justin and Brian as the heroes. Official rating is M but can be read as R or PG 13 rated story. For more info: Come into my parlor... Please R/R  Thanks to LibertySun for the great banner.

UPDATE!!! At long last, I decided this story was ridiculously long as a one shot ,  so I split it up into 5 easy to read chapters! Hope this is better. Pls read or (re-read) and review!!

What happens eight weeks after Justin Leaves for new York?  A three-part fluffy story that satisfies my need to get Brian and Justin back together in the quickest, easiest way!

Brian's epiphany.

How do Justin and Brian deal with a surprising revelation?

A weekend at Britin, 15 years after the end of 513.

Ongoing story, rated M for strong langauge, adult themes and real-life issues x

Brian Kinney's idea of a love letter is, well...unique.

"It may be unfair, but what happens in a few days, sometimes even a single day, can change the course of a whole lifetime." – Khaled Hosseini

There' a new sheriff in Bon Temps and her name is Jo.  She's human, a woman's woman, definitely not a wimp... and she has Eric Northman's full attention.

This fic is an AU, based on the show True Blood.  Characters and plot may parallel the show, but will not necessarily be true to canon.  Spoiler alert.  Hetero sex alert. Many thanks and most sincerest gratitude to  foreverbm   for the beautiful banner.

While in Malfoy Manor, Harry, Ron and Hermione end up in the Marauders 7th year. When finding out their timeline no longer exists, what will they do? What happens when they fall in love with the least likely people? What will they do in regards to the Horcruxes and the Deathly Hallows?

Brian turns the big 4-0; how will he react?  B/J one-shot.

HI ALL, LAST TWO CHAPTERS WERE ADDED TODAY CHAPTERS 56 & 57.  THIS STORY IS FINALLY FINISHED AND THANKS ALL THAT STAYED WITH IT FROM BEGINNING TO END!

And, a special thanks to all that commented frequently throughtout the story.  Thanks again all readers.  I hope you enjoy the ending.

Sometimes it's nice to know you're still the same to the one who loves you!

This is an INVERTED AU. Alternating viewpoints. Brian is a little shit and Justin is just trying to be patient while his life is turned upside down.

I might have suggested it, but Moonshadow Woman requested it... so here it is.

Each chapter is a recap of each episode of The Secret Circle, along with a video of all the scenes Gale is in, as Charles Meade (as I find them). The videos come from mytears inheaven's vimeo's channel, she also has a youtube channel.  I've included some pics from each episode, as well. These might be repeats if you read "Gale in the Secret Circle", but we can never get too much Gale, can we?

If you want to watch full episodes, some are available on cwtv.com, some might be on Netflix.

The series premiered on the CW, in America, on Thursday, September 15, 2011.

Update 5/10/12: SEASON FINALE TONIGHT, May 10, 2012! 9 pm on the CW! New synopsis of last week's episode added... couple of clips and video preview of the season finale added, as well. A bit more added about tonight's episode... cause there's a new video clip and interview with the EP.

No news on renewal... but it's still looking good... keep your fingers crossed! :)

When Justin comes home, Brian's nowhere to be found!

In this A/U: Justin Taylor and Brian Kinney never met before, and Justin is a contestant on the ‘Dating Game Show’ and Brian’s one of three hidden bachelors that Justin must choose among. At the end of the show, will Justin walk away with Brian or one of the other two bachelors? Couldn't think of a better title. Hope you enjoy! No hateful comments. Thanks!

This isn't a story, it's various interviews with Gale (and other actors) on the TSC, about TSC and, of course, about Charles! Some of you may have already found and/or read these articles, but for those who haven't, I thought I'd provide them for all you Gale lovers out there who can't get enough. And maybe it you aren't somewhere that you can actually watch the show, then this gives you the info and pictures, as well.

Update 5/7/12:  No new interviews, but do have some new clips of his latest movie! And some additional news, but you have to read the last chapter to find out. ;)  Sorry it's been so long since an update... life gets in the way, unfortunately.

If you're on this site, then you know about the convention in Germany this June... but did you know Gale will also be in Italy in September? Want details? Let me know... and I'll post in a different chapter.

On a completely different note, if you're interested in BBC's Sherlock, series 2 will air this week on PBS, depending on your service area and provider. Sorry for the delay, but it was on tonight... the same episode will be on other nights this week, too. Again, check your local listings (I love Verizon Fios).

[You know you're obsessed with Gale when you hear a weather report about gale warnings along the coast and you immediately want to drive to the coast to see Gale. :) ]

Justin is lying in a coma and needs to make a decision.

SPOILERS: Some what Episode 208

SUMMERY: Brian is hurt by Justin telling him that he has tricked.

Brian has a case of déjà vu...

About this AU: This is a total AU in my opinion. It is set a few years in the future. It is canon up to the end of season four but then it goes on from there. There will be Brian with other men and Justin with other men but anyone who has read anything I’ve written will know that I believe it will be Brian and Justin forever. So hang in there through the rough moments. Feedback is appreciated. I am learning at this so please try to be constructive where you see room for improvement. I must warn you that it is angsty and sad but would it be a Mouse fic if it weren’t ? Who knows maybe someone will find it so ridiculously angsty and sad that they will even note it in their live journal for being ridiculous. (wink)

Summary: Realizations and discoveries in the unlikeliest of places - the Pittsburgh Mall.

A gap-filler of sorts from 307. The diner scene from Brian's perspective. Perhaps he is not as heartless as he appears, even though we all already knew that.

Brian realises when it happened

Justin was looking for a slogan that he thought ended up in the trash oustide when he comes across something he never knew about.

Full length fic previewed in "2 Shots of JB at Babylon" QAF/Glee Crossover.

Kurt and Blaine spend Spring Break with Kurt's cousin Emmett and the QAF gang on Liberty Ave. What will the boys' reaction be to seeing the true meaning of "Out and Proud Queer?"

Updates 2x weekly - will progress from PG 13 to NC-17

Justin Taylor has dreamt about the same man all his life. The man that even after death came back for him.

Justin grew up believing that homosexuality is a sin and that it goes against nature. Brian is a cynical ad exec who only believes in fucking. Can he change Justin's mind and make him see the truth and, perhaps, in the process start believing in love?

Brian is not what he seems to the outside world. He's not the successful owner of an Ad Agency called Kinnetik. He's a criminal - the leader of a secret organisation. And he's always been attracted to the innocent.

Warnings: Violence, Sexual Content.

Thank you to foreverbm on LJ for the banner!

In the series, Brian and Justin meet in Pittsburgh and they both have New York dreams at one point or another.  What if they never met and didn't connect for the first time until they were in New York?  Would the passion and romance still be there?  This is that AU story.  Brian is slightly OOC because he's getting to the point in his life where he sees the value of having someone special.

THIS STORY IS NOW COMPLETE.  Enjoy!

This takes place early in the Recovery verse.  Someone honors Brian and he honors them right back.

Author's Note:  Some of Brian's thoughts and conversations may appear confusing.  This is intentional to show how his thought processes are working, or not as the case may be.

307-308 Gap Filler

Justin has broken up with Ethan but doesn't yet know how to get Brian back. He's been living with Daphne for a month and he's crazy depressed but he keeps seeing Brian in his dreams.

Brian soon finds himself the guardian of Molly after Jennifer is killed.

Happy little epilogue to 5x13.

It’s boys’ night in and Michael makes some margaritas. Brian interrupts drunken discussions about cocks with his his self-pity and Emmett… Emmett really should rethink this bridal creation.

Brian is a cynical writer whose days pass on making bitter comments about his surroundings. Brian's search for inspiration attracts him to Justin, sweet suburban boy, and then there's of course Debbie, a motherly puppet master.

Sometimes it takes a not-so-gentle reminder to make you give your activities a rest...

Brian announces he’s leaving town and Libery Avenue for a great job opportunity in New York. While helping him pack, Justin asks “What about me?” This story emphasizes Justin’s way of dealing with Brian's decisions and possibly someone else that lands unexpected in his life, while he’s spending time with Daphne in sunny Florida, trying to forget…proving himself and others just how much he's wise for his age...

It's a Brian & Justin story with overcoming obstacles for both characters.  It's my way of expanding the storyline between Brian's job offer and prom night events, as if someone from the producers team asked me if I wanted to write a special episode :)

Set several years post-513 looking at Brian & Justin's life together in NYC.

[ Post 5.13 ]  Over the course of his and Justin's seven year non-relationship, Brian had never been one to say no to a third party addition. But when the addition is far more permanent and redefines playroom for the worst, Brian thinks twice about rekindling their old flame.

Justin and Brian celebrate a magical night together with wondrous results.  B/J One-Shot

A mostly light-hearted glimpse into the future 11 years post-series. Focuses mainly on Brian's role as a father and how he has matured as a parent and as a person.

Part of my "Catch Me When I Fall" universe but it could be a stand alone too.

Brian Kinney’s family never moved to Pittsburgh, instead, he stayed in a 247-people populated city in Paxtonville, Pennsylvania. He never met Michael and he never found the guts to stray away from his family’s values. Now 19-years old, he finally leaves his family for a future in Pittsburgh and needs somewhere to stay, that’s when he meets the inscrutable Justin Taylor.

A super quick birthday phone conversation. I don't usually write things this short but I just felt whipping it out, so to speak. Longer than a drabble, shorter than a ficlet.

One Shot.  Brian arrives home early to discover Justin and Emmett in the throes of a physical endeavor - but just what are they doing?

Pittsburgh's hottest Ad Executive, Brian Kinney, has come to terms with what he is but when he meets a young artist by the name of Justin Taylor, will he be able to tear down his walls of protection and fear for this man? Can he throw inhibition to the wind and let himself fall in love? Or will he be safe, secure, and with his curse as he walks alone in the light of the moon?

Takes place just before the Liberty Ride arc in season 4.

It's a wee bit of a pwp with zero angst, a lot of sex and a bit of kink thrown in for good measure. It was written as a gift for a friend who supplied me with the plot bunnies.

Disclaimer: These characters are property of Cowlip, I did not create them, nor have I profited from them in any way.

Justin is a talented artist haunted by terrifying visions.  Brian Kinney is a cynical police detective who doesn't believe in psychics.  What happens, though, when his police work strikes too horrifying close to home?  AU Story.  **THIS STORY IS NOW COMPLETE!!**

In this A/U, Justin Taylor inherits a hefty fortune, moves to San Francisco and lives a lonely existence.  An existence that is so lonely that when he encounters Brian Kinney (someone who he only briefly saw once before), he makes up one really big lie to get him to come live with him; and based on certain circumstances, Brian becomes so dependent on Justin that he wouldn’t dare dream of leaving him.

Jen and Brian attend a function together and do some bonding after they run into Craig.

Takes place 4.5 years post-series. Part of my Catch Me When I Fall universe but could be read as a stand-alone.

Disclaimer: These characters are property of Cowlip, I did not create them, nor have I profited from them in any way.

This story is influenced by the Oscar Wilde’s The Portrait of Dorian Gray.

Brian Kinney is a narcissus and anti-social person who for some reason seemed to have stopped aging around the time of his thirtieth birthday.  In the current time, he’s  two-hundred and forty-two years old and is living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.   He’s grown tired of life and is about to end it all when suddenly someone interrupts him and he finds a whole new reason for living.

Warning:  Death of Major Characters

With open arms, reviews are welcomed, greatly appreciated and promptly answered!! (even if in the form of constructive criticism)

Shameless PWP!  AU - What if Jack and Ianto's first time happened after the episode 'Meat'? (I saw an outtake of a scene [look for link in story notes] between Jack and Ianto in the armory at the Hub and from the looks of their behavior, it seemed like they hadn't quite 'gotten to know' one another yet.)

With open arms, reviews are welcomed, greatly appreciated and promptly answered!! (even if in the form of constructive criticism)

Jack has the misfortune of being sent to 'Hell' by a man wielding an artifact that has come through the Rift. However, Ianto and the team manage to save the day, and Jack, but all is not well upon his return and secrets abound. Is honesty truly always the best policy?

Brian receives his cancer diagnosis and undergoes treatment. How will this affect him and Justin?

Chapter 30:  Brian completes his homework assignments with Justin.

*finally posted...* *hangs head in shame*

:

Post-series. This could be considered to be a porny follow-up to Catch Me When I Fall--same 'verse, but it could be a stand-alone, too. It takes place roughly a year and half later. Michael, once again, plays the role of creepy voyeur when he finds a video file labeled Honeymoon on Brian's computer. He can't stop himself from watching it and is absolutely shocked to see what he does on the screen. Very NC-18.

(In this story of a different era the (1970’s), Brian and Justin are in the closet.  Brian’s the ambitious and hotshot Governor of Pennsylvania, with intentions of running for President; while Justin’s a renowned Movie Star struggling to make the transition from Child-Star into adult roles.   And, Brian’s (teenage) son, Gus Kinney, has some serious relationship problems of his own.

This story is about people in-love and the difficult time they have coping in a world that has little tolerance for their type of love.

Note:

In this story a straight couple is used as a sub-plot to help better define Brian and Justin’s relationship.  To spell it out:  Brian and his straight-son, Gus, are so much alike; only major difference is that Gus flows freely with his emotions, whereas Brian consistently attempts to suppress his.  So, Gus’s relationship is used as a catalyst that would eventually persuade Brian to embrace his love for Justin.

Warning:  Lots of Condom Free Sex (however, was appropriate for the times)

Justin is living his life in New York and has a roommate he adores named Janice.  How do Justin and Janice relieve their sexual tension?  How does their relationship affect Brian’s long distance relationship with Justin?  There are some sexy scenes and one f/m/m scene, so be warned.

QAF/Glee Crossover. Emmett's second cousin Kurt and his boyfriend have come to visit for their spring break. Away from the quiet disapproval of Ohio they make their first visit to Babylon where Kurt discovers an affinity with Brian. Not to mention a mutual admiration of both of their "Significant Others"

Brian always said no regrets, but he thinks this kid could make a liar out of him.

These New York rendezvous never get any easier, but Justin has no choice but to bear it.

Justin fears Brian has bad news when he's invited to meet Brian in Chicago for a weekend getaway.

You fall in love with him on prom night.

Brian organises a trip to Vegas to celebrate Lindsey's last weekend before she gets married to her partner of six years, Melanie. It's a trip to remember...it's too bad they can't...
