I signed on to categories and chose "humor" and found your story. I really enjoyed the chapters and the beautiful pictures, I did this at around three in the morning, the story and the foods blended so well, and the food had me so hungry I felt like taking a bite out of my couch! I love how you pull all those tiny little bits of the past and blend them so smooth into this story. I'm beginning to think you were a writer on the show, perhaps one who was too good and got booted out when you heard they were going to end the series with Justin being sent to NY.

Thanks so much, again, for your wonderful comments. Not that my ego needs boosting, but you're compliments certainly do that. And I love that you love this story so much. I wish I could have been a writer on the show... then the ending, even if it had to end, would have gone different.
I love writing what I write, and I love sharing it, and it means the world to me that you have enjoyed my story that much. I always feel a little sad when my stories have to end, too... but I am seriously going to continue this one. I've had such fun with the food, the locale and scenes and dialog, I'm trying to figure out how to work unique eats and situations into the sequel. I know I have one more chapter of this story to go, and it's been a long time coming, but school got in the way with that one... I hadn't quite finished the last chapter and I'm struggling with the last line. That may sound silly, but that's how my mind works, I actually won't update a story unless the last line is exactly what it should be. Hopefully that should be coming soon, since I'm actually not bogged down by school and work at the moment. But they're still there, so... soon, this will updated. And I look forward to writing the sequel as well, cause I had so much fun with this story.
I was actually thinking of doing something for this server in the future, but I'll see where my muse takes me. And you're absolutely right... there's always Bacon!!! :D

I am enjoying each chapter more and more, your details are so wonderful. You are really writing a real book, not just a few words to rehash the same old thing we've all read a thousand times before, and we'll read a thousand times again because we are so addicted to B & J, but you have true talent and know how to create a new story using our beloved boys. I've been reading these type of stories for many years, actually I started while the show was still on, around season 3.... I would have to say you are in my top 10 author list.

I knew you would enjoy that bacon covered donut. I had a cinammon cupcake once with maple frosting and bacon bits on top... that was yummy, too! Never tried a bacon covered donuts, and I make my own donuts. The bacon never lasts long enough to go on anything, though.
Sorry for the delay in responding, but I'm so glad you enjoyed this. I totally get how life gets in the way, I wish I could take time off and just write, but school and work waits for no one, so I post when I can. It makes me ridiculously happy that you like my stories that much. I found fanfiction after the show, and a few years after reading to start writing, but once I did one story my mind took off and I haven't been able to stop yet, and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. I still have tons of ideas circling my brain, and I have a list of ideas for when I don't have time to write.
Keep the bacon dreaming alive! There's a commercial I head the other day about bacon not having it's own cook book... but it's bacon, so maybe it doesn't need one... and I couldn't agree more.

Well, I must say I will never look at a 'formal tea' again, especially when someone asks for cream in their British Earl Grey - ha! That had to be one of the most creative and unexpected sex locales I have read about in a while; you DO know how to get them in the most interesting places (and positions) to take care of their 'appetites,' don't you?' I had so much fun writing this chapter, this whole story actually... and after reading this you can imagine what was going through my mind at the "formal tea" I was at. Once this story came to mind, I had to carefully make sure not to laugh out loud at what my server was saying. And I'll take the interesting places for their appetites comment as the compliment I know it was meant... once this scene came to mind I started thinking of other unique places for these kind of rendevous'.

Author's Response: First of all, I'd like to say that if you wish to MENTION a complaint... I'd prefer if it was at least correctly spelled, then I might be able to take you more seriously.
Second... of course it's ridiculous. It's Brian Kinney in a tea room and bed and breakfast... it's also supposed to show a sweet romantic side that we should all know Brian has where Justin is concerened. And really... after proposing marriage and buying "a palace for his prince" nothing sweet and romantic should be surprising.
If you are refering to what I think you're refering to as far as being disgusting... then you don't know gay men (well, not all, but some)... and you must not be a fan of Coupling (British comedy). And if you don't get that comment, then that's understandable considering the fact that you think this chapter is disgusting. And on a slightly side note... if you're worried about the server's cleanliness... of course he washes his hands with soap and warm water, just like all good food service employees do before leaving the restroom. It should be a given that anyone using the restroom wash their hands when their done, especially the employees. Brian doesn't need to... and Justin, well I guess that's his choice, he'll only be touching his food. As for the napkin... he won't be using that... and were I in that situation, I would take care of the napkin myself, instead of leaving it for the server... but I didn't think that would be necessary to write down. And knowing Justin, he'll probably go wash up in the restroom anyway... but that won't be written into the story.
I feel sorry for you that you feel this is ridiculous and disgusting... so many stories you won't be able to enjoy... ah well... I know more than enough people who enjoy my stories, and the ridiculousness. I hope that one day you can learn more, experience more and expand your thinking.

guh...I didn't think about Mac and Cheese once during that chapter. That was a feast of another kind. You are a very talented writer and that was an amazing chapter. So often when I read adventures such as that I lose the magic because of too much odd contortions and I begin to wonder if it's even physically possible for a human to do such things. Your writing was just perfect, it all just was beautiful and full of emotions and true love.
I went to a tea room once with my co workers. It was a very special treat paid for by our boss and we had a wonderful time, or so I thought...but now that I know what really goes on at a tea house I feel like I got the bargin basement trip. Black Berry tea and a few fancy sandwiches looks like a drive thru McDonalds with an English accent. I think we got warm wet towels at the end, no hot tub with mirrors. I demand to see the manager!
I do have a bit of happy news, I received a care packaged from a friend, and it was filled with Kraft Mac and Cheese!

Sweet chapter, but I loved the previous chapters too. Your description of the tea room was amazing in detail, I could picture every single bit of food Justin and Brian were eating. I always thought that the way people eat can be amazingly sexy, you proved it in words.

I can't wait to see what will end up being served for breakfast. I sure hope bacon shows up. I haven't seen Bacon here yet, they use that part of the pig, but they don't smoke it and turn it into delicious bacon.
I loved this chapter. What a great look into Brian's heart and mind. I like the Brian you describe.
I'm going to sit at the table and wait for breakfast to be served. I just hope there are not going to be icky runny egg yolks messing up the whole plate. But I sure wouldn't mind some thick french toast swimming in melted butter and dusted with powdered sugar. I will pass on the syrup, save it for the boys, I'm sure they can think of somewhere to drizzle it.

Author's Response: If you can hold out a little bit longer for breakfast... but it will be worth the wait, and the "interlude" is nothing to scoff at.
I hate runny yolks, too... and I love bacon. There will be maple syrup, but only on the food... they will be going out, and they can't get too sticky. :) There will also be butter, sugar, strawberries, muffins, eggs, toast, gourmet coffee, hot chocolate... I'll stop there... but you'll get the description later... and I'll search for pictures to add before uploading the chapter. :)

Oh, I really enjoyed this chapter! You always do such an awesome job with the 'steamy' scenes, but I actually liked this even more. Yes it's champagne, and I thought the pink fit as well. It reminded me of Emmett and a party he would plan, but I did get the picture from a Tea Room and that is part of it's chocolate course. And I was so hoping my back to the sex... I mean story comment would be appreciated. We all love the stories, and we would read them without the sex (maybe, right? lol), but with the sex... perfect stories. :D

I forgot to mention how much I apperciate the pictures. They look good enough to eat. And the desserts looks yummy too. I didn't notice a button to click that said add to cart! How can I order a sampler box for just a tiny taste. Why oh why can't life be fair??? I wanted to make Cream Puffs, one of favorite treats. After much searching I found a can of whipped cream but then fainted when I saw the price. It came out to be around $15.00- just for one regular size can of squirty whipped cream. I would usually buy 4 cans when I make a batch of cream puffs. I guess that's not in my price range here.

We'll it's already Tuesday night in Korea, we're a whole day ahead of you. I think we can all give you some time to take care of your life. Remember we are your trained lab animals, just keep the lights off and we'll be quiet.
I guess I can use the time to think up some new ways to tell you how much I enjoy your writing style. This story is just the thing I need at the moment. I can just block out all the foreign things around me and return to the beloved world of Brian and Justin. Everything else melts away and all I think about is cute boys in love, and some delicious food. At the end of each chapter I sigh and wait for the next. I don't know what I'm going to do when this story is over.

I am loving the story so far, who knew food could be so much fun. The one thing that stood out to me about your story is that you keep your sex scenes romantic and sexy with just the right amount of dirty dirty and not like some writers who get so caught up that they go overboard to the point that you forget what the actual story is about. You are absolutely right that if anyone wants to criticize any story they don't like, then they should just write their own. Negative comments are pointless, useless, can be hurtful (not to me, which is why I responded), and shouldn't have a place in reviews. Constructive criticism is one thing, but to say you hate a story... what's the point?

I'm so glad you didn't break up this chapter, I think we would have really rang your bell!! but maybe not in a nice way. You really are a talented writer and I am so glad you are willing to share that talent with us. I love how you put our two favortie boys in a new situation but made it all very much in keeping with the theme of the show. I do read most stories posted here I do have my favorites and those are the ones that make it seem like the show has never really ended. I don't mind that they've gotten older and married, even had a kid or two. But turned into a vampire, not really my idea of where the show was headed.
I would love to see pics of the delicious food they are consuming.

Author's Response: First of all Brian isn't the only one getting pleasure... unless you missed something in the reading, which obviously you did, you'd realize that the evening isn't done yet. And why are you upset at Brian being pleasured if he's such a pussy? If Justin is giving pleasure this time, then does that mean Justin is a pussy every time he bottom's? Second, why does Brian bottoming for his partner, his husband, make him a pussy? Two people who are in a loving relationship give and receive pleasure equally. Whether the couple is same sex or opposite sex, giving your partner pleasure can be as pleasurable as receiving pleasure. If you don't know this, then I'm sorry you've never been in a loving relationship where both people gave and received pleasure equally... it is beautiful and wonderful, regardless of gender. And it's certainly a thrill to know that you are the one giving your partner that much pleasure, and that your partner is allowing you to love them and trust each other to share the love you have for each other and express that in the most erotic, most pleasurable experience known to man.

If you have problems with your preconceived notions on who should be giving and who should be receiving in same-sex stories, then I suggest you stop reading them. And if you can't imagine why some men bottom and shouldn't top, and why some men top and shouldn't bottom, then you need to expand your thinking, educate yourself on loving relationships, on sexual relationships, and on sexuality and how that translates to sexual behaviors.
My final thought is... if you are against Brian bottoming, which I put in my stories, and you seem to be aware of that, and really don't like it... why do you keep reading my stories? Because I can guarantee you this won't be the last time it happens. Did I mention that when two people are married and in love that they both play equal parts in giving and receiving pleasure? If Justin loves bottoming so much, because it really is an amazing feeling, then why wouldn't you want Brian to experience that same pleasure? I won't go into detail (unless you want me to), but knowing how the body experiences pleasure, and where and how someone can have an orgasm plays a big part in my stories. So I would suggest you do some research and learn how a man has an orgasm and where he feels it... and if you can understand that, and you still think that Brian shouldn't have that pleasure, then you can complain.

Author's Response: Thanks for all the reviews, hope you don't mind I'm responding to all 3, so far, here. Based on the show I figured Justin did know his food... he was like a walking encyclopedia at times anyway, and anyone who loves to cook would want those answers. I put a little of myself in Justin when I write, cause of my own love of food, if Justin hadn't cooked and baked on the show, I probably wouldn't put that in.
As far as the waitress... I know some women, who are straight and just haven't a clue about gay men, so they see two men and think friends or business. At a bed and breakfast you'd think friends... in the tea room it's less obvious, cause anyone can eat there. And if you're not around or exposed to any LGBTQ person you probably wouldn't know or even think about it. It's not a prejudice, it's just lack of knowledge.

Oh, this was a good chapter. You are really good at conversations . It flows so well and makes sense, easy to keep track of who is speaking! That is a real talent for an author.
Hearing you describe all the delicious food is pure torture for me. I am currently living in Korea and my food options have changed drastically, and not to my liking. It is so hard to believe the things we just can't find here. One day we found ONE box of Kraft Mac and Cheese and almost cried with joy, and happily paid over $5.00 for one single box! We're saving it for a special event.

Sometimes in America we forget the simple things that we have, or the ease of which we can get anything we want, much of the rest of the world doesn't work like that. And I apologize for the torture, I've always loved food and making food, so I can understand the pure torture of reading descriptions and not being about to have it... but I hope you enjoy the rest of the story and don't get too upset about further descriptions. ... Maybe you need to find someone in America to send you some food you want, course it would have to go through customs, but I've done that before when we had friends in the military and they were stationed in Afghanistan.
