REPOST. About a year after episode 513, Brian and Justin are in a long distance relationship. Justin is an artist living in NY. Brian still owns Kinnetik in Pitts. Melanie and Lindsay still live in Toronto with Gus and Jenny. Justin exhibits his art in galleries throughout the country. Justin did three paintings for an art exhibit in Santa Barbara, CA. Rather than sell these paintings, Justin had them shipped directly from the art exhibit to various destinations. One of those paintings was sent to Melanie. Summary:
REPOST. This story continues about one year after episode 513 with Brian about to receive the third painting from Justin’s Santa Barbara Exhibit. As you will remember, one painting was sent to Melanie (see Sparring Partners); one painting was sent to Michael (see Superheroes). Melanie and Michael experienced strong reactions, upon receiving their respective paintings. We continue with Brian and Justin as partners in a long distance relationship for the last year, with Justin pursuing his art career in NYC and Brian still running Kinnetik in Pitts. However, Brian is currently pursuing a major account and has asked Justin to return to Pitts. to help with the artwork for the presentation. Gus (age 6) staged a hunger strike in Toronto to be able to go to Pitts. for a visit. As a result of certain events (see Meanwhile In Toronto), Melanie and Lindsay are also in Pitts. for a visit. Justin has an exhibit in three months in NYC, and he wants to paint at Bri-tin. Justin and Brian are planning to temporarily live at Bri-tin, while Justin is painting. Summary:
When Debbie and Carl have their first real date In QAF Episode 214, Carl showed Debbie pictures of his daughter, Vicki, who lives in Salt Lake City, and his son, Carl Jr., who was in the Air Force. I kept waiting for an episode where Carl’s family would actually appear. It never happened, so here’s my version of what happened when Carl’s adult children and their families come to Pittsburgh to meet Debbie and the gang. This is the first Christmas after Brian and Justin legalized their relationship, and they are now living in New York City. Ben and Michael are estranged…with Ben and Hunter living in an apartment, and Michael living alone in the house. This story was intended to be a standalone story, but I guess it would fit in the Talisman Series. This is just a little holiday fluff, but it takes me a while to tell a simple story, so I will update frequently.
