this is simply brilliant - I can picture it happening exactly like this - we all know Brian will fuck up...and we all have faith that Justin will forgive him - each and every time - these words are so completely in character for Brian and Justin - really enjoyed reading this - thanks
Author's Response: Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
I'm glad it turned out so well, and that it was realistic and in character. I thought it was a little out of character for Brian, with the whole meaningful speech, but I do believe that if he did end up marrying Justin, he would have been more open with his feelings :D

I actually got teary-eyed during Brian's speech. Wow. Great description of the Taylor-Kinney clan. I could seriously visualize them in my head and how they gel together…
Three-year-old Vic had his own seat, after much battling with the adults that he was old enough now, and was now sitting as still as humanly possible for the normally active toddler as way to prove his point.
I really enjoyed this line... little Vic must be a force to be reckoned with :o) Also, I thought that you made it sound very believable because life is not always "peachy." Definitely a fav!
Thanks to moonshinekinney for getting this out of you :o)
Author's Response: Thank you :)
I'm glad it came out realistic, and the kids didn't seem too overused or anything. I'm kind of happy the speech made you cry, lol, I wanted it to be meaningful and emotional and I'm glad that's how it ended up XD
Yes, I love Vic, he's exactly like that one indepentant toddler who thinks he can do everything himself - he'll turn out exactly like his Daddy Brian :3

Hmm, I may write a prequel if people are interested...

I like the idea of the renewal ceremony and the kids and all, but do you really think they'd swear that much in front of the kids? Other than that, I like the story.
Author's Response: Thank you :)
I wasn't entirely sure about the swearing either but it is Brian and Justin. They always seem to swear - I'm sure their kids would be used to and would have been taught not to repeat what they hear they're daddies say XD
