Oh boy that is a hard decision for Brian, I do however think it would be good for getting to know his dad, but for their safety I don't know. Lol I wonder what kind of punishment Justin will get it, he'll love it I'm sure

LOVE your new banner -- honestly, I can't even remember what the old one looks like, but this one is very attention-getting and I personally love both of those pics you used! =) Another great chapter from you -- I really liked the book Justin made for Brian -- if I read correctly he completed it in just a day? Impressive! Can't wait to see Brian and Fin work more closely together...if that's where you're going with this! Great job!

And thanks for the kind words about the new banner - I like this one a lot better.:) And yes, I AM planning on Brian and Fin working together - it will help me develop some of the twists and turns and help father and son to begin to bond better. There will be a lot of ramifications to Brian agreeing to do it, though, many that neither man can anticipate. i just need to vent to someone who understands. i hope you will let me. guess when our commendation ceremony is???? the night i was supposed to go to tommy. i am so upset and nobody understands here. everyone is trying to console me but it's not working. bb and the peeps somewhat understand. they say it's because of our work we are getting commended and i should be proud. don't get me wrong i am proud(hate that word) when it affects the health of another human being. i didn't sign on to do this job to get commended for it--i thought it was to help people through dedication to my job in society. i called dave when i found out. he will see what he can do and told me to calm down-like that's going to happen soon. it means you will probably see him before i do. that's ok you can fill me in. sorry for the tirade, but you are my friend(hopefully) lol
Author's Response: Oh, no, lindc! I can't believe that!! Do you really have to attend? Surely they would understand that you already had a commitment, wouldn't they? Isn't there any way at all you can just have someone accept it in absentia? Surely someone else could accept it on your behalf; heck, even actors do that at the Academy Awards! Surely they could do something...I am SO sorry to hear that - I can't believe it's the exact same day!! That is terrible! Hopefully, if they can't and worse comes to worse, your friend can get you a ticket for another day. I wish I could something to help you. The only good thing that might come out of it is if you happen to trade in your ticket for the 11th; then we could actually meet! That would be great......let me know, okay? Again, I am so sorry - I know exactly how I would feel in your shoes.:) I'll be waiting to hear what happens. I'm sure it will work out somehow.:) Hang in there, my friend!

I think Justin's a little afraid that his 'project' might not be what Brian wants (don't want to give too much away yet, but you can probably figure it out...hint, hint...). That being said, Justin may find out that life may throw a few curves along the way and he may not wind up fulfilling his dream quite the way he thought. Glad you're still reading along on this one - I'm about to update "Parent Trap" next and I'm still hoping to talk you into continuing to read that one as well (big puppy dog eyes here....).:) Thanks for all the feedback!

Glad you like the banner - I definitely prefer this one, too; the other one was too 'busy' or something - I think it was the streak effect from the stars:) Mmm..what is Justin up to? Uh, uh, uh......you'll have to wait and see what I have in store for our little blond and his husband.:) I WILL say that it might not turn out quite the way Justin thinks it will, though - got your curiosity piqued yet? Hope so - LOL! Thanks as always for readng - it makes me so happy to know others are enjoying what I am writing. I have less than one week now before I am out of school for a couple of months - yee haw! (Sorry, I was born in Kentucky - ha!). That means faster writing - yay! Well, I like a little angst as much as you do, but Brian and Justin so in love, committed to each other, leaning on each other and trusting each other - well - there's just nothing better! Although, who knows what that little sketchbook of Justin's might bring to the picture. I have a guess as to what he might have up his sleeve. Can't wait to see what that little secret, as well as the continuing saga between Fin and Brian will unfold. This story has so much yet in the telling, and I for one could not be more thrilled.
Now, I notice that you have yet another new story started, so...I am on my way.

The other story is just a brief one-shot that was previously posted on fanfic.net - I know the readers would probably shoot me if I started yet another WIP - LOL! I promise to go right to the next one in order now, which is Parent Trap. Of course, that one is just beginning - I will be moving them forward eight years, though, while filling in some of the gaps in the past. Yesterday I had a good time with my two girls at a parrotspark. Just what I needed. Tomorrow another distraction, I'm going to the musical "Zorro".
Still haven't read "shower scenes" , I think they are too ... hmm much for me at the moment.
But I love THIS story so much.
