Summary:
Banner done by me. This story is dedicated to Deb Tanner. What if a year after the murder, Justin discovered that Jason Kemp was actually murdered by Chris Hobbs, and that Stockwell covered it up by framing his former partner, the in-the-closet Kenneth Reichert, and that Reichert’s suicide was actually a murder, too? This is a crossover with NCIS. I have never done a story on NCIS so this will be my first.
