Author's Response: Brian does have to age eventually. (Even though he doesn't want to.) That's one reason I want to see a season 6 or QAF movie. It would be interesting to see the gang in their forties or fifties. But it was odd to write Brian as the same age as my mother. Thank you for reading and reviewing!

nice - I'm a big fan of 'a slice of everyday life' fics, and I can picture this is little moment as I read, and can feel Brian's ambiguous feelings - 'a grandfather? - oh fuck - but look at how happy my Justin is...and my son must be thrilled...and...oh fuck...I'm so old...but I think I love them already - I'm such a sap'.
Of course, there are not nearly enough Gus stories out there - so more would be welcome...a lot!

Author's Response: Yes, it definitely is a conflicting time for Brian but he is definitely a happy man. :) If only the announcement could have come before his eye appointment lolol. I love Gus. Gus will play a semi-major role in the Intersect series and I do have a fic planned that is focused around both Brian and Gus where Gus gets diagnosed with bipolar disorder in college. Maybe one day I will actually write that one. :P

YAAAAAAAAAY! Thank you for writing this. Gale is SO hot in glasses and I really wanted to see how Brian would react to having to wear them - I love that he still tried putting his contacts in, even though he knew they hurt him. Our boy is so stubborn :)
This was so adorable, and of course Justin finds him hot in them, HELLO, HE ISN'T STUPID :)

Author's Response: Gale is ridiculously hot in glasses! In this universe he is supposed to wear them 24/7 and has a pair of reading glasses to use for small print so he is very pissed off about that. ;) Of course he tried to put his contacts in. And he will keep trying. But apparently his eyes don't think it is in the cards. They fit but he just can't stand the feeling. Glasses it is!
Justin finds him to be VERY hot with glasses, like most people do. ;)
Eric's doing alright. Making wedding preparations and shopping Lily's flower girl dress. You know how it is. Hopefully I get a chapter of Intersect up soon. I just got my computer back a couple of days ago so writing has taken a back seat. Thanks for reading and reviewing!
