Your story was both sad and sweet and if only CowLip had hired you to write that scene we would have been spared the entire Ian debacle. Great job.

How did I not review this before???!!!!!

This whole Fiddler arc of course pissed me off and broke my heart. If only Justin had realized sooner that he was exactly where he belonged, with Brian... but where would the conflict have been?

Loved this!! :D

I really enjoyed this. Brian is still Brian but you let him open up just a tiny bit more than he did during this time on the show.

I thougth this scene between Brian and Justin during 2x20 was brilliant, and the extension proposed here was definitely plausible with Brian speaking through his actions... or hand gestures, to be precise. The ending was very bittersweet. I think Justin probably to make a mistake with Ethan, but it is also iwthin the realms of reason that he would have shouldered a great deal of guilt about it. Interesting work.

Hey, Tamara!  One of your readers recommended this story to me for blue ribbon consideration, and I agree.  I know I've reviewed this one before, but just wanted to tell you good job and congratulations!  I hope you continue to write stories for us that we can enjoy for a long time to come.  ~Kim

Author's Response: Omg...thank you so much! I am extremely flattered that my readers as well as you, found my fic worthy of such an accolade :)

Such a sad and beautiful twist. The love is strong between them...and so is the guilt.

Amazing twist! I love it! My heart aches the part where Brian looks at Justin's eyes in the diner after the surprised kiss. Brian may not say how much he wants and loves Justin but action speaks louder than words. :) :) :)

Beautiful, sad and so perfect. How I wish this was how it was done in the show! It should have been this.

Author's Response:

I'm so glad you liked it. As I was re-watching this episode (for the umpteenth time) I wondered what would have happened if our boys had handled the situation differently.

Thank you so much for your kind, encouraging words~ JP

This was wonderful. And, in my mind exactly how it should have/could have been. Great job on a emotionally charged piece - start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed it. *Hugsss*

Author's Response: As one of my favorite authors I'm glad you feel I handled such a piece so well. Thank you for the encouraging words JP

I really enjoyed this.  The emotions jumped off the page.

Author's Response: You have no idea how much your comment means to me. While I was writing this I hoped that my readers would be able to feel the emotions tied to the words.....apparently I accomplished my goal

Hi, Tamara - really enjoyed your version of this!  I think there was blame to go around on both sides regarding Justin straying - he should not have gone behind Brian's back, but on the other hand I know how much he was craving just a little verbal reinforcement from Brian as to his place in his life.  If only both men had compromised just a little! But then we would not have had the drama - or that hot scene at the end of 219!  Why did the directors always have to end those scenes at the worst times, though, just like in the toppy! Justin scene or the frosted glass scene in Ep 309?  Aargh!  Thanks for sharing this with us.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Author's Response: Oh how right you are my beautiful advisor. There was definitely a need for compromise between our boys although missing out on the hot make out session would have heartbteaking. I too often wondered why they teased us so much....just evil I guess. Thank you sooo much for your insight and kind comments :) JP

Well written. I wish Brian had done that.

Author's Response: It would have made Justin appreciate what he had more if Brian had taken this tactic. Thank you reading and for your comment :) JP

Great story and I would love to read a sequel, I really like suffering Justin :-). I love stories on this moment in the show as well as the end of 219 because those are very strong and emotional ones. So I hope there would be more.

Author's Response: Yes I agree they are very strong and emotional moments. I felt that it was important for Justin to realize that Brian did everything but shout from the rooftop that he didn't want to be without him. I will try my best to work on a sequel just for you :) Thank you for reading and commenting JP
