I feel sad when I read Fin said to tony about christmas while brian still a small kid. I wish things were different...

i love fin and tony so much.. maybe one day you will feel inspire to write a 'what if' story about them again and their kid Brian.

OMG, OMG, OMG I can't believe I'm so far behind in this story. Ok.....I'll start by saying how much I loved the boys honeymoon, it was so decadent and romantic. Fin and Tony are absolutely adorable. They are almost a mirror version of Justin and Brian. I like how Fin and Brian are trying to build a relationship with each other, as well as with other family they didn't know about.

But what I'm most proud of, is how Brian was willing to help with his father's gubernatorial campaign not only for the challenge, but to get to know Fin even better.

Meanwhile, those assholes Turner, Stockwell, and Stewart are up to no good and could cause some major problems along the way.

That was my attempt at getting 15 chapters worth of reading into one review lol. I hope you don't mind. I will give a review for every ten chapters I read until I'm caught up :)

Wonderful story my friend~JP

Author's Response:

Hi, Tamara!  Not to worry; I'm just grateful for the feedback.:)  And you're very perceptive; my intention was to deliberately make Tony and Fin similar in temperament to Brian and Justin.;)  I have a lot of different threads woven into this story, so it will take me some time before it's all sorted out.  I'm getting closer, though.  And you're correct; before it's all over with that trio of evil will be up to some definite mischief.

I do hope you continue to enjoy the story as you get time! Thanks again for reading and for all the comments; I greatly appreciate that.  *Hugs* ~Kim

OMG Can I go with them?  I love that RV!!!!!!! WOW!

Loved the way Debbie stood up to her boss and refused to serve the two slimeballs.  He'd better learn and learn quick that without Debbie Novotny he has no diner. Turner sure knows how to align himself with the worst of the worst.

Laughed at Brian and Justin getting ready to leave. Great scene. Also laughed when Justin found out Brian was going to drive.  I think I would have been a little scared too!

Adam is bad news.  Hope they figure out who the mole is before he does too much damage.  If anyone can neutralize him it would be the O'Connor/Kinney men.

Oh yeah, one more thing...You made me love Brian a little more with the remark about Republicans.  Right there with you, Brian!   Tell it like it is!

Author's Response:

Hi, Nita!  Thanks for taking the time to comment on each chapter and provide me with your thoughts - that is very helpful to me with the story and I appreciate that so much.:)  The world of politics does create some slimy bedfellows, doesn't it?  The RV, BTW, is an actual RV, or at least a combination of more than one RV.  I think this particular one cost $140,000 - wowsa!  I hope you continue to enjoy the remainder of what I have written - it is moving along now.  I will be moving a lot of the action back to Harrisburg and the Pitts going forward because there are a number of issues that I have pushed aside for the sake of the campaign that still need to be addressed.

Thanks again for all the comments, Sweetheart; that means a lot to me.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Thanks for the Chapter.  It should be interesting to see

how the press and Turner’s organization treat Fin.

From what I have seen lately in the political arena , it

seems the most effective way to describe your

opponent is to demean him/her.  We now have four

gay men traveling around the state.  They are an easy

mark and it sure seems like Turner and Co. are going to

be as dirty as possible.  Stockwell is looking not so as

such to defeat Fin as he is looking for revenge.  He is a

dangerous man.

The only question I do have is just what the role of

Tony will be.  Why is he going on the trip and/or what is

he going to do all day.  To be Fin’s evening lay?  I sure

hope he is a lot more than that.

Author's Response:

Hi, David - Thank you for your comments - I'm glad you're still following this story.  You have a legitimate question regarding Tony - I suppose I see him as not only a friend to Justin (and, of course, moral support for Fin), but also as an attorney he can certainly continue to work on his legal issues while he's away from his office, so just as Justin can bring his work with him, I foresee him doing the same thing. He could also be there to provide legal advice for Fin's campaign.  I like placing Justin and Tony together as allies to bounce ideas off each other and help to decipher the intricate relationship between father and son.  I hope you will continue to follow the story.  I appreciate your feedback.:)

I could live in that luxury RV!

It's sad that Tony envies Justin and Brian's marriage while Justin envies Brian's new relationship with his father.

Things are starting to look very interesting!

I still don't know how you do it! :)

Please update soon!

Author's Response:

Hi, my friend!  Yes, that is an actual RV that according to the web costs $274,000!  I can't imagine a 'home on wheels' costing that much, but considering the interior I suppose I could understand!:)  There is a swirl of emotions going on in this story between the four main characters, the campaign, Stockwell's and Justin's father's involvement, the whole issue of homophobia, and the subterfuge within Fin's camp, not to mention the 'street kid' and Justin's eventual hope for another child with Brian.  Oh, and Tony's hope to eventually marry the man he loves, too.  Whew!  I'm tired just thinking about it - LOL!  I feel like I'm writing a soap opera here.:)  Thanks again for all your support - I am extremely appreciative.

Lindc left me her laptop i wanted to review.  i can use my fingers now as they put a smaller cast on my left arm.  it will take me a while as fingers are going through therapy.  This chapter was the best. Pictures wow!!! $274 thou.  That's a lot of overhead..Who is paying for that?? Fin must have some bucks stashed somewhere.  Campaigns cost mega-bucks.  The campaign slogan is very catchy--go Brian.  He's the best at what he does, in all respects.HA HA!!!.  The dedication was so nice.  I have a lot of family and friends, you included, pulling for me.  It is really appreciated as i get depressed sometimes.  I have a lot of visitors from the hospital that drop in to see me.  My walking is getting somewhat better.  Long winding road ahead.  Trying to be meet the challenge.  A few months more, hopefully.  Thank you again for this chapter, pictures, and dedication.  love 2 u.

Author's Response:

Hi, Lee - It's so great to hear from you and know you're getting better!  Lindc tells me you're a real fighter, and I can tell she's right.  I have no doubt you will be good as new before too long and I know you're working hard to get back to your old self.  I'm sure if anyone can do it, you can!  When you get down, please remember all the people who are pulling for you; you must be very special to have such support from your family, friends, and co-workers, and I know they really miss having you at the hospital.

Glad you liked the latest chapter!  I thought the slogan might be something that Brian would think of.:)  I promise in the next chapter that the boys will become better acquainted with the features of their new 'home away from home.' (wink, wink...).  Thanks again for leaving me your thoughts, my friend.  I"m sending you a big hug!~Kimberly

Wow that's really a giant RV. Thanks for the pics.

Love the simple banner with the slogan.

Wanna hug Justin (his father is such an ass) I'm glad he told Tony.

Sorry for the short or no reviews from me. I'm a bit down. 'Husband' wants a divorce, in three weeks we are going to see a lawyer * sigh *. He wrote the lawyer that he was mentally a bit further than me ... you can say that!! three quarters of a year further or even more. He even was on vacation with his new girlfriend! But time for the children ... no! grrr. Sorry for the rant. The last year the marriage was not really a marriage anymore, but still ... * sigh *.

* hugs *

Author's Response:

Hi, Marny! Thanks as always for reading.:)  I'm glad you like the slogan.  I had a hard time coming up with the right one but this one sort of struck me (ha! - pun intended...!)

I'm so sorry to hear about your marriage.:(  I see it definitely as HIS loss!  It's just a shame about the children, especially, though, because it always seems like they're the ones who suffer the most from these sorts of things.  I'm sending you a BIG HUG from me.  I'll be thinking about you, my friend.  Hang in there.:)

Yay, I was waiting for the next chapter of this and you didn't dissappoint!!

Okay, I want that RV!! It's better than my house!!

Stockwell's still an ass. Wonder who he's going to talk to around Liberty. Gotta love Deb. And I guess we now know who the mole in Fin's team is. This is going to be some road trip.

Author's Response:

Hi, Megan Rose!  You're so sweet to always read and review - thank you so much!  I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter - you would have thought with 10,000 words I could have at least gotten them out of the parking lot - ha!  But next chapter I promise to have both sets of boys checking out their new digs including the bedrooms and the shower - (wink, wink...).  Those photos ARE actual RV photos, BTW - if I recall, the RV costs $274,000!  Unbelievable but so Brian Kinney....Thanks again for leaving your thoughts, my friend.:)

just leaving work.  logged on and whoa!!  here it is.  i read it and am going to see lee, so i'll read to him.. he is going to be in heaven with this chapter.  your writing is so good--i have read many many stories by others on this site--but you girl are the best bar none.  the pictures are to die for--my god i guess i didn't realize they made rvs of this caliber.  i know the tour buses for the singers are something to behold, but this one is very elegant and suits the foursome well.  will let you know how lee likes it.  he will be very impressed and proud that you dedicated this to him.  thanks for that.  it will definately brighten his spirits, poor guy cooped up for weeks now.  he's a tough cookie that's why we love him.  lol

Author's Response:

Hi, dear friend - I'm glad you think Lee will enjoy it; I know this is his favorite story.  And those are real photos from an actual RV that cost $274,000 - I can't imagine a vehicle costing that much - incredible but it suits Brian well and will be so handy for a little 'stress relief' during their trip - (hint, hint).  Thank you for your kind words, my friend.  Your support means a lot to me.:)  Tell Lee I said hello and I hope he gets to go home and back to work soon.:)
