You know I would prefer these were longer, LOL! A good drabble, except for the last line, which was too obvious. "I wish he wouldn't shut me out." would have been better, I think. But that is just me. It is a nice glimpse into the cancer arc. I am currently writing a story about this, and am ravenously reading anything by other authors to help me write, so this is interesting.
