This was a very entertaining story, Jessie. I especially loved Sam's character in this story, and his relationship with both B and J. I would have loved a little more detail as to how they reconciled from where they had stood at the end of the previous chapter - was a little surprised it got wrapped up so quickly! They're fantastic! But I had four different attempts to end the story, one included about five more chapters, but most of that was just pointless drivel, so I cut it all out and went with this. Oh, what an emotional chapter! I was trembling with excitement when I saw the update and immediately ran off to read it. I loved this chapter, it was so angsty and sad, all things that I love :) Poor Brian... of course he should have told Justin earlier, but he hoped the story with the bet will be forgotten with time, and Justin would never have to know. But now he dag his own grave! You said Justin will do what he thinks is best for Sam - I wonder what it is. Sam loves Brian, and Justin will probably realize Brian truly loves them too, when he cools down. Even then, I'm not sure he will forgive Brian - especially so soon! - but he might let him see Sam often. Maybe he won't move anywhere - though it must be hard to stay in town where everyone knows about your humiliation. I don't know if I could handle it.
Alex - I didn't think it was him! But it certainly makes sense. Loved this moment. By the way, could you tell me, are there any mentionings about his name in the show? Because I don't remember Brian mentioning the doctor's name, but lots of authors and readers call him Alex Wilder - myself included. Now I can't understand, is it his real name, or was it used so many times that we started to believe it's canon?

CONGRATS on your birthday and your graduation! How you managed to get this published with those two significant things going on is beyond me but truly appreciated.
This chapter should be something to celebrate, too. Awesome! I peeking out from under my blanket when Justin decided to meet Brandon and my heart ached when Sam called out for his daddy. I also felt you did an excellent job of Justin's reaction to Brian's betrayal.

Why does this not make me feel better? Again I was hoping to be wrong about what was going to happen, but here I am right again. Justin put himself in potential danger to meet with Brandon to listen to what he had to say, the very least he could have done was allow Brian to give him a proper and thorough explanation about everything. Better yet, I think the boys should be the one's explaining how this whole fucked up situation came to be. The worse part is that now Brandon has Justin's ear again, it will be that much easier for him to convince Justin they should get back together.

Oh God, what an emotional chapter! I can’t believe the truth is finally out – I both dreaded and looked forward to this moment. Poor, poor Justin… you write angst so well! I ache for him, he’s still so vulnerable and fragile after Brandon, I can’t imagine how he will find the strength to go on, to trust anyone in future again – romantically. Maybe he’ll get strength from Sam. Brandon hasn’t changed at all, he told Justin the truth, but he was seeking to destroy Brian in his eyes, not caring at all that in the process he will be also destroying Justin himself. That was so humiliating – when everyone raised their hands! I’d die of shame and horror. And then in Babylon… I have no idea who Brian was dancing with. I’d say he was indeed tricking, but dancing with a wide smile on his face? Doesn’t seem like that. Was it Michael? Justin knows him, but he was so distressed and upset, he might have just paid little attention and jump to conclusions immediately.
I understand completely why Justin went with Brandon, by the way. It’s probably illogical, but you just still think that ‘he’can’t do anything bad to you, even if he already did it before. Especially if you loved this person. Besides, Justin took some means of protection, that’s good. And he could never rest until he found out what Brandon knew about Brian. Abused people are often easily manipulated, because they have lots of doubts and fears.
I can’t wait for the next chapter! I can’t wait to see Brian’s reaction, and Justin’s actions. Thanks! And congratulations – I hope you had a great birthday, and a great graduation party :)
Author's Response: Yes it was definitely humiliating, and it's going to be one of the hardest things Justin has to come over when his confrontation comes with Brian.
And I'm glad you understand why I had Justin agree to meet Brandon. Not everyone did, because it does seem illogical, but Justin had spent years justifying staying with Brandon, this was just an extention of that.

Just read through all 3 chapters and wanted to let you know that I am enjoying this story a lot! I'm wondering what happened with Justin's previous relationship and if it has something to do with the constant moving.

What bad things happended to Justin? :/ Brian has to go to greater lengths to "made" Justin fall in love with him. ;) Happy for this update - impatiently ;) waiting for more.
