Nicely written. I was expecting a round of apologies from the group, but this is real life and apologies are done in a round-about way. Good though that their friends know Justin is not cool with the sarcastic jokes, and Brian seems quite confident with his partner backing him up like that... Of course the 'husband' label puts a big smile on your readers' faces. :D

I loved the way Justin defended Brian. The gang shouldn't be like that. Great story.
Author's Response: Thanks so much Jane darling. What I was trying to get across was that the Brian wouldn't have given a s*** how the gang treated him because he was used to it (and vise versa) but Justin was sick of it. Justin let them know how he felt about them being mean to Brian but its not that they didn't care,its just that they knew that when all was said and done it would be back to normal come Monday lol. And Brian felt the same way. The person I wrote this for wanted a story where J defends B,they didn't say anything about everything changing and everyone would be acting different around each other. I have always wondered why Brian took so much verbal abuse. I see Justin was ignored by everyone, including Brian.
I have a feeling Brian enjoyed being the asshole and wouldn't feel comfortable any other way.

I loved the point of your story and I think you really represented it well. I also believe that the gang should have treated Brian with more respect than they did, especially with all that he did for them.
This story is ripe for a sequel... hint, hint.

I like that Justin sticks up for his man, but the way it is written makes it seem like no one takes Justin serious, not even Brian. That is what I don't like how this story reflects that.
Author's Response: I think that the gang is always going to give Brian a hard time and vise versa. Its just the relationship they have. They love each other but do critisize each other every now and then. Thats just what they do. Brian didn't take Justin defending him seriously because he takes what they say with a pinch of salt.
