“I am just a kid, get it?  Just a kid..."

:o) You just made my weekend soo much better !!!

Author's Response:

Thanks for commenting.  In care your wondering, Brian knew exactly what

was going to happen in that scary house.  That was the reason he had

Gus go in by himself.

The question is, what do they do next Halloween?

My lips are sealed.

I'm always partial to Gus stories.(I wonder why?{vbg})  This was well done and Gus did prove to be a true son of Brian.(g)

There are a few minor spelling erros though.

Author's Response:

It is the obligation of every adult to tell every child about

the Cropsey Maniac.

Brian was just doing his fatherly duties.

DavidR

(sp errors?  I will check as I am usally careful about that)

Sorry, ERB, I deleted your review.

Author's Response:

You got it all wrong. Gus got away lucky this year.

Maybe next year, about this time of the year, Brian

will find enough time to tell Gus the complete

story of the Cropsey Maniac.

That was a fun read; thank you David.

Author's Response:

It was fun to write.  It gave me the opportunity sort of

tell the story of the Cropsey Maniac, which is actually

told on a dark night, out in the woods, around a camp fire –

with a scary ending.  After all this time, I never forgot

the time I heard the story.  In fact one can Google it

and sure enough there is lots of info. about it.
