I thought about that, but decided I wanted Justin to always want to do things for himself if you know what I mean. Right now, he doesn't believe anythings going to happen anymore sex between the two of them and doesn't want to get attached. Plus it means I get to make Vic and Debbie important characters to Justin from the very beginning :)

Of course, Justin can't blame his mother to go run to his father and tells him. Are you kidding? It never occured to her it wasn't her place to tell him. She wants to know what's going on in her son's life but she just proved him that he can't talk to her. She suspected Justin was gay. He's seventeen, she suspected he was seeing someone. When he confirmed to her he knew he was gay, she suspected he was sexualy actif. She expected her husband to not freak out even if she did it herself. She didn't prepare Craig before telling him. I know it was like that in the show too but I always hated it.
Can Debbie offer advice without telling Justin what he has to do ? It can't be good with what Justin is going though with his parents. I hope Daphne will have a bigger role in the story and she will put him on the right path by helping him to focus on himself and his child.
So now, I'm with Justin on the porch waiting for Daphne. What now? He won't go to Brian because they're not together and Brian doesn't have to support him like that. I think Daphne's parents will be alright if he stay with them for a few days, maybe weeks. But you said Brian will offer a place to stay. We can't forget that Brian wants to be there for the child (kind of). I can see complications : living and having a child together but not being together. Can Justin really do it ? Suspence, suspence. We'll see it in the next chapter.

First, let me tell you something about warnings, warnings are meant to save us from harm, and I have to tell you sweetie that smut between our boys is not harmful in any way, shape or form. We expect to have some smut when reading stories about the boys for crying out loud. LOL

Author's Response: I know it's not really a warning (I mean, what other reason was there to watch QAF anyways?) but I know some people are iffy with sex scenes so I just automatically put 'sexual content' as a warning so I don't get complained at :P
I'm doing NaNoWriMo so I'm not sure when the next chapter will be, but I'm hoping it will up as soon as possible. For your cup of tea, Craig will not be in any of the next few chapters, but sadly, he has to return at some point.

No, I haven't really decided yet, but I'm giving it a lot of thought. Brian seems to have very strong genes anyway - Gus is supposed to be like a mini-me of his dad - so most of his features will probably come through strongly :D

I hope Justin would never forget how to read Brian's behaviour. I just love that Justin maybe is the person who knows Brian since less time than the others but he's the one who knows him the best.
Justin will learn who are truly his friends and family. Who will be there when he will need them ? There're always a lot of people when it's happy time but when you need help, a few are still there and the others have disappeared without a trace.
It's sad but c'est la vie. Will Brian understand that Justin is his chance to be happy ? With the baby, they can be a family. The one Brian didn't have. With Justin's help, he can't fuck up. It's impossible because they're so great together. XD
I always saw Brian really possessif. Justin is his and no one mess with what is his. I can't wait to see how Brian will react with a Justin really pregnant.

With this story, I'm hoping that I'll be able to accurately portray the development of their relationship. I want everything to develop smoothly and for Justin to sort of be welcomed happily into their little group, instead of him just being someone who was always around (which is kind of how it was said at the beginning of the show). This baby will kind of help Brian and Justin get together, so they can be that great little family :)
I have some ideas of how Brian will act with a pregnant Justin, whoses actually showing, which will mostly be smut if I'm honest, but you'll have to wait for a few more chapters before that happens XD

I do want to keep it close to the canon in a sense of whats happening to each character, like Lindsey and Mel fighting and Brian handing over his rights etc. so I probably have to go back and rewatch the episodes :P There will be canon characters, like hobbs and kip, but I'm introducing some OC characters that I am debating making important during the course of this story. Craig will probably still be a homophobic asshole but I don't think I write him doing anything worse that what happened in the tv show, I'm still thinking about that one.

I like that it's between Brian & Justin. They don't really have to say anything to anyone. I love your Debbie. She know there's something between them that they don't talk about but she doesn't quizz them.
It's annoy me that Michael has a problem with Brian having new friends. What was his reaction when Brian bring Lindsay (& Melanie) alonged the first time ? Because it seems to me that Emmett & Ted was Michael's friends first.

I wanted to write something showing how Brian and Justin relationship developed, in a different way, and kind of helping Brian grow up from "The Stud of Liberty Avenue". Yes, Justin does have to tell Jennifer but you'll have to wait a few more chapters for that encounter ;)
