Wow, I just finished this part of the saga. I was so glad that everything worked out and Lane and his brother both ended up in the big house, though Lane truly deserves to be there. There is something just not right about that guy. But I was just happy for Brian and Justin. They were really put through the ringer by Lane and they deserved their happily ever after!!

oh, the smile on my face when brian took out those rings! although i have to say it killed the mood slightly when he called justin baby since i have a slight aversion to brian using that word because i feel that it's something he would never say no matter how far they come in their relationship. other than that, great story so far! i've read many of your stories and i have to say i really like your way of writing and it seems to fit with the characters and it is always well written which is something i, as a hobbywriter and slight grammar-nazi appreciate muchly! great job so far!
Author's Response: Hi, Nora - thank you for taking the time to let me know that you've been enjoying my stories; that means a lot to me. I do occasionally have some boo-boos pop out inadvertently, but I DO try to keep them to a minimum. I think we're alike in that I'm a stickler for good grammar and spelling, too.:) And yes, I don't normally go the 'baby' route, either, and you're probably right, in true-character form, Brian would probably never use it.
I suppose I guess on rare occasions I could maybe see Brian use it in private with Justin, but I understand the 'aversion,' also - LOL! I should warn you that it does pop up just a couple times or so in "Double Jeopardy," but other than that you won't normally see it in my stories. I'm glad you've been able to 'overlook' it in the meantime - ha!

Author's Response: Hi, Vin! Oh, you're going to be busy - this is one of my longest stories! Hope you like it.:) Before you get too much into it, I'd better warn you - I think there's one "baby" in there and one in the sequel to the sequel (Double Jeopardy). But it's later in the story and I think I only use it one time in both if that's any consolation. Just thought I'd give you a heads up since it's one of your pet peeves. Normally I don't use it, either, but there have been rare occasions when it just felt right for Brian to say it for some reason, normally when he's either feeling especially sentimental or protective. But I think there's just one instance of each in the two stories if that helps.:) Thanks for the feedback and for giving this one a read.:)

Where did you get the picture of Lane? Is he a model or actor? He really is beautiful. But you have definitely made him sinister and creepy.

what a wonderful story. it was so good. i didn't review while i was reading as i couldn't stop reading. it's a good thing i'm a fast reader. i just love your stories. as i've said before your writing is so descriptive one feels they are where you are writing about. greece is a beautiful country very quaint in some areas and the people are very friendly. i spent as month there last year-fell in love with it. will be going again soon as i am in the process of buying a small refuge there. thank you for these stories. i really appreciate your writing. lol

Stirring Up Trouble was one of my favorite stories to write. If I can think of some sort of sequel to it, I may very well do that. I actually have two other (new) story ideas in the works but I have to wrap some of these other open stories up first, which I will be updating soon.
