Wonderful chapter ! Domestic violence, the hell for many women (and many men too) who suffer this from their spouses every day. Transpose it into the world of our vampires, it can quickly degenerate. This chapter is a nice glimpse of small town politics..of course only Justin would think of using the TV Guide.. to be sworn in as Mayor .. Just a thought.. since time is passing so quickly what will happen to Lindsay and all the other humans who should be close to 80 by now ???   

 

Author's Response: We really haven't progressed that far. Gus and Lee or about 26 and 27 now. Lindsay was embraced which still slows down her aging process. Most of the humans or embraced so they have little to no aging. The kids are growing up and in grade school. This chapter jumped about 7 years forward. I liked this chapter. Justin gets across his message in an excellent manner . He has a good speech, he doesn't judge, explains the repercussions and like this, he easily obtains the support of the kids ...

Justin is starting to see that no good deed goes unpunished.  Trouble with the city, trouble with the boys school.  He gives these boys a 'safe' place and opportunities and they take adavantage.  I agree with Brian, those boys need the paddle!  But Justin handled it beautifully, as usual. Justin is very smart when it comes to finances.  Great update.

Author's Response: Thanks George. Outside of this chapter very little has been said about running the new city which has dominated much of Brian and Justin's time. This chapter advances the story a few years, and ends their political involvement. You might see this chapter as the calm before the storm too.

Part of me says there should be a way, but the realist doesn't believe it.

Most come out with a lover but enough do it this way to mention it. It's not a widespead practice and most boys only do it coming out and stop the money game after that. Often they use that method to seek a lover too. It's a complex part of the gay world now imaged in the vampire gay universe of Embraced. If their bank accounts get too large Justin might have to do something about it.

Five days? I did it one day and was bowlegged for three. Funny chapter. I've always wanted to sail and this chapter sparked my interest.

Author's Response: Thanks George for commenting. Heah, you know it's fiction; I doubt we could go 5 days if we weren't vampires and embraced powered lovers. Sailing's fun but basic Sailing 101 class is about $500 and new boats are expensive. You can make a great deal on a used one but you best get it surveyed first and not buy a lemon or be really careful. I've flown and sailed but over time let my expensive hobbies end. The experiences were cool though.

The following months were chaotic busy bliss for Brian, Justin, Gus, Lee, and Diamond. Brian and Justin continued their marathon creation of a city; Gus and Lee learned how many sleepless nights a new infant provided, and Diamond and Bobby were too busy having sex to sleep. Diamond embraced Bobby and was trying to follow the Brian Kinney model of loading his embraced lover with as much semen as he could stand to development him quickly. Bobby loved his new life and powers it gave him. The usual enhanced vampire powers happened and he was using Justin’s powerful gym set to get even stronger. Getting massive cum loads from Diamond were like a powerful drug to him and he only craved them more which a young horny Diamond could provide in abundance unlike Brian could have done. Enough said about that very sticky subject.     

After Sally realized she was pregnant with Gus’s baby she got a bigger shock learning about Gus, his ability to transform into a jaguar, and the truth of his parents; one being an old vampire and the other an embraced lover who will never grown old, get sick, or perhaps ever die. It was decided to not tell her parents about it. Justin explained it was a need to know information only. A familiar doctor felt the odds that baby Jon Ayden Kinney would be normal, was very high as the known medical information for shape shifting wasn’t genetically based but an occurrence near the time the father obtains the same power. One thing was certain; the baby Jon was a beautiful boy and even if he could be a jaguar they wouldn’t mind it. The boy favored Gus in the face and ears, and was like Sally in the eyes and hair being a light brown at birth. Baby’s hair color can change over time.     

Lee didn’t see much of his child the first month but soon the proud parents welcomed the offer from Lee, Brian, and Justin to take the baby from time to time and give Daphne and Roberto Marcus a break. Melody Gay Marcus was also a very pretty baby with features like Lee and Daphne. She had Daphne’s darker skin tone from her partial Negro background with a lighter shade, and curly blond hair; blond like Lee and curly like Daphne. The important thing was they were very healthy, alert, and happy for their ages and only cried when there was a reason to and parents know that’s a very good baby in good health. When they cry and you can’t see why is the time to worry about colic or other problems like ear infections, overheating, constipation, etc. Gus and Lee were grateful to have such experienced Dad’s with babies. They were both like a talking textbook manual for infant care.     

Vic, Rodney and young James called often for infant advice from Justin and Brian but Justin usually took the calls so Brian wasn’t disturbed on city matters he was working on. Justin realized many vampires and embraced lovers were soon going to have infants too and that was going to be overwhelming if they all start to call for advice day and night. He thought a parenting class for future fathers was needed at the community center or even at their villa. If they’re man enough to make a baby they better be man enough to learn how to care for it; he thought. There were at least 60 embraced boys he knew making babies at Kinneyville now.     

With Brian’s help; Don created a local nightclub for all ages. It would have a juice club on the left and an alcohol club on the right. With so many kids at the Academy he made the juice club huge and the regular bar small and cozy. Adults could mingle with the kids without booze drinks in their hands. The club was a huge success. As Brian predicted the requests by single rich vampires to live in Kinneyville poured in mostly wanting 5 or 10 acre home sites. A few bought the more expensive lake lots. Custom homes were being built as fast as the contractors could throw them up and Brian made a real good deal with the vampire safety glass company for quantity purchases and everybody won with that.     

When Diamond asked Justin how he could help with the town Justin thought of the perfect job for his very young hot looking gay vampire son with a British accent.     

“I want you in charge of security at the teenage nightclub Diamond; both you and Bobby can be a very positive influence there and stop any potential trouble that can happen. Just go party every night and keep your eyes and ears open for problems and deal with it. Protecting my kids is the most important job in town.” Diamond was proud to get the assignment. Justin offered them a good salary and they went to work that night; a busy Friday night at the club. At first it looked like a boring assignment since the kids were so well behaved. They kept their identity as security agents a secret and soon Diamond was aware of a different problem. 

Within two hours, seven adult vampires put the game on Diamond for sex. He knew he looked 12 or 13 and very underage but these men seem not to care. Not one asked him his age to prove he was legal to approach sexually. Diamond acted interested and took their names and phone numbers promising to get back to them. By the end of the night he had the names and phone numbers of 19 vampire men wanting sex. When he told Bobby what he had his lover laughed.     

“Justin’s no fool; he knew exactly what kind of shit would try to happen in a twink bar. The kids aren’t the problem; the damn chicken hawk vampires think they bought a free meal ticket to get all the boy sex in town they want. I’m hot and only kids hit on me who were old enough to do it.”     

“The boys aren’t stupid; I didn’t see one boy go home with one of these men all night and they tried their hardest to get a boy home with them.”     

“I bet they get lectured at school to avoid men wanting sex here, and their street smart.” Bobby said.     

“I’m happy to report no minors drinking or any sign of drugs either. I tried to score a couple of times and the boys looked at me like I’m an idiot.” Diamond said. “The kids are great.”     

“What do we do about the dirty old vampire men?”     

“I’m pulling up the security camera tapes tonight and making still photos of each man who approached me for sex and creating a hot sheet to show the guards and bartenders to know who’s who. Eight offered me big bucks to go home with him. This is felony shit.” Diamond said. “Once I have my files I’ll talk to Don and Justin about it and get their take on the problem and we go from there. My first impression is to just keep an eye on them and watch for more tomorrow night. It’s going to be even busier they this night was. Probably more men will turn up. I don’t want to blow my cover too soon or not at all.”     

“Sound like I’m embraced with a very smart child lover sweetheart.”

“Heah, tomorrow night; you can pretend to be my best friend and I’ll hang all over you like a boy slut and look more available to the chicken hawks when I’m alone.”      

“I don’t want you getting yourself in a bad situation Diamond.”    

“The idiots don’t even realize I’m a vampire. They think I’m a weak human boy. I can handle it no problem.”     

“I’m still going to keep my eye on you, lover; I got to backup my partner in the field.”     

“I’m more concerned how you back me up at night when our shift is over and we’re in bed.”     

“All you got to do is put that tight little round boy ass in front of me and say now daddy!”     

“The fucking irony Bobby; we look like a statutory relationship big time with me looking 12 and you being 31 now. Then we’re here to deal with men many younger then you wanting the same thing you and I got. If they pick up a boy we got to figure out a way to stop it without blowing our cover.”     

“I got an idea; we hire older teenagers to help us protect the really young ones who can step in and take the boy away from the man before they leave. They can help us keep an eye on the potential problem vampires. I don’t want to bust the vampires unless they force us to. We can train them their hunting here is wrong if it’s only for sex. If they want to meet boys and make friends no problem. They can find potential embraceable boys to consider and wait until they’re of age to take. I bet most of them will change their ways when they learn the gay sex seduction approach isn’t working for them and they’ll reform to stay here and find a mate.”     

“Maybe Bobby, but some of these guys are hardcore sex fiends. I see problems with them. They acted like they knew how to seduce a young boy. They promised gaming systems, dope, booze, money, clothes, jewelry, fuck one asshole said I could get a car from him. I had to order him to stop touching me or I’d report him. He calmed down and then played all nice and the idiot gave me his name and number if I change my mind. To my knowledge I’m the only boy who took their numbers and I was watching and listening really close for it.”     

“Let’s go do the security tapes now and start the files.” Bobby said leading his very young looking lover into the office.     

Justin closed his mind’s eye after watching and listening to Diamond and Bobby talking about the vampire men trying to seduce underage boys. He smiled knowing they were perfect for this job and had it well in hand. Justin considered a formal letter of warning to all the men Diamond finds seductive to be given to them from the Association. A second offense can result in force removal from the city and the loss of their $5 million dollar deposit and they being required to sell their houses. From what Diamond observed; the offenders spoke to so many boys they won’t know for sure who rat them out albeit the one with their name and number would be high on their list. The idea of hiring other teenagers to help patrol the club was genius on Bobby’s part.    

“What are you grinning about Sunshine?” Brian wondered.     

“Diamond and Bobby are doing an excellent job at the twink club and identified 19 adult vampires trying to seduce Diamond for sex thinking he’s one of the younger boys at the school.” Brian got on his computer and pulled up the Georgia laws regarding what these vampire men tried to do tonight with a 12 or 13 year old looking Diamond. A young person has to be 16 years old to be legal in Georgia.     

Georgia Revised Statue: 16-6-5.
(a) A person commits the offense of enticing a child for indecent purposes when he or she solicits, entices, or takes any child under the age of 16 years to any place whatsoever for the purpose of child molestation or indecent acts.
(b) A person convicted of the offense of enticing a child for indecent purposes shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than 10 nor more than 30 years.      

“Justin this is serious shit. They can go to prison for a very long time in this state and become registered sex offenders for life.”     

“Save that website Brian. I got an idea how to use it.” Justin said grinning. Brian saved the laws in his favorite category for Justin.     

“What do you plan to do with it?”

“Mail a copy to every man who tries to solicit Diamond this weekend. He’s quite the little undercover agent; I’m so proud of him. Or maybe do something else with these men. I haven’t decided yet.”     

“I hate to hurt real love if it happens just because the age isn’t right yet.” Brian commented.     

“Meeting a boy, buying him a juice drink, getting to know him, even asking for an innocent date in a public place isn’t seduction Brian. That’s hunting for a proper mate to embrace the right way. Trying to pick up boys for fast loveless sex is fucking wrong. We can handle it on a case by case basis. Rarely do I think the issue will come up underage. A good vampire will protect a potential boy mate and wait until he’s 16 to have sex. The boys at my campus aren’t stupid and they know a pervert when they see one.” Justin said.     

“I want Diamond and Bobby to get police training and get a badge. I want them to have the teeth to enforce the law here in town.” Brian said. “If they’re in these situations they need the power of the badge to control this shit.”     

“How can Diamond with a body temperature of 38 degrees and no heart beat pass a physical? This is going to be tough to pull off.”     

“We have vampire friends who are cops in Atlanta. It’s possible to get him trained there and hired here undercover. The vampires are in excellent relations with the Atlanta police department. It’s just like hiring gays years ago.”     

“Peace Officers Standards and Training or POST, is the class they need to take. There’re enough courses to last many months so they have to concentrate on the basic stuff to deal with this crime for now and the basic requirements to be cops.” Justin added. “I’ve been reviewing this shit for our security men and what they need to be our police force here.” Justin added.     

“I’ll reach my contacts in Atlanta on Monday, and get the ball rolling for this to happen.” Brian said. “You tell the boys of our plans tomorrow.”     

Diamond and Bobby slept in late (well Bobby did); during a late lunch Justin came and joined them at the table.     

“Do you want to know how our first night on the job went Dad?”      

“I was watching you after your shift and heard it all son. You identified 19 potential problem vampire adults and 8 who you felt were especially bad. I had my mind’s eye on you at the time.”     

“Promise me you never watch us make out.”    

 “Never.”    

 “Ok, what do we do about these guys?”     

“Nothing yet and don’t blow your cover. Bring me their files you made. We’re going to watch them and find more like them first. I like the idea of getting older teenagers from the campus to help you; that’s a super idea Bobby.”     

“Thanks Justin; I want to stop an abduction without letting them know we’re on to them.”     

“We have to handle each vampire on a case by case basis. If he’s getting to know a boy, and is being benign about it and not seeking sex but making friends; those men aren’t a problem until they show themselves to be one. We’ve sold over two thousands lots with the idea many available boys are here to be embraced with someday. It’s part of our society and good. But we have to obey the law and protect the kids. Brian and I want to send you two to police school and get you officially trained and hired with a badge in your wallets.”

“Are we going to start to arrest them then?”     

“We want you to have the ability in a worse case situation and the badge will scare the shit out of them. I’m thinking most of these men need to be reminded the rules of the game here and won’t be a problem.”     

“What if an underage boy and an adult vampire fall in love Dad?”     

“We first investigate it. If we see love, and the vampire doesn’t try to get more boys; we might look the other way if heavy petting is only involved. If he tries to embrace the boy still underage his ass is grass and we mow it. I can put my eye on him and read his mind. I don’t expect too many of those situations to happen. Our primary concern is the child’s welfare. If he really loves the vampire and the vampire loves him, and we break them up we harm the boy. We’ll be careful.”     

“Tonight I’m dressing really slutty gay boy style. I’m going to catch as many men as I can.”    

“Dress nice and hot but not slutty. That borders on entrapment and might cause a vampire to act out seduced by you. That’s wrong. You’re beautiful and hot looking and could make a good vampire mess up by your charms.”     

“I had lots of guys talk to me civil and got to know me without trying to get in my pants. I knew the difference Dad.”      

“Go there tonight and Sunday night just like you did last night not expecting to be hit on. Then let the wrong men show themselves again.” Justin finished. Later he took the files they made the last night and copied them for his own records.     

“That night Diamond was approached by many of the same men as before and 24 new ones wanting him for sex. Sunday night, he discovered 11 more. He made detailed files on every vampire who broke the law. The new teenage boys who worked with them were amazing. They would interrupt a seduction in action protecting every young boy in the club.     

This was only the first weekend the club was open and they had 53 vampires to watch closely who hung out in the twink bar. Kinneyville was having its first major crime wave of a very interesting kind with multi-millionaire vampires thinking this was a no law boys for the taking city. The next weekend they discovered 31 new men. This didn’t count the dozens of vampires taken by Diamond’s innocent beauty and charm who didn’t try to seduce him. Justin felt like he knew enough of the vampires who needed to be addressed with a total of 84 horny boy loving vampires to teach a lesson to. Justin made his mega-watt smiled as he plotted his plan for the Kinneyville Chicken Hawks.
