Such an optimistic turn for this part of your story, Honestly, I think it more likely the Griffin/Kinney compound be burned to the ground (including all inhabitants) by hired hit men or private gangs who are either fanatics or just blood thirsty and willing to join any fight they figure will get them notariety.
Not that I don't believe that the Bible is and has been terribly mis-translated. If only we would just stck to the plainly written Ten Commandments. And of course what Jesus himself declaired Himself to be the greatest of all commandments:
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments (Matthew 22:36-40)
Author's Response: I live in Texas and it would amaze you how many people believe: Jesus was white, spoke English, and the Bible is the literal word of God and orginially written in English. Too funny but these people are very funny and I'm not laughing (not that kind of funny if you get my meaning). Glad you liked this phase of the story, and Brad Pitt makes the perfect Jesus! Agree with sister for the movie title ... At least it announces the subject and arouses curiosity. Sure, it would be a sacred bomb dropped on the world but the truth will be finally known .... And although some still cling to their vision of the love of God, others will have a doubt in mind ....

Author's Response: After careful consideration I realize a lie means someone intended to share a false fact; good Christians or only making a mistake they have been taught. They don't better yet. It might surprise you how many gay Christians are out there too. Many of them know the information I've added to this story.

Author's Response: FINALLY I HAVE A WORKING COMPUTER !!!
This was a bad virus and I almost had to wipe off my hard drives and start over. My tech was able to go into the programming registery and find the bug and disable it so we know now what was the problem without losing all my data. Most technicians can't do that. I'll have a new chapter up soon. Thank you for your comments busysol.

Author's Response: I'll venture to say if you were gay this would be more than informative for you. I personally know of 6 boys who took their lives over this bullshit by the Christian church and the ministers. The rate of attempted and successful suicides of gay males between the ages of 14-17 in nations with a majority Christian population is over 28%. The majority are in the American Bible Belt states. The story continues addressing this issue and will be concluded soon as the climax of the story. I've started a college degree program on line and will not have time to write.

I love this title. A film like that should really exist. None religious argument against homosexuality survives a critical analysis.

Still loving the story. I haven't reviewed in a while but have been reading, work has been very busy.
Love the Bible stuff. My son-in-law is a Baptist minister and refuses to preach that homosexuality is wrong. I can't wait to tell him about this stuff. He will probably try to work it into a sermon.
I know the story has to end sometime, but I wish it didn't. I love your stories.
Author's Response: I do have to end the story; I've started a college program online for my BBS (Bachelors in Biblical Study) which is a difficult and intensive course of study academically. I already have three other degrees. The total number of words in my three stories exceeds the number of words now in the King James Bible. I may write a book on the changes creating the modern Bible after I get my degree. Thank you for your comments.

This is by far the best argument I've ever read for the Bible being for gays. The outcome of the movie is predictable. I hope you keep writing.

wow..... these chapters are really great and indepth and may come in very useful to me at some stage, we have found out recently our eldest daughter is in a lesbian relationship whilst our youngest daughter is a comitted christian.... so far no fire works always handy to no where to look for reference should any go off in the future tho !!!!!!!

Author's Response: Maybe the readers on MW are new to this debate but the tide has turned since 2007; anti-gay Christians can no longer hide behind the Bible to support their bias. The general ignorance of the masses are the only thing keeping this message from coming forward more than it has. In short; they don't want to know the truth; they want to continue to keep their wrong thinking. It fits their dream of a perfect straight world. Perhaps one day Hollywood will make this movie and make a difference. Thanks for commenting shf1210.
