Well, I'd take the chance too. If the latest property had been in the Pitts, I may have had some reservations. However, just as diversity is working really well for Kinnetik, diversifying their investments will help protect against any major shifts experienced in one of them. And who wouldn't take Manhattan?
I hope Tony heeds Mark's advice. Have you ever noticed that once a person is admonished not to be stupid, they often go and do something stupid anyway?

I had a little trouble concentrating on my reading because I have two children at the table next to me (Txabi and Gehexan are making bubbles in their glass of milk with a straw and they guffaw loudly... I swear this isn’t obvious every day with these two !)

I was getting confused how wealthy they were at this point in the story. Good you cleared that up. I read these chapters last night and now catching up on my reviews.
