Author's Response: Great advertising ideas are very hard to dream up and that's why they pay so well when you hit a home run for a client. Companies known for great award winning ads can name their price and clients pay it in advance. Once a company makes a winning ad everyone notices and clients want them for their PR.

Gus has a tough project and creative block just like the big boys get. That sounds like a sweet real estate deal indeed. Interesting chapter; I like the business stuff; it is different in fan fiction.
Author's Response: Gus learns if it was that easy everyone could do it. The RE deal was a major win for our boys cash flow wise.

Kinnetik RE is kicking into high gear.
You answered one of my earlier questions, Lily is pregnant! I agree Justin Jr is too much. I've never been fond of that practice anyway (Jr and Sr I mean). Can you just imagine if B or J had been named after their fathers? I would change my name.
Gus has a creative block. He'll come through, he's a Kinney after all.
Isn't that nice to be able to give everyone lovely pay raises? Cynthia definitely deserves the new title too.
That's a cute castle too. Although I think I favor the pirate ship more. Has more versatility, it can go on land and water! Lol.

Oh, this castle doesn’t really fire Gus’ imagination. I’m sure his little brain will find quickly the brilliant idea for this product. I'm happy for the leaders of Kinnetik but mostly for Cynthia. She deserves this promotion. Jennifer and Kinnetik RE seem well set to conquer the real estate sector.
