Phew, that was so damn intense. I'm so anxious for those guys. I know they'll be able to pull it off, but its still nerve wrecking and exciting.
Brian taped his conversation with Mel!! LOL!! This is why he's a success, a fat fucking success. And what makes him a better businessman than Vance, he knows to cover his ass.
Oooh! Please have Brian and Justin have the Kip Konversation (hee hee, clever)!
Author's Response: With delegation the boys will make it. Brian isn't stupid and CYA is a major reason he stays on top. I meant to write in the Kip conversation and forgot to; will do it later in the story. Thanks for commenting Kat much.

Well, by signing that contract without reading it Vance did himself in.
Oh, yet another twist, Kip! And J has something to tell B, doesn't he? Although in the show, I always wondered how B, if he didn't outright guess, at least get a glimmer of why/how the harassment suit was dropped. Especially later, when he was accused of molesting his nephew and J rode to rescue so to speak. Maybe too much time lapsed between the two incidents...
I'm envisioning the talent pool that's hammering at their door. It's a wonderfully stressful position to be in.
Wow! Things are moving fast and a possible GM whale swimming into the vicinity too!

Mel cleaning out Vangard had me laughing out loud. Justin realizes how much kip thomas hurt Brian, interesting that you hint he might tell Brian what he did. The growth of Kinneitic makes good sense. Things are growing on two levels, tearing down one company to help build another one; sounds like nature.
Author's Response: Mel is a force of nature and law. Justin wants no secrets with Brian; he's only waiting for the right time to talk. It was fate to gain Vangard's equipment when they were about to triple their staff. Business nature works like that. Thanks for reviewing David.

I really like this story. It's taken me a little while but I've just finished all the chapters so far. Very good work. Please keep writing it.
Author's Response: Thank you Coffee Queen (love that name) for letting me know you're reading and enjoying the story. The only threat to the story is if I don't get reviews on the chapters. They motivate me to write and I get depressed if people don't review. So far support has been excellent and my plot hamster in my head is very active with the new ideas needed. I only write one novel at a time and update very fast; often several chapters a day before sleeping a day or two. You can count on me to write and finish a story if I don't have a RL emergency happening.

Excellent chapter. Very original. I can relate to the story coz it is what happen everyday (not only in business). Some will not agree (those who want to see, what they want to see kind of) with me but I see/understand things in so many different level (do i make sense??).

loved this chapter, vance is an idiot... who doesn't read contracts or hire an attorney, he needed to retire years ago.

Author's Response: Thanks alys; actually the response to this chapter went pretty good. Usually I get reviews like "more sex-less plot"'; I've read stories all sex and they got boring real fast. New York is in the future but it's going to happen.
