I might even be willing to beg you not to stop writing 

Sorry for the delay in my review my password got reset and I was having issues

The things I like Gus and John playing Hot Wheels 

Gus going to work with Daddy

John getting a new car though I admit to having no use for a yellow car.

The tradition of Grandma Jen bowling and school supplies 

babies laughing, I loved tickling my nieces to get those giggles

Mark’s parents suck and I kind of want them to find a lawyer who will then have his ass handed to him and Marks parents will have to pay Mark’s legal fees, yes I know technically he won’t have any

I have no sympathy for Mel she had chances she blew them and now no one cares about her though they do worry about JR

I hope Viola’s treatment works but if not she can see her granddaughter will be raised by people who love her.

I was curious Mikey had nothing negative to say about Gus at KINNETIC

I was amazed at how much happened in this chapter now I can’t wait for Gus’s first day at his new school.

i hope to see more before the end of the summer

Happy to see you are still reviewing and letting me know what you think.  As i mentioned in another review; a long-time reviewer who has been with me from the start had stopped leaving reviews.  I took that as a sign that it might be time to wind up this saga.  I don't think Alan will want to spend money for a lawyer with so little chance to get his way.  Mel is not really equipped to be a hands-on mother.  I think her vision was always from Lindsay to provide most childcare but that is not going to happen.  I think Ted and Blake need to get to work on adoption.  The odds are not with Viola having a long life.  I think Gus's time at Washington Academy will be interesting.  Thanks for all your reviews and encouragement.  Bill

Thank you Bill for this long awaited update. Other than Jennifer the parents are complete shit. I speak of the family of course not those of the friends of the children. For a moment I thought that Mélanie was going to attack JR to silence her! Will she finally come back to reality now that Lindsay is no longer there to influence her? Viola is making the right decision but I hope she will be fine after her treatment. John, having so much fun with Gus, needs to catch up on some of his rotten childhood. Just saw your FB message.  I have no idea how I skipped over your review.  Jennifer doesn't have much competition on good parenting front.  Alan and Craig would probably have gotten along really well.  Poor JR really lost out in the parents sweepstakes.  I think Mel woulld like to be a kind & involved mother but it is not her forte. Not sure about Viola's long term srvival but time will tell.  I think you are correct about John enjoying some childhood fun that he missed out on.  Thanks for the nice comments, so sorry for the late response.  Bill

YAY!!!  A new chapter.  I'm so happy you have decided to continue writing.  I can't to read more.

Wow! Mark's father is such a bigoted a$$hole.  Poor Mark! Can you imagine your own father wanting you arrested for stealing a car you paid for yourself just because you were making up your own mind about what you want in life????  Loved the neighbor and how he told Alan off.

Loved the scenes with John and Gus. Such bonding moments and how sweet is John to go with yellow since Gus loved it so much. Glad that Gus was happy about his hot wheels and tracks and didn't seemed bothered by getting them from Mel. He didn't seem to dwell on what that means in regards to Mel.

I was wondering what was happening with Ted & Blake adopting Nina. I'm glad Viola took that by the horns and told Ted to get the adoption done. How said that she has to go through chemo again. I hope it works.  

Thanks again for the new chapter, I was missing it so much.  I can't wait read more about this wonderful love family!

Hi Holly, not too much time has passed in this long saga, but I have been writing it for almost 9 years, Started by posting it on fanfiction before Predec2 suggested I post here.  She was a big help to me in the beginning and encouraged a first-time author.  Her stories are the one that inspired me to write my own.  Never thought it would last this long.  Inspiration just doesn't some as quickly as it once did.  I hope to continue but updates will be spaced out.  Alan is a piece of work but I honestly think this is how some people behave in real life.  He wants to control his son and his life but adults have to live their own lives.  Sadly I think Gus feels let down by his mothers.  His security now come from being with his fathers and other family members.  Brian and Justin led Gus to believe that Mel wanted him to have his toys.  John is a born caregiver always looked out for his younger brother and loves helping with Lily & Liam.  I'm sure he is flattered by the hero worship Gus has for him.  It was very sweet if him to let Gus pick the color of the car.  I think that playing hit wheels with Gus helped John have some child play time he missed out on with Claire as a mother.  I'm pretty sure Ted and Blake will start adoption proceedings.  Thanks for all your kind comments and encouragement.  I really appreciate it!!!!!!
