Finally the most beautiful & important moment appear in Justin life again. Honestly In Brian & Justin moment together, the prom night is the most beautiful of all.

Beautiful. Can't find other words to describe this wonderful story.

Author's Response:

Wow, thank you!  Knowing you are reading and liking this story means so much!

I agree, the prom dance between Brian and Justin was the definitive, most beautiful moment!  It seemed such a harsb, cruel reality that not only did Justin suffer from irreputable brain damange that would affect his right hand for the rest of his life, but he had lost complete memory of his beautiful and perfect dance with Brian.  I felt that with this particular story of fan-fiction, it begged for Justin's memory of the dance to return.  He and Brian both deserved it!  :)

Thanks bunches for your support, and for your thoughtful comments!!  I appreciate them immensely!

First, its seems so far back in the chapter but... I thought maybe Lindsay was going to ask Gus for his sperm... I know, totally gross!

Even though Justin had to go through a panic attack, and such an emotional upheaval. It think t's a good thing for him to remember, and to finally find out that Brian's loved him along...

Hopefully it will help Brian be able to deal with his inability to express his emotions...

Beautiful Chapter!

Hugs Darling ~ Kathleen

Author's Response:

Lindsay certainly does have a Brian obsession :)

It was a 'silver lining' Justin discovered in finding out how long Brian had truly loved him!  I agree that Brian's expressive ways just may improve ;)

Thank you my dear for your feedback, and  I'm so delighted you are still liking the story!!  I'm very grateful for your support!

There is so much going on here that I don’t even know where to begin. First of all the munchers need to back off, secondly I have just fallen in love with our favorite couple all over again. The love and passion and tenderness they have for each other is an envied thing. Now I know that Daphne's heart was in the right place, but maybe she didn't think her action through fully when it came to the DVD...still gotta love her sentiment though.

Author's Response:

Thank you for your supportive comment!  This chapter was busy, for sure!

Brian and Justin indeed have an amazingly strong and passionate bond, and yet share such tenderness...so heartwarming.

I'm delighted you're still enjoying the story, and I appreciate your continued encouragement and feedback immensely!!  :)

Adored this chapter.
Poor Gus seeing the results of one of Justin's panic attacks. He had never seen it before.
I like that he and Brian can talk so openly and honestly. Makes for a great relationship between the two.
Michael is still a pain in the ass at times.

Yay for Jenny's Christmas gift.

Mel and Lindsay just don't seem to care. And I really do believe it's time for Mel to kick Lindsay's ass to the curb. I mean Mel doesn't even know about the conversation Lindsay had with Gus about having kids. All that was was Lindsay's way of still trying to have a piece of Brian.

Why would she even ask about using his vacation home? Mel would pull her teeth out before doing that. It would be like accepting charity from Brian. We know she'd never ever do that.

I love Ted. At work and with the family. What he said to Lindsay was completely innocent, yet she went ballistic. She is not a happy camper.

Gus is wise for his age and it was nice that he offered to go to Deb's and let Brian and Justin recoup. Can't wait for him to meet Share Ryan. Brian's so cute when he's jealous.

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for very insigtful comments!  I'm delighted you liked this chapter!

The relationship between Brian and Gus is an amazing one.  And with Brian's honesty, and never being afraid of speaking his mind or living his life the way HE decides, I can imagine that he would nuture an open and honest relationsip with his son.

Michael, well, he's still an interesting character!   I'm not "Michael bashing", yet I'll say he needs a bit more maturing to do :)

I'm glad you liked Jenny's awesome Cristmas present!

I'm so thrilled to hear that you picked up on the dynamic of Lindsay still wanting to hang on to a piece of Brian.  And about the vacation home?  I agree with you about how Mel would have reacted!  Probably the reason Lindsay approced Brian solo.

Yes, Ted is a great guy in this story.  The poor guy had such good intentions, and nearly got his head bit off for it.

Gus does have a lot of wisdom for his young years, and I believe that this situation he witnessed, added to his maturity and comprehension, viewing things more from an adult perspective.

Regarding Shane...well...I can't give away TOO much, but we weill defintely be seeing the nice young man again ;)

Thank you for continuing to read the story, and for your ongoing supportive feedback!  I appreciate it so very much!

move on from pain is shit for a while but then it gets better

Author's Response:

Very true!  Moving past the pain takes time, but in the end, things always seem to look brighter!  And the boys will forever have each other to help them through it all!

I'm so very grateful for your feedback!  I'm thrilled to know you are still enjoying the story, and I thank you immensely for your support!!

great chapter.  Glad the mystery of who sent the DVD was solved.  Seems like kind of a thoughtless thing for Daphne to do without calling first.  Curious about Shane and if we will hear more from him.  Enjoying your story a lot!!

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for your supportive feedback!

I think Dapne had sincere intentions towards her friend when she sent the DVD, and because Justin had lost all memories of the prom for many years, she likely didn't give much thougt to sending the package.  She'll be the one surprised now when she hears the story about Justin's total memory recall! :)

Shane is one of the good-guys (thankfully), and we'll start seeing more of him, but I can't give too much away...yet ;)

Thanks for reading, and for your ongoing support and encouraging comments!!  Much appreciated!

Wow, so much happening.  Why is Lindsey so insistant about Gus having children?  Something screwy going on there.  When Justin got the DVD, my first thought was the guy Shane.  Though I couldn't understand his motive.  It was a good thing that Ted was with him and had some idea what was happening.  It also gave Gus a chance to see how bad a panic attack could be.  Then in the end to find out that it was Daphne!  She couldn't put a return address on the envelope?  Hope Mel isn't playing mind games with JR like Lindsey is with Gus.  Want more asap.

Author's Response:

This was another busy chapter, to be sure :)

Maybe Lindsay is still looking for her 'white-picket-fence' world, imagining having grandchildren.?  If so, it's overshadowing the here-and-now, to the extent of Gus' future and what HE wants.  We can never tell what she or Mel might do next :)

I believe that Dapne's intentions were genuine, and she probably was simply being absentminded when she forgot to put a return address label on the package.

Indeed, it was a very good thing Ted was present when Justin had a panic attack!  And Gus gained another level of understanding witnessing both the panic attack, and how his father took care of his papa.

We're going to see more of Shane...in a positive, life affirming way :)

Thank you so much for reading and commenting!!  I deeply appreciate your continuing support and encouragment!

Aw. Poor Justin. But Brian is taking good care of hime and he now knows Brian loved him way back then.

As for the "moms." My god. Mel is a cold bitch but at least what you see is what you get. Lindsay is much worse because she's insane and doing/saying everything so calmly makes me what to do violent things to her. Heh Heh. Yeah.

Author's Response:

Loved your comment, especially the part about Lindsay :)  Gus' moms are indeed...unique.  She and Mel are more driven by their own individual feelings or emotions, and sometimes by their own agenda.  Unfortunately, they don't really think a lot of things through first to contemplate the consequences.  It's the classic, they-act-before-they-think, type of thing.

Yep, the Kinney men always take wonderful care of one another!  I'm glad that Justin can now look at Brian with a deeper appreciation, and undoubtedly, a more profound love.

Thank you bunches for reading and for commenting!  Both are so very, very appreciated!!
