Another great chapter in this very entertaining story. I got a chuckle when Brian looked to make sure that Justin hadn't fallen out of bed. I really like the way that you use actions to convey meaning or emotion, rather than using dialogue or statements. I've noticed that in several of the chapters. Loved the interaction between Jennifer and Kevin--very touching. I'm glad Jennifer will be riding herd on LIndsay. Maybe Michael and Warren can get together...seems like they have a lot in common. It is good to see B & J have some alone time...always good to have balance. A miniature Justin would be hard to resist...the cuteness would be off the charts. Thanks for the story...love it.
Author's Response: Thanks for all your positive comments. I really enjoy hearing from readers what little parts of the story they enjoy. I chuckled when I wrote about Brian checking the floor beside the bed for Justin, glad to know it made you chuckle also. I am enjoying the Kevin story line and as I said in a couple other responses I hope I am doing him justice and am happy so many readers have mentioned they enjoy reading about Kevin. Michael and Warren both sure need to work on their people skills. I can see Debbie working on Warren but she doesn't see any defects in Michael. I don't think Michael is clueless. Far from it. He's had people setting him straight over and over and over. He knows the truth but he's just happier to stick with the lies in his head. People tell him Justin makes a six-figure income, but he wants Justin to be a golddigger so that's what Justin is. No ifs, ands, or buts. They can show him Justin's tax returns or a commision check and he'll still see what he wants to see. It's probably because he's such a loser that he has to put down others to make himself feel superior but it only makes him look like an ass who soon won't have any friends left. And hopefully without a husband soon. Ben's too good for him.
I'm just glad Brian didn't sugar coat his words like he usually does with Michael.
For a non-Michael subject, the new diner manager reminded me of Hal. I wish you'll update us on him. Just a couple lines to let us know of the mess we know he made at his new workplace. *snicker*
Author's Response: I still think he is clueless but he is also very, very resistant to change and just a touch delusional. I think many people in life stick with their opinions even in the face of overwhelming evidence those opinions are incorrect. Many of those people are currently interested in becoming President of the USA. (Couldn't resist sorry) I think Ben enjoys having a kind of helpless husband, just my opinion from the show and in my story.
I think that is a good idea to find out how Hal is doing at his new job. I doubt he is making a huge sucess of it. Thanks for review, I love to get them and am shamelessly excited about possibly getting 1000 reviews in the not too distant future. Bill

Michael...still clueless and stupid.
Cried about Jenn's visit to Kevin's school, so sweet.
Maybe the new baby could be a girl. Brian would be totally screwed. If they could find a donor that looked like Brian, the baby could be a gorgeous combination of the two of them. Brian's darker hair with Justin's light blue eyes, so beautiful.
Author's Response: Molly got two pratical and usefull gifts from her brother and "brother in law". She knew how to psuh her mother's buttons on the rent threat. Mother & daughter relationships are always interesting. Thank you for nice comments about grandparents day. I hope I am doing justice to the Kevin character. Hi, I really enjoyed Kevin's special day. Kevin is so loving, can't understand the woman who was critical that Jen was not grandmother by blood but by love, busybodies are so rude. Speaking of rude, Warren the new manager of the diner is clueless man and the way she loves her customers Warren is in for a bumpy ride. I really don't understand Mikey's constantly calling Ted, and Brian and Justin cheap that is the pot calling kettle black. So glad Brian and Justin are following up to having a child between them and Gus, John and Peter it will be a much loved baby (girl!). Will the boys finally be adopted by Brian and Justin, I certainly hope, the love is there lets wrap up the paperwork, okay you know I want more chapters, your writing is so good I just get greedy for more.

Kevin is full of love and Jennifer is a perfect "love grandmother" who gets as much love as she gives and is happy doing it. Warren needs to develop better people skill for sure!! I think Mikey feels since he doesn't make much money that absolves him of any need to take financial reponsibility for anything. So far it is working for him. I think a baby, boy or girl, will come in for lots of love. We'll all have to wait and see if it is a boy or a girl. Permenent custody hearing coming up soon, hopefully it will all go well. Joan will try whatever she can to block it. Could be another Joan vs Jennifer battle in the courtroom. Thanks for all your nice comments and for always posting reviews. I love to get reviews and am excited about getting close to 1000 - I can hardly believe that I am wrking on 81 ans people are still reading the story. Bill

I wish you would post more. It's hard waiting to see where you will take this story next. I keep forgetting what happened prior and it makes it hard to follow the story.
Love Jennifer and how you have her loving all the kids as her own grandchildren and how you have her protecting others.My kind of role model.
**Side note** About the baby for B/J; it may throw some major twists and turns in the story which could be fun. What if Claire was the egg donor, so that the baby was part of Brian too? Or maybe they find a close relative of Brians to donate, so the baby has some of the Kinney genes? Just a thought.
Author's Response: I confess that I keep the prior cahpter open on my PC while I write the new one and sometimes have to go back a few chapters to refresh my memory on an event. I would like to say I will post more frequently but honestly about once a wekk is the best I can do. Some readers only like to read finished stories so they don't get left hanging. I like a little suspense every once in a while. I love my Jennifer!! Brian has Gus and I think he is really looking forward to a little blonde haired, blue eyed child that reminds him of his favorite person in the world. Thanks for the review. Bill
