That was great. Brian should call his lawyer first thing and get a copy of the police report. The kids will be theirs . I liked the ideal of bringing snacks to the ER how smart.

Hey, my friend, you are so fast in writing, I couldn´t review in time. You made chapter 51 and 52 fit very well together. John´s trust issue regarding his unfit first tutor first, and then his call to Brian in the hospital wiht the annoying social worker. That´s a lot of progres! He learned his lesson, this is great an dmuch needed. Joan will never see her bad influence to Claire (addiction, like mother like daughter), admit her failure, take her responsibility - so blind! Still hurting people, this time her innocent grandsons. Thank Brian-Peter and John will earn more trust, their place in the new sort-of-family. They knew what they need and want: Living with B&J, protected and encouraged. That is growing up and that is healing. Phantasti!

Author's Response: Really happy to hear from you. When I don't get any comments from my faithful reviewers I think that maybe they have gotten bored with this story. It has gone on for almost a year now. I am glad you are still enjoying the story and appreciate, as always, all your kind comments. I think John and Peter are continuing to feel more secure with their uncles. There is more drama coming from Claire. I think a lot of people feel like Joan does that alcohol is not as bad as drugs because one is legal and other is not but adddiction is addiction.

First 52 in less than 52 weeks yippee!!!!!!! Claire oh my I did not see her drug use being found out this way I thought she would get arrested while buying them. I like how Brian protected John and Peter from both Joan and Claire and the way Brian showed his hand that they were seeking permanent custody and that it had been John and Peter's idea. How did Joan have time to sic the social worker on the boys I loved Brian going after the hospital that was great. So much happened but I read it so fast I am going back to read it again.

What a wonderful chapter. Claire told off Joanie, who evidently lives in a world of her own. I almost thought Claire was going to be in a coma once she fell in the bathroom. Thank goodness John and Peter were able to call Brian when that social worker wouldn't leave them alone. I have a feeling her job might be on the line. Really that was all Joanie's fault. I really like the new tutor.
