Okay, I miss read the chapter title and worried needlessly throughout the whole read. LOL Bye, bye Joe2. I did actually like him and although he tried to change Justin, Justin must take some responsibility for allowing it. Joe2 did what most people think is helping. Justin needs to learn to love himself.

Author's Response: I have to agree to disagree. Yes, Justin should have had the self-esteem to tell him to f- off. But people know when they are being a-holes. Yes, he might have been giving him advice a lot of people would give, but he could just have liked Justin as he was and encouraged Justin to do the same.

I loved this chapter! It was complicated, because I actually like Joe very much, I think he helped Justin a lot, and he wasn't embarrassed to be seen with him at all, unlike Brian. But, he did push too hard. That must have hurt Justin's feelings - Justin is really sensitive here, even if he tries to hide it.
And of course I love jealousy! Jealous Brian is my favorite!:)

I don't think many noticed this, but Joe thought when he first met Justin that he was hot in spite of his weight. Brian had gotten to the point where he just liked Justin, all of him (he still hadn't gotten beyond his vanity in public, but privately he liked all of Justin--so he was a bit more evolved than Joe in that regard. he didn't want Justin to lose weight, but Joe always did).

I love that Brian loves Justin for being Justin and not for how he looks. Sigh, if only more people were like that.
