It does, but it also shows how much Brian cared about Justin healing, as a whole human being. Yes, Justin was ok having sex with Brian after the bashing, Brian was safe, but what about other men? Brian wanted to make sure Justin was ok having sex again, period. We all know Brian's philosphy on sex! Every gay man's right.

Brian and Justin had quite the misunderstanding but a very good resolution to the problem (I'm such a sucker for a good toppy! Justin scene)
