Since you have magic available a mpreg can be done but since magic is outlawed in Camelot there is the problem of keeping whoever is pregnant hidden from Uther. As dense as the King can be even he would figure out that if his son or Merlin was obviously pregnant that magic was involved.(vbg)

okay, first of all, i like the story so far, and thanks for clearing up the timeline, was getting a bit confused about that.. cant wait for arthur to find out about the magic...

second, NOOOO mpreg. most definitely not, please. as for other options, perhaps some sort of sperm donor thing, like merlin probably has some sort of spell that could help arthur and someone, maybe gwen, with artificial insemination... for when he eventually needs an heir.
