Brian and Justin are in a relationship for 6 months but their couple is in shambles. Their sex life is the biggest problem. Brian is losing his mind as Justin is pushing him away, feeling not comfortable with intimacy.

For not losing his lover, Justin takes him on a special couple retreat in the hope to bring the couple close again.

At the time, this was the only truly AU bj fic I've ever written. All of the others assumed at least that they met the same as in canon, however what happens next might vary.

But in this one ... Brian and Justin meet when Justin is slightly older and in a completely different way.

Gus in this story is around 3 and the girls are still living in Pittsburgh.

I was watching the ladies of 'The View' last week, and they were discussing another trend besides sexting called video sexing.  Like the naughty old lady I am, the first thought that popped into my head was that I could clearly see Brian and Justin indulging, especially after being separated at the end of the series.  Of course I had to put my own spin on it too.  So I now offer you my vision of what might happen a couple of months after Justin left for NYC.

Justin and a reluctant Brian celebrate the holidays; Brian makes a surprising decision.

This was written for the Moonshadow Tribe's Christmas Challenge - the theme was "worst holiday ever".

Warning I have to admit that I took the opportunity to torture Mikey and the others a little. *g*

Written for qaf_giftxchnge 2018 on LJ, although this one is not, per se, a Christmas story.

So here it is.  It's set maybe 2 years post 513.  Justin returned from New York about 12 months ago, but they sold Britin and have been living at the loft.  Justin rents studio space.

WARNING: Very mild (for me, at least) snark about Michael.

This fic is set about 12 years after the end of S5 and is part of the Gus/Dani Homecoming!future. Short version - Justin came back to Pittsburgh and he and Brian have been together through all that time, living in a house on the river that they bought after selling Britin. This one follows directly on from Leaving Home.

Justin is late. Brian worries.  What plans does he have for the two of them?

Sort of gap filler/alternative ending for episode 306. After Justin finds out Ethan’s a scumbag and is sitting alone at Woody’s, Brian comes up to say hello.

Fourteen years post season five.

Brian and Justin parted years ago but have remained friends. Joan’s sudden reappearance in Brian’s life, however, is going to affect their relationship in a way neither of them could have predicted.

One Pride Weekend in June, Brian and Justin reflect on their long and winding relationship and discuss marriage, love, and family.

Brian comes home after a long day at work only to find Justin drunk in his loft.

Justin had a sugar daddy who died, leaving him very well provided for, and now he’s ready to pay it forward to someone else.

This is a sequel to Back for Good. Three years after Justin has forgiven Brian for keeping their son Luke a secret from him and Brian and Justin gave their relationship another try they are happy with their relationship and their children Gus and Luke. Or aren't they? What does fate have in store for them now?

Hello, my dear readers.  Today, I have something brand new for you.  Before anything else, I want to dedicate this story to one of my dearest readers and friend, Vicki, for entrusting me with her plot bunny for this story.  I couldn't have done it without her support.  Also a big thank you to Judy, my fantastic beta, and Marika, my talented banner maker.

Now, as to this story, this is for all you animal lovers out there.  What happens when Brian becomes the 'somewhat' reluctant (yet willing) rescuer of a pair of brutally abandoned dogs?  How will this one act of kindness change his life and that of his beloved husband and son?

P.S.  I've chosen Irish Setters in this case as a tribute to Vicki, a proud Irish lassie.

Brian’s lost in a downward spiral since Justin’s bashing left him in a coma. But they share a love that refuses to die. Now they just need to find their way back to one another.

Wanting to change certain aspects of QAF led me to write this.  Maybe THIS TIME things go better.  Hope you enjoy these changes.  I plan to post every Sunday.

“I’m sorry,” Brian repeated, his tone serious and deliberate. “For a lot of things over the last two days. I… I didn’t know what to do with what happened before I left Pittsburgh, and I wasn’t ready to talk.” He paused, sighing. “And I don’t know how to lie to you. I haven’t for a long time, and you know that. So sometimes, it’s easier to piss you off, so you’ll leave me alone until I find enough of my remaining ball to face you -- as irrational as I know that sounds.”

“Or,” Justin said, a small smile playing on his lips, “you could say, ‘Hey Justin, I’ve got something on my mind that I’m not ready to talk about, and I need a little space.’” He gave his husband a meaningful look before continuing. “Brian, I know what you’re doing when you do it now… But what I don’t understand is why, almost two decades into our relationship, you still think the solution to anything is to push me away -- if for no reason other than it won’t fucking work.”

Brian gets some unexpected and difficult news and turns to his usual coping strategies. Justin knows better.

Brian contemplated what he wanted to say next; how personal he wanted to get. He still wasn’t sure whether or not Joan would hear a word of what he said -- she hadn’t reacted to anything thus far -- so maybe it was better to lay it all on the line. His lifelong mantra creeped back into his brain, and he scooted his chair a little closer to the bed. No apologies, no regrets.

Against his original plans (and, perhaps, better judgment), Brian makes his way back to Pittsburgh to see his mother one final time.

Justin wakes up in a hospital after suffering a head injury.

“Can you really think of a reason that Peter would suddenly turn on how he feels about you?” Justin asked, trying to begin the conversation pragmatically. “He knows how your sister is, and she knows, at least to some extent, that the two of you are acquainted now. Don’t you think she’d have tried every weapon she had if she was running a smear campaign against you?”

“I don’t know,” Brian said tiredly, rubbing his eyes. “I wouldn’t put anything past her.”

When Brian's nephew Peter and his girlfriend Alexis come to spend Christmas in New York, things are off to a great start -- until they're not. Soon, it becomes apparent to everyone that old Kinney family scars run deep.

Eighteen year old Justin Taylor had just started his new job and now he was going out to delivery a pizza to the middle of nowhere.  This was the first night of the rest of his life!
