Note to readers: I first rode the Eurostar the summer between junior high and high school. I was with my parents and they told me that the doors locked once the train started moving. Being the naive child that I was, I believed them and never tried to open the door.

Years later, when visiting my cousin in Europe, the two of us would ride the train together, and again, I never thought twice about the doors…

So now that it has come to my attention that people can walk through the carriages!!

Therefore, for the sake of this fic, let’s just say that either
