If you continue this, I do think Justin should get a lot of flack from Brian for bottoming for Connor. I'm sorry, I know that we never knew if they renewed the 'Brian never bottoms for anyone except Justin/Justin never bottoms for anyone except for Brian' rule, but still we all know that would have killed Brian. Hell, he was hurt when Justin kissed the college kid. Way too many people blow it off, but Justin keeps doing things where it's obvious he's fickle.
So, I think Justin shouldn't even say 'Brian would never cheat' when he did something that he knew would hurt Brian's feelings deeply. So I hope Justin gets what is coming to him.

Author's Response: Hi, BritinGusLover, very interesting comment there. Howvever, I dont' recall there being a bottoming rule set between Justin and Brian (but I could be wrong). it's been years since I've watched QAF. However, I recall the rules being... no names, phones numbers, kissing on the mouth, no repeats and home by 3 a.m. I don't recall a rule being set regarding bottoming/topping. But as I said I haven't watched it in a long time (so I could still be wrong... but I don't think I am). But I always got from the series that the 'bottoming/topping' thing was a personal hang up of Brian's; and that any of the other characters includinig Justin were quite versatile/flexible.
And, I recall Brian rarely bottomed for anyone (even Justin). In the entire series they only let you know (for sure) that Brian bottomed for Justin at least once. It was the day after Brian had been arrested and Justin had attend The Sap's party. Whether or not Brian ever let Justin top him before or after that incident is unclear. To my memory, the only other episode where they addressed the issue was an episode when Justin and Brian were duking it out (wrestling on the floor) to determine who would TOP whom; but QAF never let you know who won the wrestling match. And, I never got the impression that Justin had any hang ups about bottoming for anyone. In fact, in the QAF series he did bottom for Connor. And, whether or not he was the bottom... top... or both with Ethan was never revealed.
Another note: I have a gay brother and through him I have established friendships with lots of gay men and they tell me that TRUE gay men who have no hang ups about their sexuality have no problem being flexible/versatile. My brother's husband told me that exclusive gay TOPs are a myth. He says that a man who is an exclusive top either have not fully embraced his homosexuality, have some kind of emotional hang ups, or that he's really straight and engages in homosexuality for some other reasons. For instance, like in a case where he's in prison and the only sexual prospects available to him is other males. He said straight men in prison only tops (never bottoms) and the men who enjoy bottoming are the real gay men or straight men that are forced to bottom. Well, that's my brother-in-law's opinion, but he is also by profession a psychologist, so his anaysis carries a lot of weight with me.
So, in my opinion, I can't agree with you that Brian would give Justin a lot of flack about Connor topping him. I think Brian would NOT have a problem with Connor topping Justin but he would have problems with Justin doing it on the regular With Connor and Brett (because that does break their agreement). However, still I can't see Brian giving Justin a lot of flack about it it because regardless of how Brian feels he's always trying to conceal his feelings. Recall his reaction to Justin kissing the virgin on the mouth, Brian acknowledged to Justin, that he was aware that it happened, but still he didn't make a lot of fuss about it. And, since he's broken the agreement by doing it twice with Randy, i think that's another reason for Brian not to give Justin a lot of lip... I don't recall Brian ever being hypocritical.

I hate the fact I have so many unfinished stories here and it's not usually like me to leave anything uncomplete but school has been quite demanding, so it usually during the breaks and ocassional weekends that I usually write.

Hey, Jen! I know what you mean I been reading Briana's stories for a long time and they do need editing, I agree but her stories great regardless. Author's Response: Thanks U so much, Anon for taking the time to comment. It's such a thrill. Oh, Yeah, that will be whirl-wind for Justin to find out that Brian's breaking the rules. Justin has broken them more times than one in the past and present. He's with Brett and Connor more than once (on the regular) and he was about to do Gale a second time in the same day until he uprooted and went home to Randy. But Brian doing someone more than once or breaking any of the rules say something BIG. Let's hope for Justin's sake it just says that Brian fears Justin isn't coming back and when he does come back everything returns to normal. In Brian's mind Justin has given him all the signals that he's not coming back but Brian wants his Justin. So is he desperate enuff like Gale suggests that he's willing to take a substitute? Author's Response: Hi, Audrey, dear for putting a new light on the situation to consider. So, you think it was Hal, lol. Now, that you raised the issue, I sort I suspect that might be a strong possibility as well. He was always quoted as being very uncomfortable with the gay thing (as far as playing the role). One of his earlier quotes were: "Kissing a man is like kissing a dog!" But he claimed his meaning was taken completely out of content. Like, duh, maybe...maybe not! However, we might never know but I hate that Peter put that out there and didn't name the snob. However, the person that's highest on my list these days (beside Gale Harold himself) is Scott Lowell, because accordingly to what I've read on the Internet he's visiting Gale during his recovery everyday. But then again the don't want to judge the others too much in relations to that because that could very well be Scott's proximity to Gale and the time he might have on his hands as compared to the other QAF past cast members. However, I think it's very sweet that he does visit him everyday and keep all his fans, family and friends update on his condition. I'm mean some people will be sleeping in the next bed across from you and completely ignore or dont' make time for you.

I have always loved Justin. Part of me hopes that Brian and Gale fight over Justin. I love a jealous Brian. I really can't stand Randy. He can't hold a candle to Justin. Hope this story leads to Brian admitting his love for Justin.

I came to that conclusion because I've seen he do quite a few interviews that appeared to me that he was coming across as obnoxious. (but that just my impression so I won't claim in as a fact; to do so would be terribly unfair esp. if that's not the case). He was always in interviews downing Justin and Brian's relationship. he'd say pretty much like his character says in my story that Justin has no respect for himself and that he could never tolerate a person like Brian cheating and lying on him. I never knocked him too much for saying so because like him I don't think I could tolerate the gloomy part of a relationship like theirs. However, I feel the point that Randy is probably missing is that Justin's love for Brian is unconditionally. Not all people can love that way. I'm not sure if I can but I have a sister-in-law who loves my brother that way. I've seen people that love the way Justin loves Brian. So, I can relate to how Randy feels personally because I set certain standards in my relationships. And although I can't relate to how Justin and my sister-in-law loves their mate, I can still respect it because it's what loves is suppose to be (UNCONDITIONAL). Justin and my sister-in-law can not be described wholeheartedly disrespecting themselves because they have their reservations. They break up with their mates and try to improve upon their situtation. For instance, Justin left Brian twice. It first appeared it was about the promiscuity but in the end it was not about that as much as it was really about him needing Brian to acknowledge to both of them about how he felt. In the end of the series once Brian confessed wholeheartedly how he felt the tricking no longer annoyed Justin. When Brian tried to forsake all other's for Justin he realized maybe monogamy was not for Brian, however Brian loved him so much that he was willing to compromise a big part of himself to make Justin happy. Therefore, Justin realized the tricking was part of Brian and always may be but had nothing to do with how much or whether or not he loved him. That in a sense freed them both.

Brian's suspected from chap 1 that Justin wasn't coming back and then learning that Justin had moved without telling him (still hasn't), and then in with w/Keller and James at that (and having sex with them on the regular), which was a total violation and infringement on their agreement (the no repeats rule). It's sort of hard not to feel the way he does. And Brian's no one to complain, it's not his style. He'd be a lot of other annoying shit maybe but can never be accused of being the nagging boyfriend. And the then what's going on w/Randy is complicated, what could Brian had said to him (Oh, wow! U look just my ex- or current whatever the case might be)? "I mean I hate when I meet a man and he says to me... you look like my first girlfriend, ex-wife or something. I usually want to respond//// Fuk U! and keep walking. In fact, I do every time. (mind U I don't say 'Fuk U' out loud to him though). Thanks Kat, darling... it's just a mess all around, and I think it gets messier from here on (with all the suspension, deceit and misunderstandings floating about). In addition, Brian has for the first time not only broken a rule but he's broken EVERY rule with just that one man (Randy). Author's Response: Thank U so much... but is Randy Harrison in the one you're going to see? I know he has a pretty fair career in New York plays but he's constantly moving from play to play. I caught Gale Harold about two years ago in New York doing Tennessee's Williams 'Suddenly Last Summer'. That where I got the piece from in this story when I said the fan asked Randy to sign something and he refuses to sign. It was actually that night that I saw Gale's play and it was Gale who refused to sign whatever it was the man was pushing him to sign. He said it firmly just like that "I'm not signing it that." OMG!! Your a genious to come up with this idea. I always imagine how would it be if the QAF gang (especially Brian and Justin) meet up with Gale and Randy. Brett-Justin-Connor sandwich, just what I was picturing in the previous chapter when you made Brian go to Hollywood....looove it !!! I'm a big, huge, B/J fan but I definitely wouldn't mind if in this story Brian would live happily ever after with Randy ( unless maybe if Justin had a major jealousy fit and it ends with over-hot sex...)

Author's Response: Hi, Galesgal, missed you. You know alot of writers at this site compare the two alot but you know it took me a LONG time to see the resemblance. I didn't see it until Ashton did the cell phone commercial where he's going around the party taking videotaping everyone. And I don't know why but at that moment I saw the resemblance but to me it still very slight. I guess I'm so crazy about Gale it's hard for me to compare anyone to him when it comes right down to it. If he had an identical (genetic) twin brother, I might say they look nothing alike, lol.
