I figured she would be able to sense something different about Brian the closer it got to Thanksgiving and time for them to leave. I considered having her think the cancer was back then decided against it and went with her finding out the truth by accident. Now she won't worry about them. Thanks for reading and reviewing.

Author's Response: LOL! yeah, i had to have the list arrive soon, but i also wanted Gus to be there for it and for what's about to happen. no one should feel bad for Michael. i figured he would react the same way he did in the series whenever Brian started to grow away from him... i just gave him a bit more reason to react badly, with JR in Toronto and Hunter away at school.
