This series (including Talisman) is my ultimate favorite fanfic. I love the original characters (both NY and Cin). Spyder and Rudulfo are fantastic. Where to work and where to live? Good questions. Not that I have a vote, but I like the Penn. Station area for Kennetik. Large floors/lofts for office space and still not over priced. I like the Soho area to live. There are probably still large lofts left, though I am sure they are pricey. i'm for either the soho or chelsea. can't help it. want them to feel at home. actually i found this an interesting chapter. i like seeing brian's mind at work. Part 1 of this story (which will be the first 25 chapters or so) will lead inot the phone call from Hunter to Justin and "The Return of Divina Devore". Part 2 of this story will then begin after the ending of "The Return of Divina Devore" as B/J are leaving Pitts on their way back to NY. So if you really miss the rest of the family, they are waiting for you in first couple of chapters of "The Return of Divina Devore". I hope this helps.

Great chapter. Love the intrigue about the new office. The dynamics of spyder and everyone is great. Hmmm so does Adam stay competitive/ competitor or does he join Kinnetic.

Just to comment on your comment – Adam is no fool and is competition for Brian. If Brian brings on Spyder and Justin to help him with this project – well – that is going to be a hard combination to beat. Though both seem to be fully loaded. Also, Cynthia is on the way. Anyway, this is a wonderful story. I like Spyder, I liked him as soon as we met him. He is simply a good friend. Certainly in his own right, he is talented, creative, and hardworking. But again, a good friend to Justin and Brian. As I said before, I like him. I am happy to put Michael and Lindsay behind us, for now. Michael and Lindsay will surely be around. But for now, I really don’t care about them. I am glad B & J are in New York, and soon to be in Milan. The energy here is all positive. Not that there aren’t issues, but there is a different feel to everything. I think it has more to do with the characters rather than the location. I think? Yep, Brian needs an office, and while we are at it, a larger shower. Thanks for the story, as I have many times, I am really enjoying it. DavidR

Brian tends to be intrested in various accounts like Collezione Fiero, but the survival of Kinnetik doesn't really hinge on whether he gets the account or not. Let's face it Kinnetik is really pretty busy. And, Brian wants the Barrister, Wilkins & Evans account because he thinks it will be interesting. He really understands how to properly market the architectural firm, as we heard in his discussion with Spyder. And Brian is way past the point where he will do anything for an account...I'm not sure that Adam is there yet. (smile) More to come...

I am really loving this story. I like the way that you have had the character of Rudolpho buldoze is way into Brian's life and 'help' him (even if he does not like it...)

Well, it seems that Kinnetic International is on it's way...and Brian went along for the ride. lol Okay, so the Silvestris' love Justin, and through Justin they love Brian...God I would give my first born to see a "family dinner" with Rudolpho and Perin and the girls at Debbie's and Michael and/or Lindsay start their shit...could you imagine that scene...the Silvestris would shred them without missing a beat, and hell I can see it now...Michael would just be sitting there going "what, what did I do?" Lindsay being a wasp would know her place at the table after just a few minutes and Debbie wouldn't be able to put Rudolpho in his place. God wouldn't that be great! bec, visualizing...visualizing...

I have enjoyed this series since the begining---in fact re-read in total on occasion. Only lull for me was the DD segment---I have never been willing to give Michael any type of break/benifit of doubt. He will always remain a little prick to me---but moving on---I am captured by the the whole ad/busniss concept.

The longer the better I say. I actually forget that I'm reading a fanfic when reading these chapters I feel like I'm reading a published novel the way everything is laid out, each conversation leads into different directions and I like that. Part of me can't wait to get back to the family stuff but these business meetings are funny to read, if I was Brian I would have to get a few pot shots in to the two girls every once and awhile. i don't know. justin rushing to the studio when they first get home. just doesn't feel right. it was a nice chapter, but i feel something is off, something is about to happen. like brian and justin are going to be seperated at some point and it won't be for the good. boy do i hope i'm wrong.

Take a look at "Between Now And Then" Chapter 32 and Chapter 53, which are where Brian and Justin discuss Kip Thomas and a whole lot else. I hope this helps. (smile) The various layers of Spyder will be revealed in time...you just have to be patient with me. Brian knows it all because he had Spyder investigated. Justin knows as much as he wants to know....except that now he's curious about the novels that Spyder wrote in Paris.
