Great chapter.  I loved the scene of Brian trying to put the swing set together.  He was so handsome.  Fantastic writing.

Author's Response:

I like Justin being there and suggesting they hire someone to put the swing set together.

Yeah, I think with Michael being away, the gang pretty much grew up.   Now that Michael has returned, they are starting to see things pretty clearly and realizing that he is pretty much an overgrown child.

Author's Response:

Now if Michael could only see that.  I could change it, but I love anti-Michael too much.

Always Michael wanting to be the center of the world and who doesn't understand that people change. Great update.

Author's Response:

The story changes but Michael stays the same.

Just read the last 2 chapters. Emmett's 'prom' was great - much better than the original. Glad that Hobbs was convicted - hate it when lawyers turn on the true victim - happens far too often in reality - espiecially rape cases. Michael - as always - is a dick...

Author's Response:

Well this chapter was all about corrections and Hobbs was not going to get away with his dispicable act.  Not this time.

Why should Brian weigh in on this, it was Michael's life... because Michael has a pea brain that causes him to not be able to think and make a decision for himself????

And you got me with their prom night. I'm a sucker for 'Justin remembering the prom' stories. One of my guilty pleasures. And it choked me up...

But, you just had to throw the Daphne-scenario in there. I felt sick...

Did you ever read butterflytiger's Ruined? I just dread stories like that...

Thank you for making it a memorable night for Justin...

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

I know but I needed something where Hobbs paid for doing wrong.  It's a shame that someone had to suffer though.  At least the victem got justice.

This was pretty much the standard show episode, but you totally cracked me up at the end: but since he hoped differently... LOL... Good luck with that. David won't want his whiny ass anymore this time, than last.

Good Job!

It's a very good idea for Prom Daphne and Justin had a good time and Hobbs went to jail.

Author's Response:

I always felt that Hobbs shouldn't have gotten off Scot free.

Reviewer: BritinManor (Signed) · Date: February 15, 2020 03:24 PM · On: Chapter 20-Episode 20(The King of Babylon)

Once again, I'm chuckling. Some of your rewrites can do that to a person.

First, just because Justin gave the CROWN to David, JUSTIN still won. So, Justin should get the thousand and the Bahamas trip. I couldn't quite figure that one out.

Well, long and short of it... Michael had to eat his words. Justin didn't make a fool of himself... and David out-danced most of the other guys. (Even at his advanced age.)

I'm sure it was all of Michael's grumbling about Blake that had ticked Ted off that he signed David up. Michael really wasn't a very good friend to any of those guys when it came right down to it. He could have also still been pissy about "their invitations being lost in the mail" for Senator Baxters party.

My Favorite line of this chapter: Brian had gone along because he hadn't wanted people to think he was a kept man.

That is SO CLASSIC Kinney... Touché !!!

In regards to Brian being put on suspension and possibly losing his job... WHY HASN'T HE WRUNG MICHAEL'S NECK - LITERALLY???

But, why is that holding up him opening his own agency? I would think that would push him to get it started.

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

It does eventually.  But as alway Michael's comments get in the way, but Mikey's slowly losing control.  Thank you for the lovely comments.

I'm glad that Justin won again, but thought it was a great gesture to give the crown to David.   It ticked Michael off, so that's always a win-win.    LOL

I don't know if you intended for the funeral to be a comedy routine, but I about died laughing! (it makes me think of another funeral story, but I can't remember which one.)

Where's Debbie when you need her? With Horvath showing up... Then with her idiot son...

Michael and his BIG MOUTH! Cripes! Because of him, the police are now questioning Brian and telling him not to leave town. Man, I hope Brian wrings his bloody neck! I gather there won't be any scene between Brian and Michael in the loft after the funeral... THANK GOD!!!!

And no Daphne and Justin... another screw-up of Cowlips! (Thank you for all your fixes!)

Are Melanie and Lindsay supposed to be together? Where's Gui? We never heard of him leaving...

So, what is Michael dealing with that Brian is spending so much time with him?

I'm interested in knowing how far into the series you plan to go? Are you going to do all 83 episodes?

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

Let me see if I can answer all your questions.  I'm glad you found the funeral fun because I was chuckling the whole time I was writing it.  Deb is still on the outs with Justin and her meeting Horvath early wouldn't help.  Let's face it Michael often said things that had Brian looking bad and weren't even true.  At the moment Justin hasn't had any contact with the two, so we don't know what happened.  If Melanie was smart she wouldn't take Lindsay back, but Mel isn't the most sensible afterall she did pick Michael to father her daughter.  A big mistake in my opinion.  Michael is dealing with David, he does nothing but complain about the man but because he doesn't have anyone courting him he keeps dating him.  I'm trying to do all 83 episodes, but some of the changes make certain episodes redundant.

Reviewer: cullengirl08 (Signed) · Date: February 03, 2020 11:39 PM · On: Chapter 19 - Episode 19 (Good Grief)

Well, I certainly didn't expect that!!   Joan finds out Brian is gay, and dies of shock!!   I am just loving the fact that Brian is way more outgoing with Justin this time around, and isn't having any problems with everyone knowing all about the two of them, either!!

Author's Response:

I do feel that Joanie dying saves Brian a whole lot of pain.

Reviewer: marie-france (Signed) · Date: February 03, 2020 09:02 AM · On: Chapter 19 - Episode 19 (Good Grief)

I did not expect that. The autopsy will only reveal the heart attack. I'm glad Justin is with Brian this time Michael is so useless.

Author's Response:

Maybe, maybe not.  Mikey was his usual self pointing out what he felt Brian was doing wrong.  Good thing Justin was there to keep things in prospective.

Yep, of course it does mess with the episodes where Joanie showed up.  No showing up at Brian's office or chocolate, chocolate chip cake.

I was not expecting that at all. Justin should use Jack's dead to get Brian tested for cancer or something. More please!

That's an idea.  Wish I'd thought of it.  He does eventually get Brian to get tested if that helps.

You know... I always thought Mikey should have been glad and grateful he was wanted to be picked up...

I really like how you're able to come up with scenarios for Justin to find out things. It takes Brian being a little more open and accepting of Justin... but hey... that's a good thing!

I'm anxiously waiting for immigration to knock on Lindsay's door... isn't it past time for her and Gui's wedding? Hehe... maybe they secretly went through with it.

It's difficult for Justin to fix things when he doesn't know what happened the first time, but he does very well. Are you going to tell us what happened to Lindsay?

Author's Response:

Yes.  It turns up in the next few chapters.  But like with Mikey she can't simply disappear.

Great idea to call immigration. I hope Lindsay and Gui will end up in jail. I also hope that in your story Michael will not be forgiven as easily as in the series for his shabby behavior.

Author's Response:

You'll learn more about what happens to Lindsay in later chapters.  Michael won't be forgiven at least not by Justin.  However he does need to be around for bad guy status.  One thing for sure he doesn't get Ben.

Wonderful update... totally loved the ending:

The next day Justin made an anonymous call to Immigration. I can hardly wait to see how you play this out. Will they deport Gui earlier than planned (which doesn't seem the way Immigration would handle something like that.) BUT... if Immigration comes knocking on Lindsay's door, Lindsay is bound to get in trouble.

Marriage Fraud is a federal crime; they can be imprisoned for not more than five years, or fined not more than $250,000, or both.

(I highly doubt Brian's got the money to bail out his friend.) hehe...

My big question is: Who is Lindsay going to blame for the leak to Immigration?

I REALLY HOPE Mr. Snob isn't forgiven so easily... yeah Deb will probably allow her baby back in the fold like he didn't rip her heart out... but with Brian and Ted starting Kinnetik, they won't have time to say, "That's okay, Mikey." He spits on them, yet, thinks he should be forgiven.

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

What's even worse is that she was involving Gus in a federal crime.  Something Mel should have warned her about.  The question about who Lindsay is going to blame is a good one.  You'll just have to wait and see.  Justin doesn't have time to worry about Mikey.

Let's see what you'll find so Justin can stop Brian from losing his rights to Gus. In the series he should have made Gui understand that he was Gus' father and that Gui had nothing to say. Brian gave up too easily. Mélanie being a lawyer she could have found a solution for Gus to have 3 parents. Maybe in your story Lindsay and Gui will end up in jail. I'm sure Mélanie and Brian will take care of Gus very well.
A self defense class is welcome and Justin should warn Daphne about Hobbs.

Author's Response:

Don't worry Justin is indeed able to stop Brian from giving up his rights.  Gui will be a thing of the past.  As for Daph, Justin won't let her be alone with Hobbs and she'll know why they are taking self defense classes.

Reviewer: BritinManor (Signed) · Date: January 10, 2020 06:02 AM · On: Chapter 16 - Episode 16 (French Fried)

Well, I was wondering if the girls were broke up... as last we heard, they were still living together in the house. This was another Cowlip screw-up. What type of friends and family would allow this? Brian came off as spineless to me. That day in the grocery store... he should have threatened Gui, not slunk away and let Gui have the last word. He was STILL Gus' father. He should have forbidden Lindsay having Gus around Gui... should have told her he would turn her in and take Gus away if she went through with this... not give up his rights. The whole arc makes me boil. And Melanie as an attorney, should have been very vocal about the laws she breaking... and done it in front Gui. The whole bunch, just let Gui and Lindsay ride roughshod over them. Well, my dear, you can really fix it this time.

Self-defense classes can never hurt. Justin needs to explain to Daphne what happened at prom, so she knows not to bully Hobbs.

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

Daph knows but she's man enough to stand against Hobbs.  The thing about the girls is Justin wasn't as involved with their goings on the first time so a lot of what's happening is new to him.

A daycare is a great idea and in addition it prevented Brian from having his usual ways of managing pain after the announcement of his father. I love all the new ideas you have and it's so much better!

So, I take it the girls are still together... but even still, if Melanie was in Florida (I NEVER understood this) did she fly home solely for the reason and fact that Brian was going to watch Gus? And if she was in Florida... why did Lindsay even call her? That says so very little about the women's characters.

But, it all turned out good... the daycare is an excellent idea, and good to have in place from the ground up. Will Ted be the CFO? And since Melanie was helping out... will he put her in as the company lawyer? Although that could get sticky if custody issues come up. We've heard nothing about Cynthia yet either.

And Brian working after hearing Jack's news, was a much-needed improvement.

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

I'm thinking Melanie went to visit her parents who live in Florida.  If i'm right they were separated, though Mel probably called to check in on Gus before she left to come home.

Love it!!   What a great idea it was for Justin to come up with daycare at the agency, and definitely good timing, too.    It eliminated the opportunity for Brian to go out, and made him look good in front of Melanie, which is always a good thing.

Author's Response:

Melanie showing up and berating Justin was something I wanted changed.  Glad you loved it.

Reviewer: BritinManor (Signed) · Date: January 05, 2020 02:02 PM · On: Chapter 14 - Episode 14(A Change of Heart)

First, thank you for the long chapter, and I have to say, I like and approve of the story arc changes. I like the new character introduction of Mark, and who couldn't love Uncle George... God rest his soul.

I have to wonder what Craig did to George that his hand was severely burned and claw-like.

Jennifer is an ass... and she's wrong... they DO NOT have two hundred thousand dollars... One hundred thousand is Molly's - held in trust by Mark. How does she figure that's theirs? How do they plan to get their hands on it? Jen should take the money and run... Craig will probably burn it up on his whores.

So, Marcus got nothing? I'm assuming Justin received a very nice mansion in the bequeathment. But, I'm a little confused regarding the emancipation. Justin told Ryder he was 18. Eighteen is considered an adult... thus no reason to file emancipation, and Craig would have had no right to Justin's money.

Will Brian agree to live in Justin's new mansion? It has to be a mansion if Uncle George had that much money.

Well, screw Ryder and Kip. Ryder should have been informed that Kip made a play for Brian and was rebuffed... thus the act of getting Justin fired. Well, with Brian quitting, maybe he can clue Marty in. I hope Ryder goes bankrupt, and Kip will lose his job. I REALLY hope Brian and Justin run into Kip, and Brian tells the sniveling baby to go screw someone who wants him... oh yeah... he's ugly... and probably can't find anyone. But Brian needs to humiliate him publicly.

Kiki needs to pull Brian aside and tell him what Debbie was doing to Justin. Hmm... maybe Justin and Brian can boycott the diner. What a witch!

And KINNETIK is born!!! At least with this change of events, Michael can't ever accuse Justin of being with Brian for his money... or using him.

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

While Craig would have no rights to Justin's money, he would try to get it anyway.  With the emancipation whether Justin needed it or not, it did block Craig.  There's lots more coming, twist and turns I hope will surprise you.

I'm so happy that Brian decided to start his own agency - even a few years early... and asked Justin to join him... that should chap Mikey's ass.

I was a little confused:

"He actually admitted lying to me!"  Brian growled.

It came out of the blue... no precursor as to who lied or about what... and then nothing reiterated after that. (Did Kip maybe admit Ryder didn't ask him to sit in on the meeting?) But, why would Brian be mad at Ryder for that?

Trouble's brewing at Chez Muncher's. Gui... Parental Rights...

Justin needs to figure out how to bite this in the bud. (This was when Melanie cheated - right?)

Okay, so it's 'let's play catch up' this morning... even at 5:30.

This was great... I'm glad Justin took the initiative and talked to Emmett. Like I said previously, it's been a long time since I watched the series, but I'm not sure how much Justin was around then... it must have been right after they came back from NY, and he was stayong at Debbie's.

But, widdle Mikey is trying to trump - best friend - I'm glad Brian got his number. But, if Justin wanted to play 'cross-examination' - I have no doubt he could talk circles around Michael.

Ah... no munchers to interrupt the spanking this time...

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

The first season there were lots of things that Justin didn't have knowledge of and this time he's not staying at Debbie's.

Well, sorry to hear about Justin's Uncle George passing, but what an amazing turn of events.   Now Justin won't have to work at the diner with Deb anymore, who by the way, I'm really waiting for someone (Brian would be great) to knock her down a few pegs.   And Kip, while he thought he was accomplishing something by getting Justin fired, basically just got his by Brian getting ready to quit and start his own agency.   Loved it!!

Author's Response:

I'm glad you liked this.  Justin needed to have money and so Uncle George was born.

It was so good. Justin can help Brian make Kinnetic. it was only Kip who still found a way to harm someone. I like the turn that history takes. Debbie's behavior is quite miserable.

Author's Response:

Kip's messing with Justin hurts Ryder since he'll no longer have Brian being brilliant.  And Brian doesn't miss out on his trip to the Bahamas.

Author's Response:

When you really look back Deb wasn't as supportive as she claimed to be.  Sometimes writing a certain scene you can't help but put in twists that hopefully no one would expect.

I'm glad that Justin managed to change that party to a nice dinner instead.   That didn't have a very good ending.   And I do like Justin having more of a presence at the loft.   It seems that this time around, he is having more access to things that he wasn't aware of before - now it's all firsthand knowledge.

Author's Response:

I'm glad you liked what Justin managed.  Hopefully the end results of what happened before and what is happening now continue to improve.

Suspicions... definitely... especially when one of the men said, "I thought you said this was going to be easy."  Yeah... Justin should have hid outside or around the.corner and saw who was at the loft that day. Unequivocal proof. Oh well... if no neighbors can give a description... and no fingerprints... it's a moot point.

This was a MUCH better party. Michael still got together with David... we'll have to see how the job in NY goes now.

I'm still on my phone, and can hardly see to type.

That's Michael for ya.  Always one to ruin a good idea.   Brian probably mentioned that it was Justin's idea and he just shot it down.  Maybe Justin can still try to convince him of doing it.   But I was very happy that Justin thwarted the break in at the apartment.

I hope that Brian will not take into account the opinion of Michael who does not have the well being of Brian at heart nor that of Ted apparently. Damn Michael! It's a shame we don't know who wanted to steal the loft.

I've been watching for this, and ended up reading it on my phone. I think my eyes are officially crossed.

I'm a little disappointed. We didn't find out who the supposed robbers are, and no one was caught. Or why they thought they could rob it. Because  last time, there was a key and code used.

Damn Mikey... keep your trap shut. He NEVER had Brian's best interest, and apparently, not Ted's.

What will happen to Ted now?

I'll have to reread this when I can actually see it.

UGH! I've been snowed in for two days! Anyhoo... (as Emmett would say)...

Yes, there is no help for Michael. That spoon holding is classic. I wonder if he did that specifically for the show... if so, Cowlip really put the first step in a simplistic, ridiculous Mikey. It opened all sorts of doors for fanfiction. I want to make a good impression... good luck!

Yes! Brian told Michael that Justin wasn't a one-night stand.

Parental Rights... Justin STILL has his work cut out for him, as Brian didn't sign them away, UNTIL... Gui came into the picture. So, I'm not hooting and hollering just yet.

And to go back to my other review regarding Boy Wonder... maybe Justin needs to mention it to Brian... asking why he calls him that... tell him he's NOT a cartoon character... and although I didn't comment at the time... the no comic book sounds like an AWESOME change. I always felt Michael used him to make HIS dream come true. He certainly had no problem still throwing Justin under the bus, so to speak. i.e... Ethan, the cancer. etc...

Good Update... Loft Robbery Next?????  I am beyond excited!!!! Because I NEVER believed it was Justin!

I'm glad that Brian didn't sign away his rights to Gus.  While I feel the hospital was wrong in not letting Melanie in to be with Gus while he was there, it wasn't right of Lindsay and Melanie to try and make Brian take his rights away just to get hers.

That was one of the things I didn't like about the series.  That and the fact that Michael got to keep his rights didn't seem fair.

Hey! It's catch up day for me! This moving is for the birds, and only having access to my internet a couple of hours a day, is playing havoc with my reading and writing.

Anyway, I loved this. If nothing else, I'm getting a chance to 'watch' the show again, which is long overdo.

I had forgotten the Marvin Telson thing was this early on. And even though no Jennifer at the art show, it sounds like Debbie put her two cents worth in Jennifer's ear. Did Deb also confiscate the tip? Brian ALWAYS tips.

And so glad Brian wanted to bring Justin and Daphne to Babylon!

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

Limited access to the internet is a bummer.  If I got it right Justin didn't know about Telson, so I had to figure a way around that.  Jennifer is on my bad list, unfortunately Deb messed up what might have kept Craig from learning, but since Justin was unaware that Craig found his drawings there was nothing to be done.  Did Deb confiscate the tip, I think so in this version.  Brian, in this version, does some unexpected things.

Reviewer: marie-france (Signed) · Date: December 09, 2019 09:34 AM · On: Chapter 7 Episode 7 (Smells like Codependence)

I love Justin's workbook where he has written down everything he has to do differently! So Jennifer told Craig, Justin is quieter in his reaction that's fine. I always hated how Debbie threw Brian to the wolves with Jennifer and I often wondered how she could always claim to love Brian as a son when she uses him and denigrates him all the time. I can not wait to read more, if Justin and Brian went to New York together would be so different and good for them I think.

Author's Response:

In spite of Justin's warning, Jennifer still reacted the same as she had.  I blame Debbie for that, it was her discription of Brian that sealed the deal.  However, thanks to Brian's help things end up differently for Justin.

Again, I'm really liking this new and improved series. With Jennifer not finding him at Woody's, maybe it will calm some of her qualms about telling Craig. Then there won't be no beating up Brian.

The GLC art show must be coming up. Maybe Lindsay won't ask him to enter this time...either that... no naked pictures of Brian. Oooh... but Jennifer did see Brian at the show. (Vivid imagination - that woman.)

The therapist went a lot better. I'm sure it helped that Justin acted more grown up.

Restocking with Tracy. Dr. Dave must be on the horizon. But, Tracy didn't seem all that impressed with Michael. I look forward to how you handle that little tidbit. Will Michael be chasing her?

I'm still nervous about the loft robbery coming up. Hmmm... maybe when Justin sees the prepetrator leaving (Michael?) he can call Brian and tell him the loft was left unlocked, after seeing him leave.

You, my dear, had the right idea on a re-do. I'm presuimg you are having to watch each show prior to writing your chapter. What an awesome way to rewatch it.

We stil need some major attitude adjustments with the 'family'.

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

As you may have noticed Justin doesn't have much to do with Michael unless Brian does.  So some things come out quite different then you would have thought.  I had a lot of fun with the robbery which I don't think you'll see coming.  Yes, I do watch the series and I have to remind myself that this is from Justin's POV, some things he didn't have knowledge of and unless someone else brought it up there wasn't much he could do.  But what he does do with Daphne's help is pretty good.

Reviewer: BritinManor (Signed) · Date: November 30, 2019 10:50 AM · On: Chapter 4 - Episode 4 (Ted's not Dead)

For this chapter not having Justin involved... I found him in quite a bit of it. hehe!

I'm so glad Justin can witness all the bitchiness of how the other's treat Brian. Maybe it will help him understand things more so from the get go.

Melanie is downright vicious. Her actions toward Brian should help Justin when it comes time for the giving up parental rights. Justin could point out her faults and attitude. Does Brian really want someone who talks and acts the way she does, raising his son?

Debbie needs a cutting down. Who's the owner of the diner? I think a little visit is in order to see him. Let him know what goes on. Two can play games. Who is Debbie to decide Kiki should have all the grunt work? That is so wrong on so many levels. We still haven't learned why she cut his hours. (I'm betting Mikey complained to Mommy about Brian spending time with the kid instead of ME... his best friend.) Maybe Justin should make a comment to Brian. Explaining when his mom tells his dad (now that she knows) he is going to need money to get his own place.

Never a truer statement... Vic is the sane one in that family.

HUGS  ~Cathy

Author's Response:

I had to rework the story line so that Justin found out what occurred and that helped.  It's a little tricky but I think when we get to that part you'll see a difference.  Debbie is jealous of Justin and while she thinks she's punishing Justin, it's poor Kiki that's caught in the middle.  Telling tales don't work so much in this story, but somehow it all comes out in the wash. Justin plans to stay out of Michael's way as much as he can and learn to stand on his own two feet.  Luckily Vic comes out much better in my version.

I'm just loving this story! Justin may have the abilty to 'change' his destination, but... I love the new and improved Brian. Maybe the non-stalking helps.

Micheal is an ass. I wish Justin and Daphne would out him at the Big Q. You know, all innocent like. in front of Marley... "Hi Michael. Sorry Brian and I left you at Babylon." Couldn't you just see his face? He also should have told the guys how Michael managed to get the booth in the diner. Michael's "faults" should be pointed out from early on.

And Debbie! What a freak! I'm with the kids. My Michael... such a sweet boy. A mother is blind.

Author's Response:

I'm glad you're enjoying this story.  Brian is more willing to listen to Justin who is not as immature as he was.  You're right about Michael.  Outing him would be too easy.  Debbie changes according to the chapter, what Brian didn't know could hurt him and did.

I am loving this story so far. It reminds me of a few others, but better.

Love your stuff, here or on KD.

Thanks

Deb L

Author's Response:

Glad to know you're loving this.  I'm hoping not to repeat certain things This Time.

I hope Jennifer comes around soon.

Author's Response:

Let's just say you might be a little surprised with how this turns out.

Really enjoying the alternate universe.  Can't wait to see what you do with all the episodes.  I remember the first time I watched Season 1 and saw the bashing.  it was devastating.  I am looking forward to how you handle that one.

Author's Response:

I've got a few tricks up my sleeve.  Hope you like them.

Here's hoping Justin throws Jennifer off the trail for awhile.   She means well, but the second she told Craig about Justin, all bets were off.    And Justin needs to find a way to bypass Debbie.   She seems to be keeping him away from Brian at all costs.

Author's Response:

If she hadn't heard Debbie's verson of who Brian was Jennifer might have been more understanding.  I'm afraid there is no hope for Jennifer Taylor.

Brian less hedonistic is very interesting. Love this story.  Bill

Author's Response:

He doesn't seem to be listening to Michael as much.

Justin more mature makes good decisions.

Author's Response:

At least he sees where he went wrong last time.

Some things the same, others very different.  You are taking us on a fascinating journey.  At least Mikey is still a big jerk!!   Bill

Author's Response:

As we go along little things change, that makes a big difference.  Some things change for the better.  Unfortunately Michael isn't one of them.

Fascinating premise.  Can't wait to see how things develop.  Bill

What happens with Debbie ? Brian is a little different here. It 's Wednesday soon ?? Love your story.

Author's Response:

Debbie will be on the outskirts, since Justin isn't going to coddle her.  Brian is Brian without the walls, the walls he put up because he was dealing with abusive parents and a Mikey that wanted more than Brian was ready to give.

What's up with Debbie? I can understand trying to shine a positive light on Michael, and even pushing him towards Justin. But, why is she cutting his hours back, and treating him oddly?

Can't wait for more...

Hugs Darling ~ Kathleen

Author's Response:

Debbie is responding to Justin the way she would if Michael hadn't introduced them.  The fact that Justin is more mature than he was and well liked at the Diner, making bigger tips, has her in Mikey mode.

I'm really enjoying this. But what's up with Debbie - Micheal's probably got something to do with that. Looking forward to more.

Author's Response:

Debbie loves to think she's helping everyone, only Justin doesn't need help.

Reviewer: Randy-Fan (Signed) · Date: November 25, 2019 02:39 AM · On: Chapter 4 - Episode 4 (Ted's not Dead)

What does Debbie have a problem with Justin? And Brian seems different or just beause of the changed Justin? When I'm finished with the chapter, I'll look for the next one. ;) I'm looking forward to more. Thank you so much for sharing!

Author's Response:

She seeing that he's getting more tips than she is, is what I think.

Think Michael has been bitching to his mommy about Justin..... great chapter

Author's Response:

I'm not sure why, but if Deb was as wonderful as she thought she was more people would have her on their side.

I’m loving your take on this wiser and patient Justin. I’m intrigued and love how he’s already on to all of Michael’s manipulations. Good for Brian for following his heart d84;a039;
