Wow Mel is seriously on a new level of horrible isn't he or should I say evil. Has she not learned by now you can't mess with Brian or Justin or most of all Mother Taylor. Gus needs to be in a house of love not anger or spitefulness. I hope and pray he can go live with his dads and poor JR gets to go with him or to her dads.

Mélanie is in the process of her own grave and yet she is a lawyer and must realize that everything she says is not reality but her aversion to Brian. If she goes to court all the corpses will come out. So yes Brian's old life but time has passed and he has changed but the French guy, all the money loaned to bail them out, Lindsay's disease !! Sweet Baboo, After trying to leave the state with Gus and other stupid tricks it looks like her boss would fire her and seek to have her disbared, Mel is an lawyer she knows the things she has done are illegal, she also knows what Lindsay was going to do about Gui and marying him so he could get a green card she legelley should have been turned in to government, Lindsay and Mel both could get time for this. Who knows what she was thinking when she took Gus to the grocery instead to his fathers, she done everything but put Gus in the trunk and drive him to New Jersey! Thru 5 seasons and many fan fic. storys, the one ,other than stupid evil mikey, I couldn't stand was Lindz you name it: vain, no artisic talent, not a good friend or wife or mother, thought she had breeding and class (only if entered in a dog show).I always felt Mel was smart, pretty, and like Brian fought his way to the top of his field. It is one piece of advice they have ignored and it hasn't worked out very well for them. Time will tell if the munchers get some sense or if Gus winds up with his fathers. Thanks for the update, an excellent chapter. I love it when the bitches, especially Mel get verbal smackdowns. She got a shot between the eyes from not only Jen but Justin too! Jen is right, she really is a slow learner!
If this does go to court I hope you add all their apalling attitude and actions, including the reason Brain gave up his rights; the 'green card' episode.
Regardless, I think Mel's future looks very bleak, with the Jen/Justin tag team on her arse!

Hi Sweet Baboo, Since I'm on a roll I want to talk about Joan,yes she has been cold and hateful to Brian. So unfeeling and stern, but she's very ill and may not last much longer.I keep remembering her talk with Peter about how cold and unfeeling her mother was and abuseive she was, then Joan married Jack which was basically like her mother and an alcoholic she never had a chance to know love. I think about her calling Brian to tell him what John and Peter's father had planned and she refused to help and then she called Brian and wished Brian AND Justin a Happy New Year. Baboo it's time for Brian and Joan to have one happy moment to look back on. I think Brian should set down with Justin,Jen,Alice, and the children and explain she is very ill and he after talking with Justin he going to go get her and bring her back for dinner and he will take her home the next morning, he wants Joan to me Gus and Lily and Liam the family knows this is hard for Brian. Joan arrives and greets the boys and Gus is introduced to his other Grandmom and goes right up to her and gives her a kiss and sits by her.Brian and Justin bring in Lili and Liam in--Brian is cuddleing his princess with a wide grin on his face then introduces Liam with Justin standing there with his sunshine smile Gus shows her how Lily likes to be held for her bottle while Joan feeds Lily, his daddy helps Gus feeds Liam. That maybe the only happy family memory Brian and Joan will ever share, it will make Joan smile and when she's gone Brian will think of that every time he's with Gus and when he looks at the twins already planning a night bottle with Joan and Liam. Happy Holidays My Sweet Baboo, Sorry for the review being late I had a cataract removed and two stents to my right eye stents because of checking my eye they found glacoma all is perfect now left eye will be done Feb 13th, but it has been distracting, You asked your fans about the custody issue; I think to spare Gus they need to have a serious talk with Mel and Lindsay, before that happens Mel realizes she is unwell, she meets with Brian, Justin, and Ted. She admitted that to all problems she and Lindsay had plus Lindsays health, raising two you.ng children and working long hours have taken a toll on her health and the childrens well being. They feel that Gus should be raised by daddy and papa. They want for Gus to be happy and know he is loved by all his parents but feel going to court will be tramatic on the little boy. Brian agrees Brian's lawyer will have them sign papers and deliver to court. The girls want Ted to become a temporary guardian for JR she is close to Nina he asks what about mikey and Debbie but the girls said Debbie is not at her age not a wise choice to raise JR and mikey is not father material shouldn't be a problem he doesn't pay support or her tution. Brian and Justin state when the girls are better they can have liberal visitation as long as Brian and Justin are in attendance Ted the same for JR. as for mikey and Deb they think their lawyers should meet and be in attendance, neither household want then in their home or just dropping in. Justin wants JR for some over nite visits between brother ans sister and he and Brian will take care of medical expenses and will take care of the house for them to come home to. how did I do? Your coloring may take on a whole new look if you have an MJ buzz, just saying... Not sure Mel is very self aware. All of the pressures of her life seem to have upset her equilibrium. Right now Gus's well being is what concerns B&J most and they may insist on some changes. You make some really ineteresting suggestions, we'll see what happens. I swear I'm loving Jennifer more and more with each chapter of this story. She is a lioness protecting her family. That Meline needs to learn you cannot mess with the family. I do think Gus needs to move in permanently with his dads and brother and sister. I melted at Brian holding his son he is such an amazing dad. I hope we see lots more of him and Justin with the kids.
I fear for Joan I do think she is seriously ill and if not treated soon maybe found dead.
Will Justin let his grandparents into the lives of the kids. If so I hope it's successful he needs it more then he even knows I think.

Hi just want to say thanks for great update. I also think they should look at some sort of order of protection, that if they move Gus/JR out of state, it would be considered kidnapping and Mel/Linday could be charged. They should also make everyone aware of what's going on and Jen should drop a word or two in Mel's bosses ear, so that she is aware of their machinations and intentions. This wil hpefully clip their wings enough!

Ok duh I want Gus with Brian and Justin. My concern is they will get a call in the middle of the night from a terrified Gus because his Mommies are packing the car to sneak away if they wait to long. Personally I think the Mom’s should only have supervised visitation once Brian and Justin get custody because I would not put it past them to sneak away.
Couple of sweet moments is this chapter John and Peter coming to an understanding about why Justin is Papa to Peter. Liam being cuddled by Brian. Jennifer going for the kill shot with Melanie.
Baby food: glad Justin is making it especially if you read the most recent study they did on the jarred crap they all failed from the cheapest to the most expensive. My oldest niece was exclusively breast fed till she was one then my sister over steamed fresh veggies for her and she still breast fed for a few more years, the younger niece had her first solid food in the Sushi restaurant when my sister pulled avocado out of a California roll she was 6 months FYI avocado is an excellent first baby food. And you have a while before you have to write in baby food.
The Taylor grandparents need to be kept away I don’t think anything good will come from bringing them in to meet Liam and Lily.
Last and least Joan, my biggest worry is Brian being forced to check on her and finding her dead. I think that would be very disruptive to everyone’s lives. Maybe Joan and Claire are talking on the phone when she passes out so she is forced to have more medical intervention. My other idea is Joan gets in the car to go to church and passes out in the car. Things where Brian can be told there is a problem but he is not forced to get help....
The only person missing from this chapter was Gus. Hope the next soon to be delivered Chapter has some Gus time in it. Please don’t wait until next year to put out more.

I like that you included "Jennifer going for the kill shot with Melanie" as a "sweet moment", that gave me a laugh. My sister in law made her own baby food. It was disgusting to look at but the baby ate it. I think Alice's baby food will be both nutricious and pleasant to look at. Jan & Ken did raise Craig to be the homophobic asshole he was and Brad is obnoxious so it might be best to limit contact with them. Time will tell. You have Joan dead & buried already, so you don't have much hope for her sobriety. I get the message that I must do better in updates and can't argue the point. Great chapter, Bill!! As far as Gus, I have been saying that Brian and Justin should go for custody since day one!! LOL Between Melanie and Lindsay, I don't know who is worse. Right now, it's Melanie, but before she got sick, it was definitely Lindsay who was the problem child. And Jennifer hit the nail on the head. With everything that Brian and Justin have done for the two of them, helping out with tuition for both kids, paying for Melanie to get back in the law field for Pittsburgh, and even making sure that Lindsay was treated well, during her hospitalization, they appreciate nothing. What's to say that Melanie won't just decide to up and leave again when the urge strikes her? And the fact they are still yelling and shouting in the house in front of the kids is not a good environment for Gus or JR.

My Sweet Baboo, Your last chapter was really great. Your introduction of Jay and his parents were eye opening, I think the mother couldn't meet her parents expectations and has put such pressure on Jay I felt so sorry for him and she even has his summer planned for him and she was just bitchy to her ex. Must be hard on a child especially when his dad was pleased with him. Itt was nice Peter and John were also honored those boys have come so far since being with Brian and Justin. As usual when mikey visited the twins he was as clueless (his usual state) he still doesn't understand why the men lived in the country and are absolutly in a dazed state with the love they feel for the twins and each other. I think who ever coined the phrase "dumb as a rock" met mikey. Hey there!! I don't even know what to say about Michael anymore. He is definitely his own worst enemy, and I loved Brian telling him like it is - again!! But I'm sure it'll be in one ear and out the other. So glad Brad realized what a slut Allison was and that she lied, but I think it even shocked her that Craig had a vasectomy and couldn't have fathered her child after Justin explained he was not a brother to this child and he wouldn't give her a dime. Hey Bill, great chapter as always. I liked the comment you made about Melanie being jealous that there was no one who played a protective role for her in her life. Loved the chapter!!! I certainly didn't see that conversation between Lindsay and Justin and Brian happening, but I'm glad that it did. Hopefully, even she sees that the move to Florida would be a bad idea. But Melanie on the other hand, is gaining enemies left and right, with seemingly no end in sight!! I really would like Brian and Justin to take them to court to try and get primary custody of Gus, even if the move doesn't happen. Melanie and Lindsay do not deserve to have custody of him, but I disagree with Annabelle. I think that if asked who he would like to live with, I can see him picking Brian and Justin over his mother's any day of the week. It's not a good environment in his house and they are always putting Brian and Justin down in one way or another, and that does not sit well with him at all.

hey Sweet Baboo, I just thought of something ironic. In the series on tv I was always on Mel's side I always thought Linz played Brian and Mel against each other trying to gain each others trust. Hello my Sweet Baboo: so glad to see a new chapter I've missed you! Well nothing new with Mel and Linz, but I never met such bitches who are not grateful for all the help they have been given. Brian and Justin paid to bring them back to the Pitts by paying off all their debts and paying for the move, they pay alot extra monthly so Jenny has the same as Gus, find them a house, pay for linz's medical problems, and not once did we heard a simple heartfelt thank you! they critisize Kevin, Jen, and even the decision for the men to have another child and even John and Pete. I'm so glad the staff at Britin and Jen, Deb,etc know what B & J have done and what loving dads and uncles they are. I don't think Linz is the only one in her house hold to have mental problems! I don't know if I believe Linz is sincere time only tell. i was just saying the other day I thought you forgot about this story and this weekend I was going to re read at least this part, I may still do that along with the nice new chapter.
The Grandmas were probably the best part of the whole chapter though I did admit I am worried about Deb’s health.
Lily already has Brian wrapped around her finger. I am guessing Liam will be Papa’s boy...
i would not be against Brian and Justin having FULL custody of Gus even though J.R. would be left behind maybe with just one Lindsay and Mel can figure out how to be decent, not necessarily good parents.

Thos Grandmas are tough, I think as long as her grandchildren stay in town Debbie will be OK. Lily does hve that "Taylor" attraction to Brian. Many readers seem to think Gus whould live with his fathers. I think many little boys love their mommies & want to be with them and we know that Gus missed Lindsay when she left the household for a while. Gus is annoyed by his little sister but also protective of her - also like lots of little boys. John & Peter had no trouble siding against Claire but i think it would be so much harder for Gus. You know how much I enjoy your stories in this series, but it is very frustrating waiting so long for the next chapter.

I had a brain fart, on facebook I'm a member of Friends of Gale Morgan Harold III, we share pictures and info about him and QAF someone was asking about a character of MissMerlot's five story series--the housekeeper was Alice and her husband George. Your housekeeper for Britin was Alice and her husband was Charlie, my bad. Both Alices' are very protective and so alike in many ways. Our group are asking many things about stories on Midnight Whispers if it has to do with stories by my favorites, there are about five of you, I usually can help them out the characters are fleshed out I remember and more and more they want more than one story they want a series, I'll try to do better, your loving Sally

I so love Jennifer Taylor!!! If Melanie and Lindsay think they can pull a fast one, they are sorely mistaken. Brian and Justin will never allow Gus to be taken out of state. Good for Brian for getting in touch with the detective and his attorney right away. They are going to shut this move down before it even gets anywhere. Lilly and Liam meet the important members of the family adorable. I think you need a time when it is just Peter and Justin in the house so he is pulled into helping and realizes he loves holding a baby.
What is there not to love about a stubborn protective Justin, Deb learned the hard way just agree with Justin and move on you won’t win, Brian would deny that with his last breath but even he caves when Justin decides something, power outage comes to mind...

Ok you wanted more from me after my last review so here goes...
Lily and Liam are amazing but I really liked how Justin found that sketchbook of Gus to show him how much he loved drawing him as a baby. That showed Gus in a physical way how much Justin loved him.
But here is what you have been missing my complaint sure you had a little drama with Mel and Jen last chapter but this chapter was so sweet my teeth hurt...
i need some more drama and no I don’t mean do something horrific, just a good fight or something

Hi! Thanks for that quick update, I was so excited to see it! I really liked that chapter. The twins are adorable and I really like the interactions with all the family, especially John. It was interesting and surprising to see how much he was interested about the babies and wanted to help taking care of them, I was not expecting that!
I’m happy they hired someone to help out after all because, seriously, two babies! I totally understand Justin not wanting a live-in nanny, but I think he should not underestimated how much work it will be and I’m not sure how much time off Brian will really be able to take... And they have their other kids to consider. Despite the best intentions of parents, it can be difficult to balance a new baby (not minding two!) with giving time and attention to the other kids so they don’t feel neglected. Fortunately, they are well surrounded.
I feel that at this point Peter is the most apprehensive one regarding the situation while Gus might not be that conscious about the change. I think it will be interesting to see how it plays in the futur, how the presence of the new babies will impact the family dynamic.
Author's Response: I think John has a protective gene like his Uncle Brian. John has always looked out for his younger brother and now that Peter needs him less he can concentrate on his new cousins. They need help with two babies especially since they both have careers that are important to them. You are right, unbelievably they have 3 other kids to consider. I'm sure Brian never thought in his younger years that this would be his life but he seems pretty happy with it. I think you are correct Peter is a little nervous about all these changes. I admit I love these babies already. Peter concerns me not jealous more a fear thing with the babies.
Come on Lindsay and Mel start something I want Gus to grow up with his Daddies and his brother and sister and his cousins. I believe he will be an even happier little boy if that comes to fruition.
I hope you go really slow thought these early days with chapters that only cover a couple of days at most a week at a time. I just want to see reaction to every little thing Brian’s amazement and Justin’s love. John enjoyment and Peter jumping in to help even though he really only want to sit back and observe.

Loved everything about this chapter. I have sons so I completely laughed loud and long at Brian having what is truly considered to be a rite of passage when changing boys' diapers.
As for Dumbette and Dumber's continued attempts to assert their collective authority: Lindsay (Dumbette) really thought that her passive-aggressively given suggestion, in the form of Gus no less, would just be accepted? Really, Chicken-head? Really?! Apparently, she is certainly coming back to her 'old' self. I'm so happy that it was Justin, who put her in her proper place.
And just when Lindsay's shenanigans didn't work, in comes Big Bad Mel. Bitch please!! Jennifer handed her ass in such a classic fashion- all poise and precision- and in front of countless witnesses, too. The fact that everyone now knows that Melanie is an attorney, and is trying to flout a court order should definitely be remarked upon, and loudly enough for her boss to hear. But that's just my wishful thinking, I suppose. I suppose now that Mel will try to find a way to have the order reversed? Could be fun since she doesn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. It's really all she can handle to financially take care of Jenny and her other GROWN child, that Gambling Godiva herself, Miss Lottery-tickets Lindsay. She should probably quit while she's ahead... but somehow, I don't see that happening. I'm waiting to find out the next move of Dumb the First (Michael), who will most assuredly NOT be happy that the twins have arrived.

I was the youngest of three boys so my mother told me about that protective diaper and I avoided that rite of passage - and honestly didn't miss it. My worst diaper experience was the result of soy based formula. WOW, I said at the time if this country were ever in danger of being invaded we would just need to line up a row of soy formula diapers on the shore and the invaders would have to retreat. Mel really should know better she has never emerged as victor from an encounter with Jennifer. I do have to get back to Michael one of these days, I'll have to think about something diabolical. My favorite part was Brian changing Liam’s diaper, of course. So funny and cute. And I love Jennifer’s way of handling the two trouble maker moms.

This was a lovely chapter. The whole Taylor-Kinney household in love with two little babies. Loved Brian getting it in the face. Been there done that! You have to love Jen standing up to Melanie and not backing down as usual. Good for her.

Hey my sweet Baboo, Don't make me hunt you down and kick your butt. Stop referring to your series Together Forever as a long saga. Every word of every chapter are truly beautiful. There are around seven authors that you have common thread you all write with such detail that the characters are real we really see them as family. Author's Response: My Darling Sally, it is a LONG saga!! It has 108 chapters so far and close to 1 million reads. I never thought it would go on so long when I first started to write it in 2013. The readers comments are what has kept it going and I am unbelievably grateful for all the support the story has recieved. I truly love the characters that I have created, even the canon characters have been tweaked to what I want them to be. This is the first story I ever wrote for other people to read and I amazed at the interest it has recieved.. I mean no disrespect when I refer to it as my long saga. So great to see a new update! The twins are here!!! It will make for great adventures. I love the names (and feels stupid because I didn’t get Victor right away, I just understood at the end with Debbie crying!).
Not sure why the school made a big deal about Peter calling Justin papa, a lot of kids choose to call an adoptive parent mom or dad. Granted Peter is a little old to choose to do this, but other than that I don’t find there is anything so weird about it.

Okay Sweet Baboo, finally baby day. I liked their names and was happy they had a good birthweight, but sense if fugley (mikey) has anything to do with the announcements he is going to fuck it up on purpose just make Justin unhappy hope Brian and Cynthia fire his fat butt and his two brain cells.
