I really like what you have come up with so far.

I like how you have Justin studying law, so he can help with dealing with the girls & Gus. It will be interesting to find out why he is studying law... is it because of the bashing, Brian's custody of Gus, or another reason all together that started him on this path?

Very interesting concept. I wish I knew how to write or how to come up with ideas to contribute to your story, but alas that is a talent I do not not have.
