Great story!!   I think it was amazing how everyone and I do mean everyone stepped up and helped Brian after Joan died.   They wanted to make sure that his plans with his family stayed in tact and went off without a hitch!!

Hi, Wendy!  This one was so unique, in that you took so many perspectives, and wove them together to all show how each of them loved Brian in their own way, and how they were willing to work together to help him be with the people he loved at Christmas.

Very ingenious! Thank you for posting this. I really enjoyed it. And thanks for agreeing to post on here.  A lot of these I had never read from your journal for some reason, so I'm like a kid in a candy story here!  Keep them coming!  And see you next month!!  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Thanks Kim.  This is a new one, written for this year's Gift Exchange.  But glad you enjoyed it.  And yes, see you next month.  It's coming up fast now.  I need to dig out some winter clothes. It's been hot here.

I love the way everyone stepped up and took care of things just to make things easier for Brian. I can just imagine the battle between Claire and Debbie...LOL Nice to see Brian and Justin happy, Justin with a son and that Simon's moms don't have their heads up their asses like Mel and Lindsay usually do.

Author's Response:

Thank you.  I have to admit I got a chuckle myself out of the idea of a Claire/ Debbie battle.  Glad you enjoyed.

Thank u so much, love your writing.

Author's Response:

Thank you. I can hardly believe that so many years later, I'm still writing about these guys.  But I find it hard to imagine life without them.

Great story.  Love how everyone works on making sure Brian & Justin have a good Christmas. I would love to read abut Deb & Claire - that would be an epic battle, Claire has no hope of pulling her shit on Debbie.  In stead of RIP I think it is RIH fpr Joanie (Rot in Hell).  Really enjoyed this story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Bill

Author's Response:

Thank you. I admit I got a chuckle myself out of the thought of Claire trying to pull her hysterics and her whole OTT "grieving daughter" routine on Debbie who knows all about both Joanie.  As for Joanie ... I'm a great believer in redemption ... but I think she's got a way to go before those Pearly Gates open for her. I wish her luck on that journey.
