I love your stuff. I always read yours first (I am not on the site often); and then only read completed stories (as I've been fooled into reading some that go on for years and then never finish).
You have a great writing style and depict the characters perfectly. Your dialogue is Brain and/or Justin.
I don't often comment but thought I'd tell you that I did not see the twist coming at the end. It was so fanfic feasible that I thought Gus had a brother.
Keep writing. And as I scroll upwards from the oldest story I'm sure there will be more from you.

Interesting concept, Kathleen. I'm like some of the others; I was actually hoping it would not be a dream, but would be real, and you would continue it. I would have liked to have seen how Brian goes after him, and there winds up actually being a reversal of roles here, where Brian is the one who is out to change Justin's callousness. It would also have been interesting to see if Brian could get Kenneth to change his mind about his 'dad.' But enjoyed this one a lot in either case. Thanks. ~Kim

Great story. I would like to see what happens now. Wouldn't it be interesting if Justin was 3 months pregnant and somehow Brian's subconscious knew it but could only acknowledge it in a dream

Wow! My heart was pounding as I read this and I so wanted it to continue on. It just seemed so right that this could be an AU and Brian would claim his son and get his Sunshine back. A series following this storyline would be amazing.

That was nice! Plot would have been great for a longer story also (so much potential! Ken and Gus, Brian and his son, Brian and Justin, Justin and his issues, their families and friends, ...) but I liked it in this short version, too. The ending worked very well! Thank you for sharing :-)

I felt like crying while reading this, just thinking that this Is how Justin could have turned out If Brian hadn't been around and the fact that Justin was pregnant in this as well couldn't have helped.
I like the end and was really relieved that it was all a dream, It gives Brian the chance to make it right.
This would make a great carry on story, I would definitely read It :)

I never expected the ending - a dream - he has time to change the ending. This makes a wonderful beginning should you want to continue with this story - one I look forward to.
