Hi, Kim! I’m finally free to comment now. It’s so exciting to see two chapters I haven’t read yet!:)
I loved this, and the beginning was amazing – I always had a weakness for looking at Brian and Justin through someone else’s eyes. Especially when it’s someone who never believed Brian might be capable of such feelings.
Gus was adorable, I loved how he turned away right after the kiss and wiped his mouth :) It was hilarious! Brian must be so proud :)
Oh, the conversation between the boys worried me. I understand both of them – Justin does need his independence, but for Brian it’s surely upsetting – it was a big step to say that to his blond, and not to receive the desired reply is worrisome.
Aw, how wonderful of Brian to feel so protective of Justin!:) I *loved* how he immediately corrected Lindsay and Melanie and said Justin was an artist – it’s so obvious how proud he is.

What a great chapter. I so enjoy more reason to dislike Mel and her nasty personality. I'm not going to fall for Lindsay's poor little me I don't have time to be an artist. I'm still thinking that if Justin just got a few good meals his blood sugar might level out enough for him to think straight and he'd realize that his destination in life is to be with Brian and he might just as well pack his bags and move to the loft.

Although Gus manages to secure the majority of the pizza.;) I do think Lindsay could have been jealous of Justin's talent - and with good reason. Might be a good plot to another fiction story one day.;) The boys are going to have a serious discussion coming up; who triumphs over whom, though, is yet to be told.

Love it!! Gus is just so adorable. Justin and Brian fit together so perfectly. Linds and Mel are confused and I love when that happens lol. Even better you have Lindsay feeling not so good about her talent as an artist and I adore stories where she feels like that. I know I'm mean lol. Author's Response: Hi, Tamara! I don't think it's really cold feet; Justin very much wants to be with him, but I'm not sure if he's convinced he wants it 24/7. Hew is a proud man just like Brian. Obviously at some point Justin winds up at Britin - but whether it's permanently as a live-in partner/lover, or as a frequent guest, that remains to be seen (wouldn't want me to give it away now, would you?;))

What a sweet, funny chapter. The play was so funny, Gus is a doll, and the munchers are taken aback by the two guys. I love it when Brian can put something over on them--it's a little heady and I love it. Everyone here is good working hard and double shifts still, now and then. We lost a lot of our people and have new ones to train again-that is the hardest of our jobs right now. It seems when they are trained they take them somewhere else-a real pain in the butt. How are you doing girl? I see KMKM got their funding. Now Scott is trying to do the same with his project. Good for him, I hope he is successful in his quest. Do you know what Randy's next project is? take care. lol
Author's Response: Hi, Lindc! Not any smut in this one; more of a transition chapter, I guess.:) I do think it shows the two mothers, however, how close the two men are becoming, and they now have a better respect for Justin's abilities and intelligence, and they can see how much Gus cares for him, so hopefully that will clear the way toward acceptance of Justin's place in their lives. The next chapter will be moving the story time forward.
I am glad to hear everyone is well. Yes, I noticed about KMKM, and I did donate. Will probably do so for Scott, too, but after these and SGP, I may have to be more selective coming up. I think both Scott's and KMKM's campaigns overlapping probably hurt him a little, but he's such a nice guy that I hope he succeeds. And I would LOVE to see him, Gale, and Sharon acting together again. What fun that would be!
Please tell everyone I said hello and send my love. And tell Lee if he's still interested, I have NOT forgotten his favorite story. Hello, my friend!
Finally, the girls discover who really Justin are in life of Brian and Gus. I was imagining the shock of two seeing Brian and Justin holding hands.
I laughed a lot with the performance of Gus as the Beast and being kissed by Belle against their will. This is very typical of children this age. The boys hate girls and girls start dreaming about their enchanted princes. I loved it! Poor Gus!
I'm worried that the initial admiration of Lindsay on the talent and achievements of Justin from becoming jealous and she will somehow damage the relationship of boys.
I wish Justin knew how Brian is committed to it and how it is unprecedented in the life of Brian. I can understand that Justin needs to keep its individuality, but Brian open your heart to someone this way is something he just did to Justin.
Another great chapter in this delightful story.
