Gotta say, I DON'T support the concept of statutory rape. It's such an outdated and antiquated patriarchal concept. I've always thought that the age of the participants doesn't matter and each case should be heard based on its individual circumstances. I mean, really, to say that there's some magical age at which a person becomes automatically mature enough to concent is absurd. Like, at 17 years and 364 days you're yoo young but at 18 years its ok? Pfffff! So I really like this story and the way you've handled the issue. Thanks for daring to put this out there. TAG

I'm sorry to hear you won't be writing qaf for a while, this story was one of your best. I enjoyed seeing Justin as a mature and engaging young man. Justin showed the DA as well as his parents he was not a victim, that if anything Brian was a victim of Craig's rath and predjudice and really Craig was a criminal for his treatment of Brian and a abusive parent to him. I think Melanie found a respect for the young man who refused to knuckle under to pressure to hurt Brian, quite impressive for one so young. Thank you for a great story.

Wow, this was so well written the characterisations were spot on, especially that of Justin's, his sneaky, ballsy, persistent antics were what endeared me to qaf in s1... well done..hope you will get ur BJ inspiration again soon and thanks for posting this.

Talk about inspired. If they'd film it the way you wrote it just imagine. I don't know the legal ends and outs but this seems pretty clear cut. Shame they didn't bring Craig up on charges. Hopefully you'll find the time to do another story sometime soon.
