Haha, Justin is really living the high life now. And the ending was hilarious. Yes, no fucking way. Taylor-Kinney. Great one.

Wow!  A whole spa day and Daphne gets to go too.  His mother is going to have a heart attack when she gets back and finds he's gone.  lol.  Lovely look into the future.

Author's Response:

Yes, Brian does know how to spoil his boy properly.;)  Somehow I suspect that Jennifer will have a feeling that Brian had a hand in his disappearance.;) Thank you as always for the support; that means more to me than I can say.;)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

/longlengthyresoundingromanticawwwww. Any fic where these two get hitched is alright by me. ;] I like the idea of them both being Taylor-Kinneys, it makes sense. They're truly equals. :]

Author's Response:

Hey, Tina!  Me, too; I love wedding fics and stories where they are either getting married or already there.:)  So glad you liked it, Sweetheart.  Thank you for reading and for the comments.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

I love reading about a loving, supportive, nuturing, incorrigible Brian.  A spa day for his husband - I want one now!

Hope you had a great turkey day!

All the best,

Author's Response:

Hi, Laura - just got home from my teaching job.  I'm so happy to hear from you again and that you enjoyed this story.  I'm like you, too - all I can think about now is Justin lying on a table, face down, getting a chocolate massage - ha!  I know they actually have those, too, from what I understand; I would be more than happy to help with that.;)

Thank you for reading and for the kind words, Laura.  I appreciate that so much.  I hope you had a good holiday, too; it went by SO fast; can't believe that Christmas is only a month away now!  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Ah, cuteness with the boys.  I like the color choices on the tuxes, by the way.  I'm finishing up a story myself and hope to have it posted soon.  Don't forget to finish Heart's Desire and Wild Stallion!  All my best.

- Jackie

Author's Response:

Hi, Jackie - thanks for reading and for the feedback.:)  Yes, I know - everyone's probably going, 'What is she doing writing these one-shots?  Get back to work on your WIPs!'  LOL! Don't worry - I'm working on them.  In fact, I should have the next chapter of "Heart's Desire" up later today - I just have to look it over first after getting it back from my beta.  And then I'll be working on the all-important talk with the boys in "Parent Trap."  Thanks again, my friend; I'm looking forward to your new story!  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Author's Response:

Ha!  And I want one, too - with Justin and Brian.  (I'm not picky - LOL!). Thank you for reading and for the comments, my friend; I appreciate that.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Short or long doesn't matter a damn.  You are so good at both.  It is a talent you have.  We loved this one.  Funny and sweet.  BB still says you should write a book.  Maybe a series of short stories you have here.  A compliation.  Lee asked what about MW as people could read here.  BB's reply, not everyone knows about this site.  Really funny-the dialogue between them-so emphatic in their rumblings.  Just thought you would get a kick out of it.  Quieted down a bit after the Holiday here.  Lots of operations starting Monday though.  Lee and BB both dating a lot lately.  We are the audience for their dating stories. Ha!  Nonie is good-says to say hi!  As for me I may be going to Japan in February to see Adam in concert.  One of my friends from college lives there and is also a fan. She saw him when he was there before and has bought tickets.  I can stay at her house.  That will save me big bucks.  Now I have to get some time off and save for the airfare,  Keep your fingers crossed for me.  I have seen him in concert back east a couple years ago. So good. It will be nice to see Shiin again too. lol

Author's Response:

Hi, dear friends!  Sounds like we need to get Brian and Lee on the Dating Game!  I'm so glad that Nonie is doing well, and the boys are having a good time.  Must be the Vixen that's doing it - ha!  I would love to write a book one day; not sure how to go about that, but I may check into it.  Someone I know recommended a gay fiction site where you can get published; I may ask her about that one day.  I do thank you for the confidence you have in me; that is very encouraging and very appreciated.:)

I wish you great luck with your goal to go to Japan in February to see Adam; that sounds so exciting!  I always wanted to go to Japan; it must be a very interesting country to visit.  And it's wonderful that you have a friend who can show you around while you stay with her.

I'm glad, too, that you got a chance to rest a little over the holiday; sounds like you will all be very busy soon, though.  I can't believe my time off is almost over!  Where did those five days go???  Tell Lee I haven't forgotten about 'his' story; it's ready to be updated, but I'm just waiting for my beta to look it over.  There's a lot going on in that chapter, too, so I do hope he likes it.  And then it's onto the 'talk' in Parent Trap, plus I promised to write a new story over on LJ for their annual QAF fan fiction Christmas Exchange.  I can post that one on here about a week after it's posted on that site, so I should have at least one more new story by the first week of January.  Christmas will be here before we know it!

Thank you again for all the support you all give me - it is so appreciated.  Love and Hugs back to all of you.:)  ~Kim

Sorry, I guess I wasn’t clear enough, and you have had so many “feedbacks”, how could you possibly remember.  In “My Hearts Desire” after the marriage, character Brian Kinney, was still named Brian Kinney.  But but, but ….  Justin became, Justin Taylor-Kinney.  I in good humor, objected.  After their marriage, then Brian should have been Brian Taylor-Kinney.  You wrote back that this what you think is what you wanted, and they way it is, is the way it will be.   In this fic., me, trying to be funny pointed that out to you.  Justin called Brian, Brian Taylor-Kinney.  I thought stalking was kind of humorous, until you ALWAYS get that right.  Of course right means different things to different people.  Obviously, you can name them anything you want.  I hoped to be just a little friendly and a little funny.

Oh well.

     DavidR

Author's Response:

Hi, David - thank you for clearing that up.  I was just concerned that I was mixing up character names, and being the obsessive person that I am, if I was, I wanted to make sure how to correct it.  Just to show you how crazy I am, I actually went back and found your comment and my reply under "The Wedding Present."  Here is part of my response:

As for the name change, good question.  I guess I was thinking of Brian normally being the more dominant of the two or the one always seeming to have to "be in charge" and "on top," to quote Justin - LOL!  It's not exactly equitable, though, I agree.  It just seemed like the way that Brian would approach it, needing to maintain some sort of control over his life, I guess, but then again he had matured in this story to where he was capable of expressing and giving emotion more.  So perhaps the way his character was in the story, he wouldn't have been so adverse to taking Justin's name, also.  Very thought-provoking question, and I thank you for it as well as reading and reviewing!

Anyway, I just wanted to make sure in my previous comment that I hadn't come across as too harsh in my response.  I respect your opinion and welcome and look forward to your comments, so if I sounded abrupt in my reply, I apologize.  I just take my writing very seriously, and strive to be consistent, so I'm if doing something wrong, I appreciate it being brought to my attention.  I guess in this story that Justin was finally aiming for some payback from the other time indirectly. - LOL!:)  Thank you again, David, and sorry if I overreacted.  ~Kim

there's nothing better than a story full of Brian and Justin schmooptastic love, oh well unless it's followed by bedroom sexytimes lol ;) loved it, beautifully written :D

Author's Response:

Hi, Hannah! Thank you for reading and commenting, my friend; I am very grateful for that.  Someone asked me if I might have my arm twisted to write a honeymoon sequel to this; I told her perhaps I will (once things slow down a little!). I do hate to leave them hanging (so to speak - LOL!).  Thank you again for taking the time to leave me feedback; I'm very happy that you enjoyed the story.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Awwwwwwwwww, Kim, this is sweet! although, now I keep *seeing* a chocolate covered Justin ; ) ~*~ Hugs, Janet

Author's Response:

Hi, Janet! Thank you for reading and for the comments, but now I'm thinking of a nude, chocolate-covered Justin, too.  I think that would be my favorite chocolate-covered nut treat, don't you?  LOL!  So glad you enjoyed this one.  You're very kind - thank you again.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Thanks for the vignette.  I was fun to read.  Happily you are coming around to finally naming the characters correctly.  I was wondering if I have to stalk every story you write until you finally get it.  (Of course I am mostly just kidding. Mostly!)

     Thanks again,

     DavidR

Author's Response:

Hi, David!  Thank you for reading and for the feedback.  Now you have me a little concerned, though; have I been doing that?  (mixing up character names?).  I thought I was pretty careful not to name Brian "Brain," for instance, and I wasn't aware that I was doing that.  That bothers me if I have been; please leave me another comment or send me an email through the 'contact' feature on my author's page so I can correct the mistakes.  I try to catch them when I write them, but sometimes I fail to see them.  Thanks again for reading and for taking the time to comment. ~Kim

awww, I love that you're feeling your inner romantic Brian. I just love the small tastes of this kind of Brian, not sure Justin really deserves it but since it makes Brian happy I am willing to put up with it. I love all your stories no matter what type of Brian you go with.
Lori

Author's Response:

Hi, Lori - always so great to hear from you.  Still going off on poor Justin, aren't you?  LOL! That's okay, as long as you allow me these little romantic twinges to pop up occasionally with Brian.  Thank you for reading and for commenting, Lori; I appreciate that so much.:)  And thank you for the kind words of encouragement.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

On an overcast day you brought me sunshine with this wonderful, funny, and romantic short story. I hope you do as suggested and continue this on to the honeymoon and wedded bliss.

Author's Response:

Aww...thank you, Jasmine; your comments made my day as well!:)  I'm just a big, sentimental goof with these two, I suppose.:)  I'll try my best to write a sequel in the near future, but I really do need to work on my WIPs for a while. Thank you so much for reading and taking the time to review; I appreciate that more than you know.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

My beautiful Kim you always know how to turn on the waterworks, but in a positive life-affirming way ;)

I would love to see a sequel with our boys on their honeymoon *hint hint* maybe Justin convinced Brian to be Mr. Taylor-Kinney after all

JP

Author's Response:

Aww...thanks for those wonderful words, Tamara!  You're always so supportive of my stories, and I'll never be able to tell you how much I appreciate that!  Thank you for reading and commenting.  I consider it a big compliment when you want a sequel, and I may do that.  First, though, I must go back to my WIPs and get them updated.  I do have "My Heart's Desire" almost done - should be up very soon.  Craig is about to be confronted with a very angry (former) son.:)  Thanks again, Tamara.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

There is nothing better than Brian and Justin together , but a wedding is pretty amazing.

Author's Response:

Hi, Cheryll!  Yes, I admit it; I'm a big old sap  - ha!  So glad you enjoyed this one; thank you very much for the comments and for reading; I really appreciate that.  *Hugs*  ~Kim
