I knew it ! Is Brian going to train True Blue??

Reviewer: lindc (Anonymous) · Date: April 16, 2015 12:49 PM · On: The Most Valuable Thing of All

Wow!! Money and maybe racing???? Ii knew it would all come to fuition.. Good chapter, lots happening. lol

Author's Response:

Hi, lindc! Well, Brian's new-found wealth is certainly going to change up things.  It remains to be seen what Brian winds up doing with it - AND what Justin's idea is.  I will be talking more about that coming up in the next chapter.  Not done with all the drama, though!

I think the next story will be lighter in nature. Torn between another Tricky story, and a different one.  I don't think I will start posting, though, until I'm at least done with one of my two WIPs presently.  "My Heart's Desire" is probably closer to completion than this one, but you know how wordy I get!

Thanks for all the support, my friend, and please give everyone my love. *Hugs*  ~Kim

Finally the two "Wild stallions" get more aquainted, and it will be interesting to see what Justin has in mind.

Great chapter, as always ;-), I love this story from the very beginning!

Author's Response:

Hello, there! Thank you very much for reading this latest chapter, and especially for taking the time to comment; I truly appreciate that.  Yes, the title of the story was intentional for a couple of reasons, and the "Two Wild Stallions" have apparently bonded now.:) I will be detailing more about that in the next chapter.

I will get this updated again just as soon as I can. Thanks for bearing with me in between updates, and for supporting this story; so happy that you are enjoying it. *Hugs*  ~Kim

Hi, Kim! Oh, how I missed this story – each update is like a wonderful present. I miss these boys.

The storyline with Brian’s uncle is so touching… it’s sad that he didn’t stay in touch, probably he would have affected Brian in a good way. On the other hand – Brian probably wouldn’t have gotten himself into troubles and he and Justin wouldn’t have met. Still, it’s sad – it sounds like Brian’s uncle truly loved and appreciated him.

That much money means Brian now is free to do practically whatever he wants. Maybe it’s a chance he and Justin have been waiting for? Maybe they wouldn’t have to say good-bye, even temporarily?

I loved Sarah and Will’s conversation – yes, Brian has changed, and the life here along with his golden-haired boyfriend helped him.

I *loved* how unsure and hesitant Justin still was, and how Brian did everything he could to soothe his fears and doubts. That was a sweet, lovely moment.

Thank you for amazing, a little sad but wonderful chapter, Kim! By the way, I’ve been eyeing ‘Two lips’ for a while now – I can’t wait to read it! My family had problems so I’m way behind my reading/reviewing list. I haven’t even started ‘The Wedding Present’ yet! Fortunately now everything’s fine again so I’ll be able to remedy that.

Again – thank you!

Author's Response:

Hello, Katrin! I always look forward to your thoughtful comments. I'm so happy you're enjoying this story; thank you for telling me. And I hope you enjoy "Two Lips" and "A Wedding Present" when you are able to. I'm sorry to hear there have been difficulties in your life, but happy to hear things seem to be better now. Thank you for all the support, and for the feedback; I truly appreciate that. *Hugs* ~Kim

It's great that Brian has such a great support system.  Most of all, it's great that he has Justin.  I do believe he truly sees, though, that a loving aunt and uncle mean so much to him.  Lovely story writing.  Keep those chapters coming.

Author's Response:

Hi, my friend! Thanks as always for reading, and for the comments. I'm glad you're enjoying this one, and I have quite a bit more to tell yet.;)

Thanks, too, for the heads up on the NOH8 program. Ugh. I wish I had had more notice about that today, or I would have found a way to participate.  Unfortunately, not a good time.  But I appreciate your thoughtfulness.  I will get this updated again just as soon as I can. *Hugs*  ~Kim

I have a feeling that what Justin is about to suggest will help corral the men who are responsible for Dale's death.  This chapter was chock full of wonderful stuff.  Brian learning that his uncle really cared was the best gift.  Having Craig put aside his feelings about needing money to help Brian instead was great.  Brian's aunt and uncle have made a big difference to Brian.  Looking forward to future chapters!!!

Author's Response:

Hi, my friend!  I'm very happy that you enjoyed this chapter.  Brian is slowly becoming aware of what a true family is, and is learning to value his new life more and more.  And, of course, he's falling deeper and deeper in love with a certain blond.;)

What Justin has in mind will be revealed in the next part; I will update this just as soon as I can. Thank you for reading, and especially for the feedback; I truly appreciate that. *Hugs*  ~Kim

Hi Kim! Great chapter and I love your story so much! Brian has changed a lot and I like that and I'm glad that he wants to stay. Brian and Justin belong together and they fought hard for it. Thank you so much for sharing...:) Myriam *hugs*

Author's Response:

Hi, Myri! It really makes me happy, knowing how much you are enjoying this story. TYSM for leaving me feedback, too.;)  Brian and Justin will have about a year left before Justin has to go off to school; hopefully both boys can come up with a solution to their separation.

Thanks for the support, my friend! Hoping we can eventually meet up at one of Randy's plays and/or Toronto!  *Hugs* back ~Kim

Very nice update! Could Justin be planning a horse-drag race, LOL!?!?!

Author's Response:

Thanks, Trish! Happy that you enjoyed this chapter.;)  Not sure about the horse-drag race, but I think you may be on the right track (pun intended - ha!).  Thanks for reading, and especially commenting, my friend. *Hugs*  ~Kim

I so love this story. First of all, in my opinion, Brian has to go to university. Justin whoul'd love the companion.......I'm sure.

Thank you for the update.

Author's Response:

Hi, Mariana! To know how much you enjoy this story really makes me happy; thank you for telling me that.  I am very much enjoying writing this story of a younger Brian, too, and I have a lot more to tell yet.  The boys will have one more year together before Justin heads off to college in Nashville; what Brian does is yet to be seen when that happens, but it will no doubt be a sorrowful time for both of them.

I'll get this updated again just as soon as I can. Thanks again for the support, and for bearing with me. *Hugs*  ~Kim

Author's Response:

Hi, my friend!  Yes, you may be on to me.;)  You will find out in the next part coming up. I promise to get it updated just as soon as I can (in between the update to MHD and being beta for a couple of writers.).

Thanks so much for reading, and especially for taking the time to leave feedback. And on another note, thanks for being so supportive of the writers on here, and especially for all the banners you do for others. They are always wonderful, and deeply appreciated. *Hugs*  ~Kim

Lovely chapter. I am so very happy Brian wants to stay even though his Uncle has given him the means to escape. He has a chance for a real family with Justin Sarah and Will. I hope he will take it. I always look forward to your updates on this story Kim I love the way you write both Brian and Justin it almost seems like you created them and that they are not of canon. I mean that in the best possible way and not that they are totally OOC. This truly is one of my favorite stories these days. Can't wait for more as always my friend!

Well done again!

:)

Author's Response:

Hi, Susan!  It really delights me to know how much you enjoy this story; thank you for telling me. That really helps keep me motivated to keep writing.  I have the rest of this story detailed in outline form, but have to flesh it out yet. I still have a ways to go with this one, however.

Thanks again for all the kind words. I really do appreciate that.  You're very kind.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Another wonderful chapter, my friend!

I like how you are forwarding the story.

I enjoyed seeing Doug assuming its responsibilities.

Brian trying to keep his hand from her in his as needed his support, demonstrates the feeling is becoming stronger between the two.

Now, the unexpected wealth of Brian is very tempting and gives you all the possibilities to do what you want. The only thing that holds at that time on the farm is his love for Justin and he decides to stay makes clear the depth of his love for Justin. Wow!

Curious to know what Justin is so excited to show Brian. Some variation of an equestrian sport?

A big hug, my friend. Fátima.

Author's Response:

Hi, dear friend! Sorry about the duplicate chapter, BTW; it has now been fixed.;)  Thank you for reading and for the feedback.  I am happy you enjoyed it.  Brian's inheritance will open up a lot of possibilities as you said; it will be interesting to see what he winds up doing now with the $.

I'll get this updated again just as soon as I can. Thank you again for your kindness and thoughtfulness in leaving your comments.  *Hugs*  ~Ki

P.S.  I have started on the beta work for your story. I hope to have the first part over to you soon.  😊

Hi Kim, Loved this as always :  ) what a shock for Brian to find out he's inherated so much money and what a shock for Justin when True Blue walked up to Brian, haha. LOL, I have a feeling I know what the "totally outlandish and impossible" thing is but I won't give it away  ;  )

BTW, not sure if you realize it or not but the chapter is posted twice. The first part restarts right after Justin mentions the outlandish/ impossible part.

Hugs,

Janet

Author's Response:

Hi, Janet! Ugh.  I was not aware of the repeat part - I fixed it; thanks for the heads up.  Only excuse is having too many projects going on at one time.  BTW, got your email; it's crazy here this month but as soon as I can I'll send an email back. ;)

Thanks for taking the time to read and especially review, dear friend.  As for the guess about the ending...hmm....I probably need to consult you as an expert coming up.;)  Looking forward, speaking of which, for your own updates (hint, hint) and glad to hear they may be imminent.  Thanks again. *Hugs*  ~Kim

Kim I just have to say I love where this is heading...could it be that Justin is about to introduce our beautiful brunet to the joys of horseback riding? Oh this is going to be good ;)

Author's Response:

Hi Tamara!  First of all, sorry about the chapter repeating itself! Not sure what happened but it's been fixed.;)  Thanks for not pointing out that I'm getting senile, though - LOL!  And thank you as always for reading and commenting.  I'm happy that you like the direction of the plot here...and you will find out soon enough in the next chapter if you are right or not.;)

I will get this updated again just as fast as I can. Thanks for all the support, my friend. *Hugs*  ~Kim
