Great story, although I would have loved a footnote - something along the lines of "they dragged Craig's ass off to jail" lol :-)

I have never cried while reading a story before but this chapter had me in tears. When Gus was leaving those voicemails I broke down like a little girl hahaha This story is so good! I love it :)

First off, I like this story. It has an interesting plot.
However, I am a little confused. Did the setting change from San Antonio (in this chapter)? Near the end of the chapter you refer to "this" being a "small city." San Antonio, Texas, by population, is the seventh largest city in the U.S.
Anyway, I do like the story. I just got a little confused with the setting. :)
