Brian was so cute reading the story to his son, you put a lump in my throat. Tricky lol 😂 I just about cracked up when he did what he did to Brian 😂😂. As for Mel, grrr she is a grumpy child in an adults body.

He,he. Sleeping on a narrow couch is challenging, though I think if Brian took the recliner, Justin could use him as a pillow. Tricky sure has taken a liking or a licking to Brian, which I'm sure will delight Gus.

Thanks for readng and commenting; all your support is very appreciated.:) Yeah, not the most optimal sleeping arrangement for our boys, but at least they made the best of it for the time being.:) And at least Justin has more 'cushioning' on his derriere than Brian - ha! I couldn't resist Tricky coming back for more; and I suspect he's not quite done with his goal to prevent the boys from getting a good night's sleep (wink, wink...).

Author's Response: Hi jm c! Thanks for the comment, my friend! I do enjoy writing a humorous, 'fluff' story from time to time; I'm not sure why mine tend to be so angst-filled all the time - LOL! I'm so happy you're enjoying the story! I'm a big dog lover, so it was probably a natural for me to focus on one for this holiday tale.:) And as everyone suspected, I don't know when to quit, so there will be at least one more chapter to this dog-wagging story.:) Tricky is not yet done on his nocturnal adventures, and he seems to have developed a definite fascination for our alpha male - ha! I promise to get this updated/finished very soon.
For now, though, I feel the need to at least get "My Heart's Desire" updated first at risk of neglecting my other stories. But rest assured I will finish the 'saga of Brian and Tricky' shortly - LOL! Thanks again, my friend, for reading and especially commenting - I am very honored.:)

Author's Response: LOL! Don't tempt me - ha! Who knows? By the time I finish with Tricky's nocturnal prowling and tormenting of his favorite new friend, I might just make it to four chapters. I will probably go back to Lee's favorite ("My Heart's Desire") because I'm starting to feeling like I'm neglecting my other stories.
